BUFFALO WINGS

ABSOLUTELY BISONTE Their pizza, wings, fingers and subs bring BUFFALO to our CHARLOTTE front steps I'm a blue cheese lover and BISONTE has some of the BEST blue cheese My favs are the sheet pizza cut in squares, med buffalo crispy large wings and their melt in your mouth STEAK & CHEESE subs, using American/Swiss cheese which is key for creamy melting cheese These guys know what they're doing

Store front

A friend and I walked into here to grab a quick bite. We ordered 2 pepperoni slices. The girl at the register had to asked "do we even have pepperoni pizza?!" At the time I didn't think nothing of it but, when we got the pizza, it made sense. All they did was grab some pepperoni and slapped it on a cheese pizza, then reheated the pizza. Pepperoni was burnt and easily scrape off the cheese pizza. I took one bite and just left. The only reason I didn't say anything was because I was not alone, it was only $7 something, and at least the girl up front was nice. I hope she kept my tip. I really hope they have better food than this and it was fluke.

If you're looking for a quaint space to eat some good wings, pizza, and watch the game, this may be your spot if cost isn't an issue. The staff are friendly. The shop is clean with a decent amount of indoor and outdoor seating. I stopped in because I am a pizza lover, it's a short drive, and I saw many patronizing the restaurant. They have options that include subs, salads, wings, chicken fingers, and pizza. The food is pretty good. My only issue is with the menu in house. The prices are not as transparent as I would like. The menus do not list pricing. You have to scan the QR code to view pricing which we did not see until after ordering. We ordered a 13"(small) supreme pizza (The Bison Classic) and 6 Garlic Parm wings. Unfortunately we were surprised by the total of $38.01 for small pizza and 6 wings. It was good but the pricing seems a bit out of sync with the market. I would definitely frequent other pizza restaurants to get more bang for my buck.

Buffalo style pizza half pepperoni half meatball

We had tried this location before, but had not had their buffalo style pizza. It was delicious! The crust was light and airy and the pepperoni perfectly crisp. This pizza place uses quality ingredients and it shows. The antipasto salad was full of the best meats and toppings. My only complaint would be the $1.50 I was charged for a not full cup of ranch. The ranch was actually left out of my bag too. Thankful I checked my order before leaving the restaurant. All and all I would return to this location, but not as frequently because of the price per item. I get it, since the quality is there, but $22 plus tax for a large one topping pizza is a lot for this teacher to pay.

Steak bomber hot sub

Due to a special, Uber Eats sponsored dinner on Monday, 12-6-21. This was my first encounter with this restaurant. I ordered the steak bomber hot sub & fresh cut fries. I'm a fry lover & usually am judging the restaurant by their fries if I'm ordering them. The order was super late. I'm not sure if it was because of the restaurant, Uber Eats, or what. The sub was still a good temperature, probably because it was wrapped well in foil. The fries on the other hand was a big disappointment & a waste of money. I grabbed a few from the top of the container before I started on the sub. They were lukewarm at best. The sub was ok. By the time I finished, the fries were cold. Threw more away than I'd eaten. Glad I used an Uber Eats deal; not sure if I'd return.

Pizza (sausage peppers & onions) could just have well come from the frozen section of a grocery store. Very disappointed. Pizza was just under $35

Burnt

Save your money...you can have either burnt pizza or barely cooked!! Then when you request a properly cooked pizza the manager tells you it's supposed to burnt. For what they charge id rather get Pizza Hut.

Delicious wings and pizza, although the pizza is a bit over priced. The bulk wing orders are our favorite and the pizza is always filling.

Great Buffalo style pizza. Never disappoints. Great pepperoni and great wings. And that's all I've got to say about that.

The owner was initially there by herself. What looked like her son came in later. She was very nice and checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. I'd go again to try another dish to see if it has that homey Italian taste.

I had the eggplant parmigiana, and it was perfect. The portion was generous and included pasta and perfectly cooked and flavored vegetables. The eggplant was crisp and double layered with ricotta cheese in the middle- a nice touch. Homemade tiramisu topped off our fabulous meals, which also included chicken parmigiana and "Marry Me Chicken." The latter dish came in a creamy white sauce which I thought my brother-in-law was going to lick off of the plate! We came away feeling pampered and appreciated and ready to return. The décor is clean and crisp with touches of Italy in the artwork. White lights adorned the windows and archways, evincing a magical, cozy atmosphere. To show that Christmas is coming, white and red poinsettias graced each table along with white tablecloths.
