The salad bar was simple but fresh, with finely chopped lettuce, plenty of dressings, and all the toppings you could want. But let's talk about the hot line because this is where Der Dutchman shines. Fried chicken that's crispy, juicy, and everything comfort food should be. Chicken and noodles that tasted like something grandma would make on a cold day. Honey ham and shredded roast beef that were both tender and flavorful. And of course--the true Midwest essentials--mashed potatoes, stuffing, and green beans.
