Wow, just wow. Am I really still in Las Vegas and not LA? The birria tacos at Los Arcos is SO good. It's about time we've found a birria spot in LV that has the flavor that we've been looking for that we've only found in LA. Even though we ordered food for takeout, we couldn't wait and ended up crushing the tacos in the car. The shells were crunchy, there was just enough cheese and there was SO MUCH beef. The consomme was included with the 3 taco plate and there is so much flavor, unlike what we've experienced in other places in LV. At $13 for a plate of 3 tacos, it's honestly worth it with the size, quality of ingredients and flavor. As a FYI - this is restaurant on the small side so I would recommend either ordering for pickup by calling since we experienced a wait outside. There was also a physical wait list at the door for those who'd like to dine in. I will say to get the crunchiness and full experience of the taco to either eat there or to eat them in the car unless your drive home is close. This is our new spot for birria tacos! The level of satisfaction you get after eating here is astronomical! The birria tacos were all over social media and I finally got to try this spot. I figured since they were being shown all around the youtube and facebook streams, that these tacos were worth trying. My first time here, I was with one of my friends and we came over here for lunch. I asked the server for his recommendation and got the birria tacos trio combo with everything on it, with a side of consome. When the tacos came, I was not disappointed! When the server talked about the goat, I was a little apprehensive because I have never been a fan of gamey flavors, but I am so glad I went with his recommendation. The tacos are cased with two thin tortillas, with tender cooked goat, cilantro, cheese, and onions. The outer tortilla is pressed and crispy, which adds an awesome crunchy texture on the outside. The complement of the cheese and meat with the hot consome is out of this world. After you dip it, the flavors are just unbelievably delicious. I love the savory and salty flavors of the tacos and consome! Nothing too overbearing and leaves you wanting more! I implore everyone to give this spot a chance when they pass by or visit downtown! We ended up at this spot by chance. My brother in law has never had birria and we searched for a location nearest to us and this was the #1 spot. This place did not disappoint. We were instantly greeted and asked whether we wanted to eat indoors or take our meals to go. Food was cooked quickly and held up until we got home 20 minutes later. My initial reaction was that the quesabirria tacos were huge! Honestly, after two tacos I was full, but I kept pushing on and challenged myself to eat them all. They did not skip out on the meat, it was packed! Threw on some salsa and it was game over, no one was getting a bite of mine. I think I'll be full until Thanksgiving. read more

My first time trying birria tacos. I'm now hooked. The flavor is SO good. I tried the goat quesabirria taco, the beef birria taco, and the chicken tacos. All were delicious and super satisfying. Even though we ordered the food for takeout and didn't eat it right away, the meat was still piping hot and the tortillas were still crunchy from the grill. The goat consome was so good that I chugged the rest after I finished dunking the tacos in. I wasn't too big a fan of the salsas but the meat was flavored enough that they weren't necessary. I'll definitely be back! read more

I've always driven past this spot and told my boyfriend we had to try it out, well today was the day!!! Everything was so good, with fast and friendly service! First time here, and it did not disappoint. I got the 3 quesabirria combo with consome and it was so good. They don't skimp out on anything. The tacos were so big I was not able to finish 2 of them. There was also a mulita, quesadilla, and a asada burrito. All tasted great, big portions. Highly recommend this place for a good taco/birria place :) Service was great, food came out fast. The food in this place is amazing. Specially their Birria and Birria Fries as well as their tacos. I've been here over a handful of times and always enjoyed it. The service is fast and good. The servers are also nice and everytime I go in with my girlfriend, they let us choose where to seat right away. The place might be small but it's way above average. You will not be disappointed going to this restaurant. Also it comes with complimentary chips that is good. read more

Restaurante no es Mexicano, dueños son Venezolanos o Colombianos. Horrible, el caldo de birria estaba espeso de dias, coctel de camaron con fuerte olor a camaron. El manager o dueño cobra de mas. This place has probably the best quesabirria in the valley. This was recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint. We've been here multiple times and we always come back. Only thing to worry about is the place gets a little cramp when busy but we always take out our food and eat at home. read more

The restaurant is small but their portions aren't. I got 3 beef quesabirria tacos with consommé and they were delicious and loaded up. The meat was tender and I love how the taco shells didn't break even tho they were full and wet from the consommé. They also gave a few limes on the side that enhanced the flavor for me. Definitely worth the price, $13.47. The only thing we didn't like was that we were seated literally next to the restroom but it was the only table available since they were busy and it's small in there. I didn't mind much but my husband didn't have an appetite. read more

