The potato stuffing and chutneys were definitely on the spicier side but liked the sweetness of the ginger chutney to balance it out. The sambhar was also quite tasty. We also liked how fresh the potato stuffing and sambhar was and overall how filling the dish was. We serendipitously ended up passing Bindaas and decided to stop. We were not disappointed, and we will make the effort to drive the distance to return. Fantastic selection in their Sunday buffet. There were many notes to each flavor. Nothing was muddy. Everything was perfect. The modern vibe and ambience gave an upscale casual feeling enticing us to return when the bar is open, and people are Vibing! They were out of Tikka Masala...no business at the beginning of dinner hours..how can you be out? We ordered at the counter and sat down. While waiting, we used unkept restrooms and noted kitchen supplies stored in hallway with assorted flotsam near the serving areas. While seated, a large roach was walking across the bench seat...we moved to a table by the door. Nobody in the serving area to report this to. A few minutes later another roach comes ambling across the dining room floor. We decided we didn't want the food and didn't want to spend another minute there.
