PIND was okay. The portion sizes were great and they gave us daal when we entered which was nice especially on a cold rainy day. There was ample indoor seating and were quickly accommodated even though we walked in without a reservation. However the food itself wasn't that great. I felt that there wasn't that much flavor or spice that makes Indian food so unique.

I got the saag and it was so good! Rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned -- definitely one of the best I've had. I'll be back to try more dishes!

From the moment we entered the restaurant. A host was ready to greet us and take us to our table. There were many places to sit from booths to individual tables. When we asked the waiter what he would recommend, we were given a variety of choices and we definitely believe we chose well. The goat dish and the butter chicken were very tasty and the complimentary naan was delicious as well. Their drinks were a bit sweeter than imagined but overall very tasty. Would definitely come back again to try a new dish.

This was my first time here because most of the times I'm walking by. I forget the hours and don't get to make it. Overall, I think the food is pretty tasty and different from what you get at other restaurants. The restaurant itself is fairly clean and the staff is friendly.

More like a 3.5. First time eating there. Overall, we had a very nice dinner. Service was attentive - at times, though, too fast! I was literally still eating my appetizer (samosa) and he asked to clear my plate. I got the chicken vin d alho. The sauce and heat were perfect. I was thrown off by white meat chicken chunks that seemed to be added at the last minute, not stewed into it. Usually it is dark meat. My friend got the lamb rogan josh. This dish was really good. The garlic naan was good. We were given the check before being asked if we wanted dessert. My friend already knew she wanted the mango kofta, so she asked for the menu again. I got the mango mousse cake. I'm glad we did! Both were really tasty. I would eat there again but it may not be my first choice to get Indian food because it was higher priced than other Indian restaurants that I go to.

I hate to compare this experience from that I had with Rupa Vira but to provide some context, I had to... Firstly, on 3/29/2023, I checked yelp and this place had mixed reviews so though it gave me pause, I err on the side of those giving this place the greater of the stars. I'd like to form my own opinion based off my own experience so here goes... Here, the staff was synchronized-working in teams. It was evident when I first walked in and was greeted and ushered to booth table for 2 while I wait for hubby who was meeting me for lunch during his break from work closeby. The Staff here was commendable. They were attentive and patiently responded to our questions about the menu and generously gave us " compliment[ary] by the chef" items including a gulam to conclude our meal was tasty! Pind has lunch options which came with soup or salad, naan and biryani plus complimentary side dishes (chickpea veg style). We ordered Goat type dish, Butter Chicken and Shrimp Biryani. Each dish was delicious especially when wrapping them in that very light and tasty Naan. And I want to point out, they were brought in just perfectly timed. We were attended and waited on as well as can be possibly done! So kodus! Although, I alluded to having the most delicious food at that other Indian restaurant just 3 weeks ago, service there was so bad that left a bad taste to my mouth. So I wanted to check Pind out how they fare in comparison-- Au contraire, this place made our lunch such a pleasant experience that's worth returning to. And the unpretentious food tasted good as well! I can taste the different spices in every dish. I ordered mild heat, it was pretty mild so perhaps next visit I would opt for medium heat instead. And the Naan was very good like " bread of Jesus "good, as my hubby uttered! Having lunch menu also a great plus!!! Place was unpretentious, spacious with exposed vents as part of the minimalistic & modern charm, simple yet clean & inviting! Most important is the overall experience which only a great service exhibited by the staff here can compel me to come back. Thus, a perfect algebraic solid 4 on all the three categories: food, service & ambience! Keep up the good work! So happy to have Pind as part of One Loudoun set of burb's restaurants! Thank you! I miss Aggio still!

Great food. Really enjoyed the tandoori chicken, and the flavor profile was one of the best we have had in the northern Virginia area. We also tried the naan, chicken tikka masala, mango lassi, and chili paneer which were all absolutely delicious. The server was very friendly and they were very accommodating for our one year old. Lots of indoor seating and very clean. Great restaurant.

Pros: - Good and quick service - food is very good - we got the little customised food as well as drink options. Guy was very understanding and gave run time flavor options for mocktails for mojitot. Also, we saw a pic of chicken tikka masala and asked if this can be made with paneer and instantly agreed even though it wasent on the menu. Cons: - denied for child high chair even though i saw empty ones available. Overall pretty good food and experience. Place itself is nice to walk after dinner or even sit together with a group in near by garden.

Would have been 5 stars if it weren't for the staff judging us on several things throughout our meal. I'm sure they didn't mean to but make sure you eat the rice that goes with dishes and finish your plate! Would not recommend the ricotta dessert, however the vegetable Korma was the best I have ever had and the samosas were also maybe the best.

After ten years later in the area we decided to stop by at Pind and here is my short narrative. I order Tito's and club and they did not had Tito's so they charged us for premium TOP SHELVE liqour. Order the Amritsari fish which was just a fired fish in batter with no indian spices on it. Lamb chops were just boiled barely grilled and horrible. Over service was horrible and hard to tell you how we felt paying $75 for nothing. We went in as we would have done some other place anyway. Well nor it tells why I never came here and this was my last visit.

Good portion size and taste. Recommend the aloo gobi and chicken tikka masala. Warning: the garlic naan has a LOT of garlic.

Went with my fiancé and family to try out the food and everything we got (chicken tikka, mixed grill, butter chicken, chicken Amritsari, chicken biryani, carrot and moong dal halwa) were all delicious. Ambiance was nice with Indian songs playing. Service was a little slow, we had to call people down constantly to get water refilled or order more food. From this experience alone, I would've given this a 4 or 4.5 stars. However, about a week later, we had a small family gathering and order to-go trays of chicken tikka for others to try. Unfortunately, this time the flavor wasn't as strong or good and the tikka was more watery than we expected. We also got paneer tikka, which tasted good but for $16, it was only 5 pieces. Called the restaurant to give feedback regarding the watery tikka, and whomever my dad spoke to was rude and condescending. They asked if we were South Indians as South Indians generally do not like the taste of North Indian food. First of all, not true. We had the exact same dish a week prior and it objectively did not taste the same. We also asked why they charged us $16 for the paneer tikka as the menu said $14 and he said that the Leesburg location is priced higher, which again, not clear anywhere on the website or when ordering. If anything, I would assume Tysons location would be more expensive. Anyway, we went from excited that we found our wedding caterer to feeling hurt about the way that one man spoke to my dad. But the first time we had the food in the restaurant was really delicious without any professionalism issues.