This is my go to place when I'm on this side of town. They specialize in Birria Tacos! I love this place! They make one of the best quesabirria tacos around Las Vegas, especially with their 3 tacos combo plate, for just under $14.00, best value for your money! It's a small and clean little place with a lot of flavor in their food! They stuff their quesabirria tacos with a lot of beef or goat, whichever meat you prefer, cheese and topped off with onions & cilantro with a nice size bowl of consume' on the side and now you have yourself a meal! One of the BEST QuesaBirria tacos I have had in a long time! Located on Maryland Parkway, this little taco place is literally packed! When we arrived there was one little table left and we were able to squeeze in to sit there. Menu is super small which made it really simple for us to order. Food was quickly delivered. We ordered one beef quesabirria plate and one birria taco plate which comes in an order of 3. So much flavor and the tacos were large not small! They also went great with the Agua Frescas ordered. The server gave us some salsas but honestly the tacos with the consommé was so good, there was not point of adding anything else to it. The place is definetly one to check out. read more

This place has been bookmarked before I even arrived to Vegas. My husband & I LOVE good food even if it's off the strip. We even had his best friend in tow (& local to Vegas) & even he wants to make a return The place was clean, staff wore masks (which we appreciate) and we arrived after lunch but before dinner, so there wasn't a huge crowd. The service was pretty good, very attentive when we came in the restaurant. Our waiter was charismatic with us and made sure we felt welcomed. We ordered three shrimp empanadas for appetizers and got three Marlin ones instead we told them and they were quick to fix it. We got our two main course first before we got the chance to enjoy the empanadas. I got the sushi roll which was pretty good but I could tell it wasn't 100% fresh. It suppose to be a deep fried roll and when it was served it wasn't hot at all. The mojarra was pretty good and great size for the prize. We tried the empanadas but couldn't finished them because we were already eating the main course. Overall the restaurant looked remodeled and was clean and nice to dine in. SO MUCH CHEEEESE. We got quesabirrias goat & beef tacos with the consummate. I've never had such juicy tender goat that wasn't gamey AT ALL. Honestly, I almost felt like it was softer than beef. We ended up having more goat tacos than beef. It's quite mind-blowing how the texture of the taco shells works out. Crunchy on the outside but still cheese and gooey in the inside. I could almost immediately feel my arteries clog but then I dip the tacos in the consummate, and the spiciness and acidity of the soup tricks me into thinking ITS FINE JUST KEEP EATING. That dip, baby that dip is everything. The quesabrilla beef with that dip is so delicious. I also got a pollo & carna which were just as tasty. The chips come with bean dip & green and fire red salsa. The service was good and they were very friendly. The restaurant clean. A wonderful place to try out many different birria items. They have them in both beef and goat options. I was surprised at how large the mulitas were and may have over ordered. The definition of a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. The place is a bit small but has a good amount of tables. You sit down, scan the barcode for the menu and someone takes your order. The Horchata was ok and nothing special since it wasn't made from scratch like the phenomenal tacos! Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and my food. Definitely would recommend and return!

Portions are huge and truly meant to be shared. I tried their special which was a shrimp burrito. Reasonably priced and delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to drop in here again when all other places are closed late night.

I will say, when we first arrived the front dining room surrounded by candles was VERY warm. I asked if they could lower the AC because while I totally understand the ambiance they're going for, once everyone starts eating and drinking it gets hot fast. They were very accommodating and did lower it a bit, which we appreciated. I also loved that they start you off with pico de gallo and chips for the table, and when we asked for more they happily brought extra. Such a small thing but it made the experience feel really welcoming and generous. For food, we ordered the truffle quesadilla, street corn, and the Chicken Parm Mexicana. The truffle quesadilla was SO good and packed with flavor from the mushrooms, truffle oil, and cheese. The street corn was delicious too, and the Chicken Parm Mexicana was such a fun twist on a classic. Crispy chicken, flavorful sauce, and perfectly melted Chihuahua cheese. For drinks, I had the Toca Margarita and loved it. Super fresh and well balanced. Service was great throughout the night and the atmosphere made it such a fun place for our group dinner before the No Doubt concert at the Sphere. Would absolutely come back on another Vegas trip!!
