We went exploring for a place for dinner and are glad we walked into Bisbee's Table! Great drinks. We had a glass of wine and the Bisbee Blue Gin and Tonic. World class mixologist. We shared the San Ramon salad, which is Baby Spinach, pears, candied pecans, bacon, dried cranberries, goat cheeses crumbles, and sherry vinagrette. Excellent ! Excellent food in renovated old building with high ceilings, great lobby, several stores and a tasting room for Passion Wines from Wilcox. We did a wine tasting while waiting for our table. We had the Copperman pasta and the Spicy Diablo as mains with a side salad. Very tasty and not overwhelming portions. The house Chardonnay was the perfect pairing for both dishes. Filling and satisfying so we skipped dessert. read more

A nicer place in town with some very unique drinks. I was able to get high with campfire whiskey which is smoked with a burnt cut of Oak. Damn good. The food is a little more upscale than the other restaurants in town. It's good and definitely a nicer place to go out to eat read more

We just got into town for a two night visit, and walked to Bisbee's Table hoping for good food and quick service so we could go back to our hotel and get some rest before exploring. We could not have been happier with this place! We had a pizza which was incredible. I have had some great pizza all over the country and this was top ten. The service by Angelina was friendly and prompt, and made our evening! We plan to be back before we leave town and I recommend Bisbee's Table to anyone who visits here. read more

Very busy, conversational noise levels easy 4 everyone at the table to visit, wise use of space easy to walk thru, server was top notch as he went the extra mile to ensure our very specialized order was allergy appropriate & tasty. My spouse and I visited on the evening of 4/20/24 and sat at the bar. We have visited the Bisbee Table a handful of times and usually the food takes a bit to be served but it's delicious so we always visit when in Bisbee. This visit though the restaurant was busier than normal and the bartender was slammed throughout the night but she did an awesome job of taking care of everyone. The reason for the one star is my spouse experienced severe food poisoning within the hour of finishing our meal. She ordered the meatloaf entree. It'll be quite sometime before we consider visiting again :( read more

We ate here the first night we were in town and both had the meatloaf. It was delicious! The mashed potatoes were also delicious and peppery which is exactly how I like them. We also shared the Thai salad and it was fresh and tasty as well. Service was friendly without being too much. This restaurant was right across the street from our hotel, which made it convenient. Service was a little slow, likely due to us dining right before close. The Guinness was good, but the bartender could have done a better job with the pour. I recommend the sweet potatoes fries if you order a burger or sandwich. They were delicious. My tenderloin sandwich met my expectations. The red pepper Brie made it unique. The meat was juicy and was medium to medium well. I was stuffed! The burger was cooked nicely too. The prices are a little high, but I think that's expected in a small town like Bisbee. If you're looking for new American food, this is a good option. read more

This place was GROSS. I had the fish and chips, it was so greasy, dripping with grease, that the breading was mush. The few chunks I ate before giving up made me sick for the next day - just because of the extra grease. I eat dish and chips a lot and expect some reasonable grease. This was a whole new level I have never seen served to me in my life. The fries were bland. We also ordered the supposedly wonderful drunken mushrooms. They just tasted like slightly undercooked plain mushrooms sitting in some blah mystery sauce. The beer was cold, server was nice. Just don't eat the food. And don't waste your money. If I had anything nice to say about this place, it would be that it was clean. Nothing about our experience on Saturday night was good. The "spicy mussels" were wet and flavorless. The pizza just terrible. Got there at the hostess said "I cant sit you because we are full. I'll text you when done. Wait time is five minutes?" Fine. How about just tell us "your table is ready?" Apparently too much thinking. Dreadful food. Terrible service. Two stars because it was clean and we didnt have any other options. We had a wonderful dinner last night at Bisbee's Table! We didn't order any cocktails, but they have a nice featured drink menu available. We started our meal with the drunken mushrooms--our absolutely favorite from our meal! They are so delicate and so flavorful, and the focaccia bread they serve it with had a sea salt and garlic dusting on it and the flavors all sung together! My husband ordered the spicy diablo. We both wished it was just a little bit spicier (a name like spicy devil carries a lot of expectations). But it tasted great. I ordered the table mac and cheese which is a must-try if you enjoy Mac and cheese! Made with 3 cheeses and topped with crispy wild mushrooms, this was one of the most delicious and unique mac and cheese dishes I've had in quiet some time! We ended our meal by splitting the brownie explosion, which is a traditional chocolate brownie topped with vanilla ice cream and served with whipped cream and a few strawberries. read more

