Recently went with my family for lunch and was completely disappointed with the menudo. But the most disgusting thing was when we order 3 aguas frescas 2 horchatas and 1 piña and the cup smelled bad. Like they just rinse the cups and don't use any soap or detergent or let the cups sit in water. It took a long time to get a waiter attention all the girls was just in the back chatting trying to pop each other back ridiculous! After getting one waiter's attention we let them know about the plastic cups smelling awful and would like to exchange the drinks for 2 Coca Cola bottles. They still had the audacity to charge us and not admit the the issue. This shows this business doesn't care about customers and can't recognize their fault doing.

Hair from the soup.

The order was not right. We didn't get everything we order and the Birria De Res Mediana that came with the order came with 2 strands of hair in the soup.

Delicious Birrieria burrito! Excellent service! Easy access to and from the freeway! Ambience was good too! Highly recommend!

If you are passing through this small town and in the mood for Mexican food this is your stop. This was recommended by a friend who lives in the area. I loved the food and the service was great too! It's a hole in the wall kind of spot so if you expecting fancy this isn't your place. But this family friendly restaurant was perfect for us.

Very delicious Chips were nice and warm . Salsa was yummy Loved how they gave us two options. I ordered a quesa Birria taco & it was amazing . most definitely going back for some more quesabirria tacos... I also got an alambre plate of mix meats w handmade corn tortillas which was delicious but a bit to greasy.. tortillas were kinda to thick and in my opinion needed more salt, it tasted kinda doughy. grandfather got the Chile verde plate w rice and beans / flour tortillas. He didn't like it much but I would of rated a 6/10 . Sauce was to thick and chunky.Birrieria Apaztingan

We ran into this place on our way to Arizona. I have been craving Birria since my last trip to San Diego. I have been living in Fresno for over a decade and I never knew of this place. The restaurant is located off the 99 freeway - south bound. As soon as you come in, you get the Banda music playlist. Great hits by the way!! The restaurant smells and looks very clean. When you come in, you may pick a table and the waitress will take your order then. We ordered the infamous Birria Bowl with corn tortillas. The caldo was amazing! Their salsa was delicious! Their tortillas to cry for (too good! Nice and warm). The only downside is that the birria had a lot of 'grasa'/ mucho cuero (idk whatnot is called in English). I didn't let my experience be ruined so I asked for more meat (carne masisa) ask extra side of tortillas. Loved it I am definitely stopping more times now that I know of this place.

I had seen someone post this place and since i drive up to Tulare every one in a while i figured i would stop by. So today i was starving and i remembered this place so i googled it. Its a big restaurant lots of seating and clean. I got to sit myself, they bring you chips and salsa green and red. I ordered a classic coke bottle that was very chilled. The young lady came up and took my order. Once i recieved my food it was perfect ... They brought out my plate plus some home made tortillas. I was in heaven. This is the best place for birria. I would always go to the one in Santa ana Ca. but not anymore. The food id DELICIOUS and full of flavor. I definitley will be back to try the menudo.

Tried this place for early dinner for the first time on Sunday, 5/5/2019. Loved it!!! My pros: Waitress was super friendly. We picked our own seat. No wait. Waitress brought water for us right away and chips and 2 kinds of salsa. Waitress always smiling. Order taken right away. Food came out fairly quickly. Food was delicious. We loved their green spicy sauce so much, we asked for 2 to go. I'm sure there's a name for it, but am unsure what you call it. My cons: No cons!

Birria de Chivo large.

Food was very good and tasty. Salsa red and green very flavorful. Had birria combo awesome. Service was very good. Plenty room tables to eat.

Asada taco, carnitas taco, quesataco de res.

One of my top fave birria de chivo. Order it tatemada, it adds a roasted flavor. And the salsa and tortillas are cherry in top.

So, I had high hopes for this place, but overall it was a bit of a letdown. I ordered 8 tacos (6…read moreasada, 1 chorizo, 1 chicharrón), 1 burrito, and 1 crunchy asada taco. The asada tacos actually had decent flavor -- although the meat was a little on the salty side. Not a deal breaker, but noticeable. The chorizo taco? Honestly, tasted just like the kind you buy at any grocery store and cook at home -- nothing special at all. I was hoping for that rich, house-made taste, but nope. The chicharrón taco was probably the most disappointing -- it was basically a cuerito taco. No real meat, just soft skin, so not what I was expecting. But what really killed the experience for me was the salsa situation. They gave me just two small containers of salsa for everything. The red one was tasty, and the green one was basic but good -- but come on, two little salsas for 8 tacos and a burrito? No limes, no radishes, nothing to help bring the tacos together. We ended up trying to ration the salsa, and without enough, the tacos felt dry. Everyone knows a taco needs to have that salsa dripping down and a good squeeze of lime to really come alive -- otherwise, it's just meat on a tortilla. I'm giving it 3 stars because the asada tacos had potential. But the overall execution, especially the lack of salsa and sides, really brought the meal down. Probably won't be rushing back.

Theeeee place for tacos, period. Everything is so fresh and homemade. Don't walk, run to this…read moreamazing Taqueria. Never disappoints!
