Be adventurous and get off the strip. The menu is extensive, offering a wide range of options. I am always skeptical of extensive menus. I ordered a torta and was not disappointed. Delicious, soft bread; the meat was seasoned well and very large--plenty of food for two people. I think people wouldn't give it a try because of the location. I don't see many tourists trying this place. Give it a try.

Although it's not in the best neighborhood in Las Vegas , the food was worth taking the risk for. They're known for their Molcajate, which are basically an assortment of meats and ingredients inside a stone bowl. The bowl came out piping hot and the carne asada and chicken were very juicy and flavorful. I believe they made the tortillas in house as they tasted very fresh and had a nice chew to it. I also got their margarita which had a generous amount to it and I definitely did not need seconds. The atmosphere is lively and friendly with a mariachi band playing in the background which made it even more fun. The locals here seem to enjoy it so it's definitely a good sign you should try it too!

Great service and food Minus the 1 star for ambiance. I came here for the first time ever after living in this side of town for almost my whole life. They just allow anyone's dad or uncle in here to sing songs and it was really nice until it was disturbing. 3 guys come in with a guitar and ask to sing you a song for tips and then another 3 and then another 3. It was weird and obnoxious honestly. We gave in to let one group sing a song Then they asked for a $30 tip. Odd. Solution: This place would do well with a permanent stage for performers to rotate*

Decided to try this place based on the YELP REVIEWS, let me tell you! It didn't disappoint! The food was so, so delicious! They had live music and the service was good! I ordered a margarita and it was ok, not the best I've had but the molcajete was bomb! Enough for my husband and I, the portion was very large, we couldn't finish the whole thing. Definitely going back when I am back in Vegas!

Great food and attentive service. We started with a couple great guacamole and chips along with a bucket of beers. The 4 of us had 3 different molcajete all of which were huge and we had a large take home box to go. The bill came to $200 for the 5 of us plus a $40 tip. We went on a week night and avoided the usual crowd with loud music and mariachi bands.

The food, the service and the restaurant were all 5 stars! The restaurant was clean, warm and beautifully decorated. The chairs are comfy and tables nicely spaced. The team was super accommodating with our surprise party of 9 and super kind. They brought out a complimentary birthday shot and dessert - haven't had that in a long time! The queso dip was so yummy and filling I could have left with just that and been filled up. The steak items were cooked perfectly and the enchiladas had an aftertaste I can't place but had me going back for bite after bite!

Tried this place out since we're nearby and heard great things. It's a cute restaurant. Friendly staff and food was good. We opted to share the macho molcajete. And we had a carne asada sope. There was some mariachis that came in to sing as well very festive.

Enchiladas

Great service, food was amazing, great music playing. They had the game playing as well and plenty of tvs to watch it from any side you sat at

Ranchero

The Ranchero was so amazing! The chicken and the chorizo in the red sauce are my favorites . Can't wait to fit back.

Delicious molcajetes. Had a few over the years and they don't tend to disappoint. They're also fully loaded, no skimping on portion sizes.

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like flour taquitos that would cross contaminate gluten free corn tortilla chips? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.

Hands down one of my favorite and most affordable taco spots!…read more It's located next to a busy plaza so parking can be quite difficult They're open daily 10am-2pm. Definitely recommend going when they first open because otherwise it doesn't matter the time or day of the week, the lines are extremely long! Love how spacious the restaurant and how organized it is! Once inside the restaurant, there are several lines and you just line up according to which meat and item you want. The longest lines are definitely the asada and adobada (pork)! Once you reach the front of the line, you just tell the staff which and how many of the item you want, as well as any customizations to it. After you get your order, you just head to the cashier line and paying is so easy and convenient! Pricing is reasonable. - Tacos, tostadas, taco aztecas - $4.12 - Sopes, quesadillas, vampiras, & mulas - $7.54. - fries with meat - $22.18+ - soft drinks - $3.31 Arrived at 11am on Sunday and it was already super crowded. Stood in the asada line for at least half an hour but the wait was so worth it! Got 3 Asada Tacos and the tortilla was so soft, hot, and fresh. It was stuffed with plenty of tender beef! The beef was packed with flavor and marinated so well! The pico de gallo was so delicious, as well as the salsa and guac. The Horchata was ok and nothing special since it wasn't made from scratch like the phenomenal tacos! Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and my food. Definitely would recommend and return!

SO GOOD! Favorite spot of the day , hands down. What a great way to end our day trip to Vegas!…read more We started with two appetizers which were more on an amuse bouche. Small in size but packed with flavor. The Himachi? We could've eaten ten of them. Deeeelicious. The main course came out while I stepped away for a few minutes so I missed the fire show, but got to see it when another table got it later. The taste of the beef was absolutely amazing and loved the accrucements that accompanied it as well. We ended our meal with an almost missed Tres Leches. (Silly me didn't ask for the dessert menu, almost had grounds for being left in Las Vegas!). I came here for brunch, and the menu was small but tasty. I had green juice, coffee, and sparkling water. I was for sure very thirsty. For food, I shared a potato flauntas which is a must order! Between the music, crowd, and fire performances, it really feels like a full experience and not just dinner. I will say, when we first arrived the front dining room surrounded by candles was VERY warm. I asked if they could lower the AC because while I totally understand the ambiance they're going for, once everyone starts eating and drinking it gets hot fast. They were very accommodating and did lower it a bit, which we appreciated. I also loved that they start you off with pico de gallo and chips for the table, and when we asked for more they happily brought extra. Such a small thing but it made the experience feel really welcoming and generous. For food, we ordered the truffle quesadilla, street corn, and the Chicken Parm Mexicana. The truffle quesadilla was SO good and packed with flavor from the mushrooms, truffle oil, and cheese. The street corn was delicious too, and the Chicken Parm Mexicana was such a fun twist on a classic. Crispy chicken, flavorful sauce, and perfectly melted Chihuahua cheese. For drinks, I had the Toca Margarita and loved it. Super fresh and well balanced. Service was great throughout the night and the atmosphere made it such a fun place for our group dinner before the No Doubt concert at the Sphere. Would absolutely come back on another Vegas trip!!
