Parking was easy, and the restaurant was very clean, spacious, and peaceful. It was quiet enough that we could actually enjoy our conversation and hear each other. Ali was our server, and he was incredibly kind and helpful. The menu has so many options that we probably would have sat there forever trying to decide without his recommendations. Our favorite dish was the lamb, which can be ordered by the pound. It was so juicy, tender, and flavorful. We also loved the mild Korma Chop, the pumpkin Kawa Manta, the Cold Egg Noodles, and the beef and tripe. The Dolan Gul Chai was incredible. My friend and I finished the entire pot and refilled it with hot water twice. For dessert, we shared the Dolan Cake and the Sütlaç rice pudding. My friend preferred the cake, while I especially enjoyed the creamy texture of the rice pudding. There are so many more dishes on the menu that we want to try. We will definitely be back. The other dishes didn't have the fiery wok taste that they used to and it felt more like an average Chinese food restaurant versus one that's more authentically Szechuan. Not bad food by any means, but less spice and more generic. Maybe it's a decision by new management to make it more mass appealing, but I was sad that it was sold and doesn't feel like the same place.

Their namesake is dumpling but their other dishes are also excellent. My go to dishes are Lili's dumpling Fried and Xinjiang pork ribs. The dumpling's filling are made fresh after you order. So the dumplings are always fresh. The Xinjiang fried pork ribs are tender and nicely fried with a umami coating. In addition, the bits are tasty on top of plain white rice. Recently, we tried the shredded pork with dry bean curd. It is a bit tangy and spicy with jalapeños pepper instead of the normal bell pepper. Might have to try the snow pea leaves when it is in season. It was so good, I went back a second time and had the exact same dishes with my son while he came back for holiday from university within a week. I ordered the B5. Sizzling Stone Pot Bibimap. It was pretty good and I especially liked the banchan that came with it. But as I mentioned, the portion size was small (and the amount of beef skimpy), though you do have the option of adding extra ingredients for a price. Some pieces of the meat did have an off-flavor. There was a cup of broth (not miso) that came with the bibimap but it had no flavor. It was like drinking warm water. JP ordered the C6. Korean Style Pork Belly. The pork belly was very good and this dish also came with banchan and broth. We also ordered the Spicy Baby Octopus. It wasn't super spicy but it had a very delicious sauce. But probably more onion than octopus. We also ordered the Chicken Bulgogi, which was excellent. However, these two dishes only came with rice, and not banchan. I doubt we will come back because of the price vs. quantity ratio.
