I loved that his trainer, Sadler we send us videos after every session showing us what they worked on and how we can implement at home. Sadler was absolutely amazing and I can't wait to join her group sessions!

We sent our dog JULY  for their four weeks program and had a wonderful experience with the dog training program. When I attended the initial consultation, I was amazed by how large, clean, and over-the-top the facility was. The talk lasted 30 minutes, and we spoke for almost one 1hour. They were patient, and we explained all our goals, which we wanted our July to be trained on. Tyler worked with July. We received daily "Pupdates" and report cards that included videos, photos, and an overall update on his improvement. I could tell Tyler cared about July as if he was his doggie. We are so proud and thrilled about the progress July has made. TRULY AMAZING! July's confidence built up, and his personality came through by the end of the 4-week board and train program. We can't wait to attend group classes and continue to board and bring him back to see the K-9 Culture team! I Recommend K-9 Culture to anyone looking for training for their doggie. Thank you, K-9 team & Tyler, for all your hard work.

Huge shoutout to Chad who is always a delight to deal with and has all the answers! Can't say enough about him! And Amy, well... she is a true dog whisperer. My Yorkie is very particular about his haircut, and once he bonded with her, that was it. He always comes out fluffy, happy, and looking perfect. I've also boarded him here and have always felt completely at ease. The care is consistent, the team is experienced, and you can tell they genuinely love the dogs. If you're a dog parent who wants reliability, trust, and real heart, this place is it. Loyal customer for life!

Do not bring your dog here to get groomed. We have had two awful experiences here with their only…read moregroomer, Amy. I'm not gonna lie, she does a great haircut, but Amy is not a people person or a dog person and that's not someone you want to be your groomer! The first time I brought my dog in for her first haircut, Amy was very rude to me and didn't even say hello to my dog-she just took the leash and walked away with her. I thought it was very strange but didn't know since this was my first time bringing a dog to the groomers. I like to give the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe Amy was having a bad day and that's understandable. Then this most recent second time, I had my husband bring our dog and he had the same experience that Amy was very rude and didn't even greet our dog, give her a pet, or anything. When he was trying to give her instruction on the haircut we wanted, she responded with no expression "put her up there on the table". That was it and he left. After pick up, they recommend (for the second time) that I sedate my 10 month old puppy in order to give her a haircut. I recommend, instead, that Amy put a smile on it and at least pretend to like dogs so that my dog can feel more comfortable. She does not need to be sedated- She's a 20 pound sweet puppy at the groomers for the second time and doesn't know this lady that is not trying to build any sort of relationship of comfort with her. I shared my thoughts with the owner Susie who said they are well aware that Amy is not a friendly person, but that she gives a good haircut and is going to be there for the next 14 years. I said good luck with that and that we will be moving on from them as our groomer. If it's important to you to have your dog comfortable at the groomer, have a nice person grooming your dog who actually likes dogs, etc., do not use this place.

I can't say enough good things about Tracy and Penny Whistle Photography!…read more We had a session done in Oak Cliff and loved every second of our experience with Tracy. She was so prepared and bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable while taking photos. Our pups aren't the most cooperative models, but Tracy had them relaxed and posing with ease! The turnaround time was so fast! We were able to meet at her studio to view and pick out our favorite photos less than a week later, and had our orders hand-delivered by Tracy to our home once they arrived! Tracy is so professional and talented. She is so sincere, down-to-earth, and clearly has a passion for pets and photography. Tracy had exceptional quality from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure the experience and photos were everything we wanted. We couldn't be happier with our experience.
