The Chana Masala was fine -- a bit bland and the bowl was 90% rice, but it was edible. When the Pakoras came out, it was mostly just onions and a couple of potato sticks. Not much flavor there either - I couldn't even really taste the onions, it all just tasted like oil. It did come with a small cup of raita, and that was good. We had no idea what to expect from the Dahi Baray since we'd never heard of it before -- it turned out to be a few little mushy balls of dough about the size of cherries, in a huge bowl of tangy yogurt sauce that was a little bit sweeter than the raita. I liked the sauce - I mixed some with the rice from the chana masala - but neither of us liked the dumplings at all. When we were done, I stopped in the restroom before we hit the road again. I found a fairly large, very dimly lit bathroom with a very wet floor, and while I was washing my hands the dim light went out all together leaving me in total darkness.
