First time trying this place when were staying in the hotel next door, and wow I am impressed! The service was amazing and the man who took our order was sweet, kind and patient. The food was piping hot, delicious and filling. I loved the options and variety on their menu as well. The biscuits were fresh and flakey, while being butter and salty as well. The staff were bright eyed and bushy tailed Smiles and pleasant attitudes This was my first experience and I was not disappointed I definitely recommend getting the loaded fries they put fresh bacon cheese and ranch I also tried the smoked sausage biscuit it had fried egg cheese peppers and onions yum!! I've been wanting to come here forever on our weekly trip from ATL to Myrtle Beach! I finally got some yesterday!!!! :D and I don't care wat anybody says I FREAKIN' LOVE IT!!!! I got the Cuban and the Nashville Hot Chicken and I shoulda ordered for my boyfriend cuz he just picked a random number and I didn't even bother taking a pix of his #10! But had I ordered for him I woulda got the Steak biscuit and Spicy Honey Chicken! It's ok cuz we're back n forth every week anyways. We just gotta get outta Myrtle Beach and to a Biscuitville by 2pm! Came for breakfast and ordered the Spicy Chicken & Honey Biscuit with hashbrowns and the Sausage and Egg Biscuit. Both were phenomenal. The biscuit was light and flaky, the chicken was perfectly crispy and moist. Didn't taste oily or greasy at all. Egg tasted like an actual egg, not the carton ones. Hashbrown waa perfectly crispy and hit the spot! I loved it so much, I will definitely come back! read more

Visiting from LA and we stopped by here for breakfast as it was near our hotel. Our sever was Jayden and he provided excellent customer service. First time at a Biscuitville. My son and I opted for the biscuits and gravy with sausage on the side and hash brown casserole. The sausage gravy was loaded with bites of sausage. It really had a homemade taste. Well seasoned. The biscuits were decent and the hash brown casserole was nothing special,but still tasty. Love the Cheerwine. It's basically cherry coke on steroids. I would love to try other things as they have an extensive selection of breakfast options. Even pancakes and loaded fries. Staff was extremely friendly. The Biscuitville concept has expanded greatly since inception. Its not been that long ago they were only confined to NC. The Florence, SC location has been a welcome addition to the local offerings. I love the made from scratch biscuits. The biscuits are made right in front of the customers. My favorite are the Ultimate bacon or sausage biscuit combos. The country fries are better than any other restaurant. Ask them for cackylacky sauce with them. Its better than ketchup. Cheerwine BBQ sauce. Yum! I always take a blueberry muffin and bag of dog biscuits home with me. For me, its Biscuitville over Bojangles! Everyday! The store has a variety of high top and low top tables with TV. read more

Visited this restaurant for the first time with my mom on 31 May 2024 and we absolutely Loved It.. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit , the Fried Chicken Biscuit , and a Iced Latte .. And I loved that my food was not salty and tasted ' perfect '.. And that my Latte was not too sugary! The amount of time it took to get my order was not very quick but I was understanding and waited at a table!! The cashier even brought my drink over for me!! So that is a sign of good customer care!! In Conclusion: This restaurant is clean.. ( I did not see a dirty kitchen or dirty customer tables ) , So that is also a good sign that I hope continues to happen in the future!! Never been to a biscuitville, and the biscuit sandwiches were delicious. The service was very fast and friendly, and the food was fresh other than the McDonald's style hash browns. There was $.50 per egg surcharge on top, which seemed a little excessive; I can't imagine they are paying anywhere near that much per egg, and this seems a little too close to price gouging. Food was a tad above decent but the services was five stars! The young man(tall linky with long hair, mustache-goatee) was extremely friendly and professional. I actually ate there and watched him treat every customer as if they were family. He was doing this all while running the drive-through and counter. This place is delicious! I had to stop in twice during our weekend trip to Florence. They make the biscuits fresh, in view, every 15 minutes! They're better than homemade because I didn't have to fix them. Do yourself a favor and get the southern steak and cheese biscuit with jalapeño pimento cheese and Cackleberry sauce. Driving from Florida to nc we stopped for breakfast and had a pleasant experience. The food was great, nice and hot. Customer service by young gentleman that took our order was very nice. He came out in the lobby and asked each guest if everything was good and if anything else needed to let him know. This was a very nice gesture. Great job and my hats off to this young man. I waited till all the new wore off before I tried them, and I must say, I was very disappointed. The biscuit was small, and very doughy , and for five dollars for one , they should at least have the biscuit part down! Will not be trying a second time. read more

What a disappointment . I got a ham and egg biscuit combo. The grits were good...not as grainy as many of the local places serves. The coffee was okay. That was it. The top of the biscuit was all crumbly and in so many pieces I could not pick it up because it fell apart in many pieces. (like Bogangles on prozac) The fried egg (yuck!) was fried hard enough to reminded me of a shuffle board puck. I ate the grits and drank the coffee because after the long wait I was really hungry. The ham and hard rubbery fried egg biscuit "bits" is in the garbage. It is insulting to connect the word "Southern" to that style og cooking. First and last visit. My husband believes everything he sees in a TV commercial. Hopefully he has learned a lesson. read more