I'm a little disappointed with this location because the reviews made it seem amazing. Overall, I had to give it 3/5 but my burger was delicious. The service was okay, but a little slow, especially with getting a table. The waiter was nice but could have been a little more attentive with us, especially with refilling our drinks. Initially I wanted to order the fish and chips, but o decided to go for the Texas burger. It was juicy, had a good amount of tang and spice, and the sweet potato fries were tasty. It comes with a side, so I chose the sweet potato fries, but there are other options. I then tasted my mom's fish and chips and I was not impressed. The fish was bland, soggy and not crispy-golden brown. The tartar sauce didn't make it taste any better. It had a cute presentation, but that was it. I did appreciate having old 1970s trivial pursuit on the table, which we played while we waited. Overall it was an okay experience, but I would probably try out another place in the area before coming back here. read more

We went to Bisbee's Table on Valentine's Day for lunch. There was a bit of a wait, so we went to Passion Cellars for a bit of wine tasting. When we were seated at the restaurant 45 minutes later, I was torn between Bisbee Slaw and the meatloaf with red wine gravy - opposite ends of the spectrum. The server highly Recommended the meatloaf and it was off the charts! Now, I highly recommend it also. The green beans were cooked to perfection. This is enough fir two meals. read more

Our waiter was fabulous. He brought us Sriracha fries, which were delicious. I had the Austin Burger with sweet potato fries. It was cooked to a perfect doneness, I don't like raw burgers. The meat lover pizza was good too, 8 slices. The restaurant has an old time feel and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We will go again if we are visiting old historic Bisbee. read more

Been here a couple of times and it's been hit or miss for the past three years. Service has always been good, but the food has always been inconsistent. The frickin' chicken is a rip from the Nashville hot chicken. Ranch dressing condiment is a good complement because the chicken is spicy with a couple of jalapeños inside. The bun was severely burned. I didn't complain as I hadn't planned on eating most of the bun anyways. We also had the strawberry mojito and copper ale beer. We also had the fish and chips and Austin burger. All are average. Nothing spectacular, but not bad at all. If you want to have meh food and wait over an hour to get it, please come here. I kid you not, we were there for a total of 2 hours and the food was not all that. We ordered burgers with house made fries, which was the only good thing about the whole meal. The waitress that helped us was nice but checked on us only once the entire time we were there. Not once were our drinks refilled or anything. I really think this place was understaffed as others seemed to be getting the same service as us. Needless to say, we were late to our next destination which was crappy. Just avoid at all costs and look for another place to eat. read more

We just had dinner here for our anniversary. The food was outstanding & if you like bread pudding it's a whopping YES. Most restaurants give you a bread milk concoction but this restaurant adds raisins which my husband & I enjoy. Our waitress, Magdalena, for dinner, was excellent & was recommended to us by her daughter, Misato, who was our waitress at lunch. They both gave us excellent service & were helpful in placing our orders. Since today was our 55th wedding anniversary there were very few places that served more than a burger, like none, either Mexican or bar food burgers. Bisbee's Table has a Prime Ribeye dinner or burgers & sandwiches. The food was outstanding & we highly recommended eating here. The full staff was friendly & helpful & extremely courteous. That is something that is disappearing from todays food industry. It's rush, rush & leave, very few say hello or have a nice day. It's we need your table are you done even if you are still eating. Not here it was enjoy your meal. Then we were allowed to relax while having our bread pudding. About 15 minutes later our check arrived with a smile. Enjoy a meal here you won't regret it. read more
