I don't know if it was a change in management that happened, but this unfortunately was the least tasty, poor quality of Indian cuisine that I've had eating out. Even some of the frozen Indian meals had more flavor and more substance like chicken or vegetables. The Reita was an edible, which turned out OK, because the "spicy" meal I asked for was not spicy at all. The people were nice, but the food and the environment did not reflect any of the positive reviews. we hate to leave negative reviews, however, we felt it was important to counter the numerous positive reviews that did not reflect the current state of the cuisine. Oh my goodness!!! The food is to die for! This was my first time trying the food here. Of course I couldn't wait to get home, I had to start sampling everything on the car ride back. I ordered the Lamb Biryani, Spinach Pakora, Onion Pakora, Garlic Naan and Rasmalai. The gentleman at the front was so kind and friendly. He greeted us and answered all my questions about the food. The Lamb Biryani is so full of flavor you want to cry (happy tears lol)! The lamb was super tender and juicy. The Garlic Naan is soft and fluffy and full of flavor as well. I asked for both Pakoras to be made a little extra spicy and they came out perfect. Thank you guys! We will definitely be back for more! We enjoyed our lunch here again. The place was not busy but there were several food deliver orders going out. We asked the server for some recommendations and were pleased with everything we tasted. Kakinada Chicken Pepper Fry was really delicious and it had a very slow rise spiciness to it. I've never had a pepper dish that took that long to rise but it was worth it. It had a really good flavor. I had to wait for my nan to help with the spice level. Butter chicken is a good reliable dish. We had a friend with us so we wanted a pretty safe and savory option that's always a winner. Kadai Paneer was so good. There are a lot of paneer dishes in the menu so it was hard to choose but we asked our helpful server for help. Of course, garlic nan is a must have with any Indian meal. We'll be back. read more

I recently had a hankering for Indian food while I was out running errands in Cumming. I ordered Onion Pakoda (pakora) for an appetizer, the Chicken 65 Biryani for my entree, and some garlic naan. Everything came out freshly cooked, and it was all delicious. I ordered the Chicken 65 "medium" spicy, and it was just right. It had enough heat that you definitely noticed it, but not so much as to distract from the other flavors of the food. The servings were large -- enough for two people to eat and maybe still have a little left over. We randomly decided to come to this restaurant after a quick google for "indian food near me" and we are soooo happy we did! We just found our new go-to indian place! We ordered gobi manchurian for appetizer which was 10/10! So crispy and so flavorful. I assume the manager/owner that was helping around, suggested we try Pachamilaga Chicken Fry if we can handle spicy and we were NOT disappointed! The flavor is unlike anything you will ever eat and a unique dish overall. So delicious and the spice slowly creeps up on you - in a good way For entree we got a plain dosa that was crisped to perfection. Along with that, we ordered the special boneless chicken biryani and it has been byfar the BEST biryani I have ever had from a restaurant so far. The chicken pieces are abundant and so tender and flavorful. My mouth is watering again just thinking about it. Paired the the sauces that are provided, it's a dish you will not want to stop eating. The only downside i found is that they do charge you for ordering extra sauces. For example I asked for extra mint chutney and it was $2 extra. But honestly, for the amount of food that we got, I didn't mind. I recommend every dish that we ordered and can't wait to come back to try out some more dishes! I travel a lot! I have eaten Indian food every where I go and by far this is the best I've had to date. The perfect balance of spicy in every dish I have tried. Today I had the chef's special chicken curry. The waiter tried to worn me that it was hot and they didn't have a milder version. I was a little concerned as I have had a less than great experience with a Vindaloo once. It burned me a new one. This was spicy but perfect for my taste. The best Indian curry flavor ever! I was so impressed that I took an order of the chicken Roganjosh and one of the Tandoori grilled half chicken. Had the Tandoori chicken last time. Just as good. They now have a license to serve wine and beer, but there is no menu for these so it's a bit confusing. So, so good. Hands down some of the best Indian food we've had in the area. We ordered the samosas, Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken 65, and naan. The samosas were perfectly seasoned and spiced (delicious with the green chutney), and the chicken in both dishes were tender and not dry at all -- a huge feat! Absolutely delicious. It's a small place and they looked like they did most of their business with take out orders but they were happy to have us eat there. The service was quick and friendly. I think they serve the best tasting food in the Suwanee area -- at least, I haven't found better. Lots of options, almost all of them taste excellent. I often get things with spinach, like lamb saag, but the tomato and coconut based dishes are really good too. The lassi is great. It's got a kind of casual dinning atmosphere, the TV plays Bollywood not too loudly, sometimes playing cricket or soccer. They have both booths and large tables, it's nice and clean. My husband and I usually get the paneer tikka masala which comes with rice. They are quick and our order usually arrives a little earlier than estimated and still hot! Word is there is a female owner/chef checking everything that comes out and you can tell there is attention to detail here- no fillers! And the GF options- wow! Entrees of Chicken Tikka, Lamb Sheek Kabab with Aloo Gobi, Palak Panir and a Mango Lassie. Yes we got to-go boxes, because the portions here are also generous. Those are our GO-TO dishes and they did not disappoint! But there is so much more offered on the menu, you can't help but find what you're craving - vegetarian or meat lover you will be satisfied. They triple charged me and I'm having a very difficult time getting the two bad charges removed from my credit card. The food is good but DO NOT use their app to order. It's a cluster. My go-to for takeout Indian food is the grocer Sudvidha. I had out of town company and needed a lot of food and knew about their app and figured it would be an easy way to order our feast. When I started my order, I saw that they supposedly give a ten percent discount when ordering from the app. I added more on because of this discount. When I hit submit, the order was doubled. Both orders showed the same exact minute ordered but I knew I'd better call them so they wouldn't make both orders. The lady on the phone saw the two orders but said that the payment didn't take and to pay at pick-up. I got the food and received the bill and noticed it was not ten percent off, but full price. I didn't want to question it so I just paid it and went home and enjoyed the meal. I noticed that evening that my credit card was showing all three charges. Two for the app orders and one for the full price order. I called and the lady said it was probably just authorizations. I checked for several days and the authorizations never fell off. I sent them a message thru their app which they never responded to. I sent them a message thru their website that they never responded to. I finally called them and they said they can't find the charges and told me to contact the credit card company. The credit card company says they're charges and I have to submit the receipt I have, etc. Way too much aggravation coupled with the fact that they didn't honor the ten percent discount from the app keeps me confident that Sudvidha will be my place. read more

Would give a zero star rating it I could ... is this a joke ? We ordered food to go and looked at the container sizes thinking okay makes sense for the price . We get home to find that not even 1/3rd of the container has been filled. The Apollo fish is $18 and you expect a certain quantity and so is the paneer . I have never seen or tasted paneer 65 like that it's nowhere close to what it is supposed to be. Is this some kind of a joke ?? Super lowkey Indian restaurant in Cumming but well worth the visit. I ordered chicken korma and butter naan online to pick up, and it totaled out to $15 which is pretty standard for Indian food around metro Atlanta. The chicken korma was a perfect 10! The chicken was so juicy and tender and the sauce was the perfect consistency of spice and creaminess. The naan was pretty standard for naan - if anything it could have been a little bit more buttery for more of the "melt in your mouth" taste but I would still rate it a solid 8/10. The portions were relatively large, as I had enough leftovers for 2 more meals. Overall, the food was amazing, online ordering worked perfectly, and I would love to come back to try more dishes (and maybe go out of my comfort zone and try a non curry dish). read more
