I learned to go inside the restaurant to place a order because gas now days is too expensive to idle over 30 minutes in a drive thur. I do like the crispy crunch and hint of heat of the chicken. I stopped at the menu/speaker and when asked by the young woman inside about my order, I told her that I was there to pick up an online order. She told me to proceed to the window. When I arrived at the window, the young woman inside pointed toward the street (Pipeline Road). I do not read sign language and since this was my very first visit to Burger Street, I had no idea what she wanted of me. I sat in my car with the engine running for 20 minutes with absolutely no direct communication from anyone inside Burger Street. No one EVER came to the window to speak with me directly. I waited until 7:45 PM and, at that point, I was concerned that if I got my food, there was a possibility that it may have been sabotaged in some way, so I left. Since this was an on-line order, it was already paid for. I have already contacted my bank to dispute the charge and receive a refund. I was left stranded at the window so I left without getting my food and there was absolutely no communication for an employee if there was a problem or not.
