Great food and attentive service. We started with a couple great guacamole and chips along with a bucket of beers. The 4 of us had 3 different molcajete all of which were huge and we had a large take home box to go. The bill came to $200 for the 5 of us plus a $40 tip. We went on a week night and avoided the usual crowd with loud music and mariachi bands.

Be adventurous and get off the strip. The menu is extensive, offering a wide range of options. I am always skeptical of extensive menus. I ordered a torta and was not disappointed. Delicious, soft bread; the meat was seasoned well and very large--plenty of food for two people. I think people wouldn't give it a try because of the location. I don't see many tourists trying this place. Give it a try.

Although it's not in the best neighborhood in Las Vegas , the food was worth taking the risk for. They're known for their Molcajate, which are basically an assortment of meats and ingredients inside a stone bowl. The bowl came out piping hot and the carne asada and chicken were very juicy and flavorful. I believe they made the tortillas in house as they tasted very fresh and had a nice chew to it. I also got their margarita which had a generous amount to it and I definitely did not need seconds. The atmosphere is lively and friendly with a mariachi band playing in the background which made it even more fun. The locals here seem to enjoy it so it's definitely a good sign you should try it too!

Great service and food Minus the 1 star for ambiance. I came here for the first time ever after living in this side of town for almost my whole life. They just allow anyone's dad or uncle in here to sing songs and it was really nice until it was disturbing. 3 guys come in with a guitar and ask to sing you a song for tips and then another 3 and then another 3. It was weird and obnoxious honestly. We gave in to let one group sing a song Then they asked for a $30 tip. Odd. Solution: This place would do well with a permanent stage for performers to rotate*

Decided to try this place based on the YELP REVIEWS, let me tell you! It didn't disappoint! The food was so, so delicious! They had live music and the service was good! I ordered a margarita and it was ok, not the best I've had but the molcajete was bomb! Enough for my husband and I, the portion was very large, we couldn't finish the whole thing. Definitely going back when I am back in Vegas!

The food, the service and the restaurant were all 5 stars! The restaurant was clean, warm and beautifully decorated. The chairs are comfy and tables nicely spaced. The team was super accommodating with our surprise party of 9 and super kind. They brought out a complimentary birthday shot and dessert - haven't had that in a long time! The queso dip was so yummy and filling I could have left with just that and been filled up. The steak items were cooked perfectly and the enchiladas had an aftertaste I can't place but had me going back for bite after bite!

Tried this place out since we're nearby and heard great things. It's a cute restaurant. Friendly staff and food was good. We opted to share the macho molcajete. And we had a carne asada sope. There was some mariachis that came in to sing as well very festive.

Delicious molcajetes. Had a few over the years and they don't tend to disappoint. They're also fully loaded, no skimping on portion sizes.

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like flour taquitos that would cross contaminate gluten free corn tortilla chips? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.

Every item we have ever ordered from the menu is fresh, high quality, beautifully presented and most importantly delicious! Service is always top notch, with quick and attentive staff with a chef that is also attentive and communicative. One of our most favorite things is that this is a brewhouse, so they have really good in house beers and just a great drink selection. As a michelada enthusiast I was very pleasantly surprised that their in house michelada is one of the best I have had! Relatively kid friendly place, our kids enjoy their miso soup that also has mushrooms so it's more filling than other misos. They also enjoy the avocado handroll and edamame. All in all, this is a great place to grab a bite and some good drinks, especially for people who value quality over quantity.

The deal is great too, like a $1 a oyster from what I recall. Our server did a really great job on walking us through the menu, she was very natural and we felt comfortable in her presence! We enjoyed the sea bass, oysters, negi toro rolls and some drinks. A bit pricey but totally worth it. Ambiance is quaint with tv's, a bar area that's also like a sushi bar, and you can see the giant brewing containers for the beer behind the bar. So cool. PS .. Please don't skip the michelada! So good and unique I truly never had a michelada THIS good before!

Since I know that some seafood boils prepare different types of shellfish in the same pot, I asked our server if my food could be prepared separately from any crab or shrimp. She assured me that this was absolutely possible and said she would make a note of it on our order. About 20 minutes later, our server came back and told me that the crawfish could not be prepared in a separate pot because it is cooked in the same water as the shrimp and crab. Since she specifically mentioned the crawfish, I was under the impression that I would still be receiving my mussels. Another 20 minutes passed, and all of my friends had received their food while I was still waiting. We asked our server for an update, and she told us that she thought I had canceled my entire order because the mussels are also cooked in the same water as the crab and shrimp. This was frustrating because when she initially came back to explain that the accommodation could not be made, she only mentioned the crawfish. Had I been told that the mussels were also prepared in the same water and that my entire order would need to be changed or canceled, I would have been more than happy to choose something else. Instead, I waited another 20 minutes without realizing that my order had effectively been canceled. I completely understand that not every restaurant can accommodate a specific allergy request, and I don't expect them to. In fact, I've been to other seafood boil restaurants and have never had an issue understanding what can and cannot be prepared separately. My main concern here was the lack of clear communication. Overall, I think the restaurant could really benefit from better communication between the kitchen and servers, as well as clearer communication with customers about what accommodations are and aren't possible. I would have been much more understanding if I had simply been given all of the information upfront.
