I think what irritates me the most is that they strategically do not tell you about their mess ups. It's not Easter. I'm not looking to hunt for mistakes. Tell me *everything* that occurred. They were quick to tell me it took more than one person to hold him (he's had a poor experience earlier this year that I told them about). My dog wasn't returned to me bleeding or in pain. I certainly can't cut dog hair myself. But I'm not very fond of their customer service as a whole. Would not be coming back.

When I attended the initial consultation, I was amazed by how large, clean, and over-the-top the facility was. The talk lasted 30 minutes, and we spoke for almost one 1hour. They were patient, and we explained all our goals, which we wanted our July to be trained on. Tyler worked with July. We received daily "Pupdates" and report cards that included videos, photos, and an overall update on his improvement. I could tell Tyler cared about July as if he was his doggie. We are so proud and thrilled about the progress July has made. TRULY AMAZING! July's confidence built up, and his personality came through by the end of the 4-week board and train program. Her appointment time was 11:30, and we delivered her on time. Groomers kept her until they texted just before 5:00 p.m. and left before we could pick her up. All previous groomers finished in less than 2 hours AND she was not matted nor excessively dirty as we wash her every 2 weeks. Why keep her over 5 hours? We were shocked when we arrived. She was cut the same length all over with short ears and no pom on her head or tail. She hardly looks like a poodle. We requested a standard poodle cut with a shaved face, feet, and ring around the tail and neck but got nothing like that. Poor girl even seems embarrassed when we look at her.

I'm not gonna lie, she does a great haircut, but Amy is not a people person or a dog person and that's not someone you want to be your groomer! The first time I brought my dog in for her first haircut, Amy was very rude to me and didn't even say hello to my dog-she just took the leash and walked away with her. I thought it was very strange but didn't know since this was my first time bringing a dog to the groomers. I like to give the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe Amy was having a bad day and that's understandable. Then this most recent second time, I had my husband bring our dog and he had the same experience that Amy was very rude and didn't even greet our dog, give her a pet, or anything. When he was trying to give her instruction on the haircut we wanted, she responded with no expression "put her up there on the table". That was it and he left. After pick up, they recommend (for the second time) that I sedate my 10 month old puppy in order to give her a haircut. I recommend, instead, that Amy put a smile on it and at least pretend to like dogs so that my dog can feel more comfortable. She does not need to be sedated- She's a 20 pound sweet puppy at the groomers for the second time and doesn't know this lady that is not trying to build any sort of relationship of comfort with her. I shared my thoughts with the owner Susie who said they are well aware that Amy is not a friendly person, but that she gives a good haircut and is going to be there for the next 14 years. I said good luck with that and that we will be moving on from them as our groomer. If it's important to you to have your dog comfortable at the groomer, have a nice person grooming your dog who actually likes dogs, etc., do not use this place.

After meeting with Alan personally and discussing his service and my expectations, I was beyond comfortable that this was the person I wanted to entrust my home and my 4-legged family members (some would say dogs) to for care, trust, and peace of mind while we travel. His professionalism is beyond amazing and yet his service fee is comfortably reasonable. I am always impressed with his detail and personal notes he leaves at the end of each visit.
