    Paneer grill sandwich

The atmosphere was ok but the staff was friendly. I got the paneer grill sandwich which was very flavorful. It came with chips, but it tasted a bit stale. The Desi chai had a nice strong chai flavor and not too sweet. I would come back to try the other food.

I didn't know now Yelp force you to review if you just wanna upload photos... Well, to be fair I only gotten their Desi Chai and Mango Lassi which is great, but I haven't had their food so my review is not that useful right now... If I come for food I'll update my review.

I can't say enough good things about Chai Wyy! The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was amazing. Having traveled to Mumbai, I've been looking for Indian cuisine that tastes similar and Chai Wyy absolutely nails it. The Chicken Tikka Masala was rich and flavorful, and the samosas were perfectly crispy and delicious. This place is a gem for anyone craving genuine Indian food in the area. I'll definitely be coming back anytime I am visiting Reston.

The exterior has another name posted so it can be confusing. The decor is minimal and could be described as "hole in the wall". The cashier was helpful in selecting our meal. The sandwiches are all rather small for the price point but the meal combo is a good value. Everything was tasty as well seasoned. We also ordered mango lassi which was also good. I'd add a star to this review if the Frankie's were more generous or came with a beverage or side salad for the price point.

Chai Wvy is a newly opened restaurant and hidden gem that offers authentic Indian street food flavors. The Bombay sandwich is a must-try, and the freshly brewed chai flavored with ginger is very refreshing. The service is also excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who are happy to make recommendations. I highly recommend checking it out!

Chai Wyy lives up to its name. As someone who has lived in India, I can say they have a great selection of street food. Do not forget to get the pani puri with friends or family. It's a classic experience. Also would recommend trying their chai. Sandwiches are great if you've worked up quite an appetite. But if you're less hungry I'd recommend going for a Frankie. But definitely don't miss out on the chaats like the aloo tikki chaat. Staff was also extremely friendly. This restaurant is a family favorite

Had a delicious brunch in this new gem yesterday. We had the Paneer Frankie, Samosa Grill Sandwich, and Bombay Veg Potato Grill Sandwich. They all tasted great and you can't go wrong with any of them. Also had the desi chi which was perfectly spiced and mango lassi which my daughter loved! Will be back to try more items on their menu. Also worth mentioning is that we received great service from Gary and his family! Support your local family run businesses!!

Just came here for the first time today (had been coming to this location for years under the previous owner). Excellent food! Tried the Pav Bhaji, Chicken Frankie and Dahi Bhala, all were excellent! Highly recommend!

I went to Celebrate Fairfax for the 1st on 6/9/17, 6/10/17 and 6/11/17…read more It is apparent that Celebrate Fairfax has grown over the past couple of years from a traditional carnival. You take the shuttle (because there is not enough parking at the festival for everyone who attends) from either Fair Oaks Mall or a nearby business park and walk right past the traditional carnival rides. I remember as a child. After the carnival rides you past vendors selling everything from coffee to Botox (agree with other Yelpers Celebrate Fairfax is not focused on crafts). After you past the vendors you are welcomed by the smells of food from everything from chicken to popcorn. After you past the food vendors, you arrive at the stage (concerts are offered on Friday and Saturday night). I was primarily interested in attending Celebrate Fairfax to see Bush (which turned out to be one of the best concerts I have experienced from the sounds to crowd) and when I looked at the ticket price I said "hey a 3 day ticket doesn't cost that much more". The concert space has chairs for anyone who wants to sit and if the band turns out to be super popular (and no chairs are left) you can either sit on the very small lawn space or stand. At the end of each concert there is a great fireworks displayed. I was impressed by the half hour show (stayed for the entire display on Saturday night). The fireworks displayed can be seen at almost every part of the festival (e.g. at the concert space or near the rides). The last day of Celebrate Fairfax the organizers tried something different this year and hosted a Brewfest. It was a really nice mixture of cider and beer. I heard from someone who attended the previous year that the organizers focused more on wine than beer. I think. Beer is better bet because I think you will attract more people because beer (in my opinion) offers more variety. I loved the concept of unlimited pours (and no tickets for tastes). If I had one compliant about the Brewfest portion it would be to have more sun umbrellas and dump buckets available. I know. It can be hard to predict the weather but Celebrate Fairfax happens every year in June and therefore rain or shine you can expect it to be hot. On that note, you can bring in Camel Backpacks into the festival. It is very helpful to have a large source of water available since all of Celebrate Fairfax (except for the restrooms and train display in the Government Center) is outside. In a nutshell, I am super psyched to live in Northern VA so I can attend Celebrate Fairfax (fingers crossed they have another great band(s) next year).

The menu is not your typical hot dog stand as you can get burgers, cheesesteaks, and a variety of sides and other items. I've walked past this gem so many times without realizing what I was missing! It's tucked away in the Home Depot parking lot on Little River Turnpike, so don't sleep on it. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the entire menu.

Taste of Istanbul was a delightful experience. I ordered the combination kebab platter to sample a bit of everything, and not a single item disappointed. The real standout was the chicken, it was cooked to perfection, incredibly juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Even the rice exceeded expectations, as it was well-seasoned and genuinely delicious rather than just a side dish. The service was attentive, with the staff offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we asked for. The ambiance is relaxed and inviting, and the outdoor seating makes it an especially enjoyable spot when the weather is nice. The mixed mezze platter was another highlight, offering generous portions that were easily enough to share among a few friends. The bread was fresh, warm, and crisp. It's also worth noting that they're open until midnight on Sundays, making Taste of Istanbul a fantastic option for a satisfying late-night meal.

The Lamb Shish Kabob 5/5 $ 24- Omg so good serve with rice and pickle vegetable, also come with flat bread if you want. The Lamb was cook perfectly and full of flavor, the rice was mix with some sort of grain that was a interesting texture but good. First of all, the service is impeccable; from the moment, I walked in, the host and manager were both so kind and hospitable in a way that felt natural, while also going above and beyond. And the decor: easily the most beautiful restaurant I have ever been in. Full stop. Just a fun experience, without even getting into food and drink. There isn't a bad seat in the restaurant, and I would even want to come sit at the fun bar. Ok, food and drink. I got a sangria, which was easily as good as any you would find in a Spanish restaurant--not too sweet. They have a fun "street food" appetizers section that isn't on most Indian menus--we got the dilli ki shaan, which were kind of like potato salad in a crispy shell? And for my main, I had the coconut machi curry with fish--omigod, it was so flavorful!! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. My friend got the mewa murg tikka, and I think that delicious, flavorful, savory, smokey chicken may have even been better than my dish. The habanero and cheese naans were also pretty good. I can't wait to go back, though my biggest challenge will be whether to order the same dish or try something new!
