And let me tell you, if money were no object, I'd be here every 4 weeks like clockwork. For just a little extra than the basic hydra facial, you get a complimentary LED AND dermaolaning (which if you added these separately would be a lot more). So far I have had two with her and definitely plan on coming back. I have also had nail services with Ava, structure gel mani, Dazzle Dry manis and spa pedicures. She is absolutely fantastic, super easy to talk to, very detail oriented and when I was apprehensive to speak up about something (which I did and it totally wasn't a big deal) she reiterated to me that if I had questions about anything, not to be worried about saying something because she wants me to leave happy. And boy , do I leave happy! The owner is also very nice and super knowledgeable and in the future, I definitely want to look into possibly getting IPL photo facial for my rosacea. They also offer brow services, lash services and other kind of skin treatments. I plan on trying those also. I know this was long but I can't say enough good things about this place!

Beware. Find a stylist that actually listens to you. If you…read morerealize that they are not, walk out. I wish I had. My hair is an absolute disaster. I paid a lot of money here. Multiple appointments and...I anticipated more (I had a vison) . Before I knew it..the BEST cut turned into the worst crap on my head ...in one appointment my entire life flashed before my eyes (not the first appointment but the THIRD.) OK (is what it is) so it was a super bad cut and a massacre of a dyeing mess. She wanted something "quick" she charged me for a better (longer) service, She got out early, and.Im stuck with something that might resemble hair-but really looks like urine-yellow straw, and I was charged the same for a three hour job. Ill get over it (in about 6 mos), however, why do I have to get over it? Dont book an appointment and you wont have to suffer this experience. Do NOT do it. Unless you are over 80 (then go for it) and trying to get your money back from these people? When they offered a refund? yep....possibly a paper check.. they ask you to come IN to pick it up. They are inconceivably non electronic. (they kept my money , I was happy to have them just shut up) My experience: stay away. You will not get any satisfaction No one in this business listens. Least of all the stylist.... in one day...she destroyed 3.5 mos of appointments, money, time and trust. ZERO

I remembered to check in here today and saw it all empty! So sad because this place is pretty busy! I would definitely tell you to call a few days before you'd want to have an appointment! One can imagine the awkwardness of the first brazilian wax, yes? Well yeah it was for me (back then), but she's used to that and made me feel completely comfortable about it. Shes a great conversationalist which makes the time spent there well worth it and hey, now it's not weird! She has a list of services offered and I think she can host spa parties there. I receive the monthly e-mails which are good for the specials or new products. I only go for the Brazilian wax but wouldn't imagine going anywhere else for this service because she knows me and makes me feel comfortable about the situation so it's awesome! It's not that painful either, worth a shot! I tried it once and I keep going back!

I've been here twice so far and been very pleased both times. She is great at talking throughout the service so it isn't uncomfortable at all. She is also incredibly quick while not feeling rushed. I'm always out within 30 minutes of arrival. The last time I went I was 9 months pregnant. She kindly explained that it would be more sensitive than usual and outlined her approach to ensure I was comfortable. When I needed a break from one area and to switch positions, she easily pivoted over to another area and helped me get comfortable. Bottom line: Kelly provides excellent, quality service with compassion and understanding.

I have been seeing Katie for almost a year now and let me tell youuuuu... she has changed my life…read more I was about a year post-partum when I decided to book my first appt. My skin was horrible, I didn't have a normal skin care routine, I was buying stuff just because I saw it on TikTok, my hormones were all out of whack and I just honestly didn't look healthy. Her actual first piece of advice to me was to simply just make it a habit to rinse my face with water. She's a mom too so she gets it! She wasn't trying to sell me products or have me book the most expensive facial, she genuinely cared about my skin and just wanted me to start making small changes. This has been a journey we've gone through together. And fast forward to now, I am GLOWING. As she got to know me and my skin, she was able to recommended products that would work just for me - and they do. I trust every piece of advice she gives me and feel so confident now without make up. Also should mention she does my brows and I will never trust anyone else but her with them ever again.
