After craving some authentic taco, I Google it and came across Birritaco and saw the pink build and the margaritas flights. I wanted in asap! Thank God for these reviews with photos. Let me just say they have a variety of different flavors for their Margarita flights, and they were a nice size. I was tipsy and calm all day. LOL. They were yummy and tasty like the flavor. I decided to try the tacos, which was good, and did not miss a beat in flavor. The presentation of everything was perfect and showed how much they care through the food and drinks. Got here about 45 minutes before closing and sat at the bar. Margaritas are $5 on Thursday so I had the cactus pear. It was house tequila but wasn't bad. Not too tart and not too sweet. I tried the birria taco, carne asada and the Al pastor taco. The flavors were good but the birria was a little salty for me. I didn't care for the chips and salsa provided. Service was a little slow but like I said it was still pretty busy. Floors were sticky bc my shoes kept sticking when I went to the restroom. Which by the way was out of hand soap and only a small bit of toilet paper left. I let someone know but I'm not sure if she did anything about it. Overall it was just meh for me. They're often busy at night and parking can be a little tricky, but it's worth the wait and the hunt for a spot! Their birria tacos and consommé are amazing, but the chicken tinga taco is our favorite! Reasonable prices and although it's in an old building, it feels very clean! I saw this restaurant on TikTok from Mr ChimeTime and he was raving about the Al Pastor pizza. Since we were attending an event in Concord this was the perfect time to drop in. We arrived shortly after 8pm on Thursday evening and it wasn't too crowded. We sat at the bar and ordered a pear and green apple margarita. The service was a little slow because there was only one bartenders and a trainee. He told use about the $5 margarita so that was a deal. The drinks were pretty good thats the reason I'll give them 4 stars today. I wanted to try everything on the menu but settled on the Birria tacos, Al Pastor taco and , shrimp taco. My friend tried the pollo & chorizo tacos. The tacos were just okay, the beef was a bit salty and left an aftertaste. The taco shells were hard and didn't taste fresh. I may need to give this place a second visit and maybe try the pizza as he recommended on TikTok. The restaurant has two sides of seating and a bar. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was friendly. The food was good but both my husband and I agree, we expected more flavor and heat as a whole. It was all rather bland. There were not even hot sauces on the tables for those who need it. We could have asked, I'm sure they have it, but with the lack of flavor in the meals, maybe having flavor on the table would be good. ‍ It was a fun experience and the food was yummy, just on the bland side. Stoped in for an early dinner late lunch not too much of a crowd but started to get busy. Pretty basic limited Mexican menu food was good. They do Margarita flights and all the flavors are on point.
