I live in San Antonio, but made the trip because there just wasn't anyone here that had as good of work as Tiffany. I came with my friends and she was able to do 3 of us in one day! Two of us did microblading and the other one did ombré. Since it was 3 of us, Tiffany used her time wisely so that we weren't stuck there forever waiting. She mapped out the brows one of us, numbed the area, and while one of us was waiting for the numbing cream to kick in, she mapped someone else's brows. I feel like the brow mapping took longer than the actual microblading because Tiffany is such a perfectionist. She really wants to make your brows twins (which is almost naturally impossible lol), but Tiffany makes it possible!!! She played around with the shapes and asked what I preferred, but also made suggestions that compliment my face shape. Tiffany also looked at my friend (with a darker complexion) and straight up told her that microblading would be a waste of her money and that she should do ombré. She's so honest and won't take your money or let you waste your money on something that isn't going to last. Honesty and decency is hard to find nowadays, and Tiffany is the sweetest and most honest business person I have met. I LOVE my brows and cannot wait for them to heal and see their full potential!

When I arrived, I checked in on an I-Pad in the front. I waited for about 10 minutes or so - not too bad. The lady who helped me did a good job fixing my shape. She didn't make insulting comments (ie. you've been plucking, your eyebrows are out of control so you need to come more often etc) like some ladies do at threading salons - that's a plus. The salon was clean and quiet. Price - $10 for eyebrows and they have packages and membership subscriptions that you can purchase as well. The price is slightly higher than Aisha's and I didn't see that they had an option for a frequent visitor punch card like other salons.

The salon has a more compact layout. The space to heat your color treated hair is so tight and is in an awkward spot. I've to reduce one point mostly because of that. Although, its not a deal breaker but for these treatments, I expect a nice and relaxing ambiance. When I'm looking for ambience and getting pampered then I go somewhere else. I'd highly recommend they work on the layout to provide better customer experience. From my experience, some of their associates are very good however there are few rude associates too. Once their payment system was not working, and not the front desk lady but another associate asked me out loud at the top of her voice how much you want to pay for tip. This is just one of many incidents. Thankfully, she was not my stylist, otherwise I probably wouldn't have returned to a rude person. It has been a good experience for me with Saba.
