Helllllllo biscuits cafe! Very cute mom and pops diner. Actually a lot bigger than an average diner. Anyways. It was very cutsies and the service was really good. So, I got the biscuits and gravy with bacon bc I mean supposedly their specialty was biscuits.. Let me tell you, wasn't THAT great, buy I've definitely have had worst. The bacon was spot on though. Super tasty and delicious. Would have liked iy just a bit thicker, but no big. Friends had eggs and pancakes. Got a bite of the pancakes, wasn't the bomb either but oh well. I used to love this place, the food was always good and fresh, but recently it started to get worse and worse. I placed an over the phone order and she asked my name and I had to repeat myself 5 times and then the line went dead, either they hung up on me or they have a crappy phone. When I finally got my order in after calling them back. The fries were stale and not fresh it was bad, also I asked for honey mustard and didn't get it. I'm making this very short n sweet: Friendly people, easy online ordering, clean restaurant, pretty fast have ready time. In a nut shell the only thing that was pretty much ok was the kielbasa. Everything else that was "made" by the "cooks"?, was absolutely flavorless, unless you count the fact that the eggs over medium tasted like water. Yup, water. Only one of us had silver ware. They forgot our drink order. I asked for water as well and it never came. The staff seemed very unorganized and it took forever to get our food. I said no onions and of course there was onions. I stopped in here for breakfast last weekend and had the eggs benedict. It was PERFECT! Delicious! The eggs were poached to perfection. The hollandaise was spot on. I was so impressed. I have had eggs benedict at quite a few places and none of them were as good as this. Murrayhill Café in Beaverton and Jakes in Portland could learn a thing or two from your chefs about eggs benedict. Thank you for a delicious breakfast. It was worth every penny. read more

We used to really enjoy Biscuits in Oregon City. However, the last 3 times we have been there have been horrible. Unfortunately there aren't many other places to get breakfast in Oregon City. 1. A couple of months ago my daughters and I met their grandma there for lunch. The place was empty and somehow it took us almost 45 minutes to get our food. Then the waitress went on break and we were ignored by everyone else. 2. Went back with my fiancé and our girls. Again the restaurant was pretty much empty. It took forever to get our food again. Then, the waitress forgot to bring my fiancé his drink. She disappeared and we were halfway through our meal before we could locate her again to get his glass of milk. 3. Today we took an out of town friend over there for breakfast. It was really busy, but we totally understood because it was a holiday. Everything seemed to be going fine, until two of our orders came incorrect. Apparently, the waitress grabbed the wrong food out of the window. Ok no big deal. However, we were then ignored. Our drinks never got refilled, so we had to flag down a different waitress to get us more coffee. Our waitress continued to ignore us and we had to flag her down to get our check. We really like the food, but the service is terrible. I have had much better experiences at other Biscuits. Maybe we will try the one in West Linn next time. :( read more

I have mixed feelings about this place. It is jam packed busy and this creates some problems. The wait time is pretty long and the service isn't very good, for example our water never got refilled. The redeeming factor about this place is that the food is amazing, especially the cinnamon rolls. read more

We have been going to this biscuit cafe a few times over the past couple months and for some reason it gets Worse and worse. The service is slow and when we order to go they hang up on us and we have to call back . Today I ordered a to go Florentine Benedict when I got home an opened it everything was just pilled up on the side. How is this a Benedict!! I can't believe this restaurant only has 3 1/2 stars it is been our go to for many years for a great breakfast lunch or salad service is always Friendly and fresh. however I am writing this and hope that the management will read it we had a ham and cheese omelette hash browns and toast yesterday and it was definitely way below standard I don't know whether you have changed cooks but there was almost no cheese in the omelette and hashbrowns or so over done that I had to worry hurting my teeth while eating I still gave the restaurant four stars because everyone is entitled a bad day but I am hoping that someone will reach out to me and explain why the breakfast changed so drastically read more

So I get a call from my dad asking me to go out for breakfast today . I say yes, because it's good to touch base. Then he says met me at Biscuits . I don't know why he loves this place, I brace myself because all experiences at this restaurant has been bad. So we sit for 15 minutes before anyone even ask us for our drink . FYI, their coffee is garbage . We finally get our coffee , but what do you know, no silverware ? ! Waitresses are walking right pass us, I give them all eye contact as sign that we need a spoon for our coffee . Nothing . So I walk over to an empty table and take three sets of silverware . Another 25 minutes pass without anyone taking our order . I told my dad to put down the menu to let them know where ready. Still nothing. He asks someone walking by, we're ready. No response . Finally someone comes by and asks if we need something . I said, someone to take our order would be nice . She then gets snippy with me and tells me to relax that there was some confusion about our waitress. Ok, but to be ignored , when other tables who came in afterwards us are eating , it's a little irritating . We get our food , which is expensive considering the quality and portions . Funny thing, they'll ignore you when you need something , but they're all over you when there's a line of people waiting . We're ready to leave, and no bill. My dad takes a call, and I told him I'll stay here for the bill. His call was 15 minutes , give or take, I went to the cashier and ask for my bill. Thankfully that was quick and I got the hell out of there. I swear I will never go back. It's such an unpleasant place to be in, that I would rather go to Shari's. I came in today with my parents, one of whom is handicapped and in a wheelchair. We were seated right away, even though it was busy. However, they forgot to bring my mom a glass of water she had asked for, and after 20 minutes, I just went and got it myself. Two tables near us who ordered quite a while after us were served long before we were (we ordered straight from the menu with no complicated items or changes) and it took nearly 45 minutes to get our food, which is a long time to wait for someone who's handicapped and watching tables seated long after we've ordered get served first. Been here a few times and it was ok. Went yesterday and it was a disaster!!! Restaurant was 1/3 full. We ordered and waited a good 40 minutes for the food. When it arrived, my wife's bacon was cremated! Asked for a replacement... Took another 15 minutes...the waitress had to have a break. The second one the waitress send back at the pass... Also cremated. The 3rd one came out literally raw... When she brought it out, I said would you eat that.. She said yes... I laughed. I ordered fish and chips... Again they were also cremated... First time I have ever had fish that was the consistency of leather... No weight to it at all..all moisture had been cooked out. At that point the waitress was pissed and said she would send over the manager that never showed. Then the waitress was publicly grousing to the other wait staff about this... Like everyone has said - not repulsive, but not the slightest bit impressive or hunger satisfying at its best. I ate there once, probably at least a year ago. I ordered: a side salad - the ranch was warm, and the lettuce was browning - it looked like it was already served to a customer who regurgitated it, and I believe some sort of chicken sandwich / burger. Had to get the manager to go find the waitress to get our ticket to pay because she never brought it. Always great service and yummy food! I come in at the busiest times and they are always busting trying to get food done at a decent time and making sure their customers are happy. Their rewards program is nice as well. They have many options of food and I'm always trying something different. Their portions sizes are huge so I either share with someone or have lots of leftovers. It's my favorite breakfast place in Oregon City! read more

The last 3 times ive been there, there has been something wrong! One time there was a hair in my breakfast, another visit my eggs were completely raw (I asked for over medium) and the last time I went, when I was putting the creamer in my coffee it was like putting cottage cheese in my coffee. My wife and I eat here often. Out of all of the times we have been there, there have been a few times when the service was rough or the food wasn't up to par. However, I've found this to be the case anywhere. If you get one of the seasoned servers that have been around for awhile, it tends to make the experience pleasant. Especially if they know or recognize you. Our biggest disappointment is that they don't serve dinner. Prices are a bit high as well. Not enough to stop going, though. read more
