Watermelon lime lager

This was my first time eating here, we sat at the bar and everyone at the bar including the bartender was very friendly. The food is reasonably priced and overall was very good. The Cajun fries are a MUST, they were amazing. Nachos had a ton of meat on them but not enough toppings for the amount of chips. The tap list has plenty of options. Great spot!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Fun little dive bar across from Hot Metal bridge.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Tasty bar food and cold brews. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great spot to watch a game and chill.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Golden Boy and garlic parm

We had an amazing time here on Thursday! A few buddies and me wanted to grab some wings, so we headed over here! We got 30 wings and 3 different flavors: jerk, golden boy (which is a spicier version of the golden BBQ), and the garlic parm! They were amazing and we will definitely be back!

The BEST bar food in the south side by far. The menu has a great variety of options, and everything is reasonably priced. The bartenders are very friendly, and the drinks are well-made. I pride myself on being a regular here.

how i am just finding out about this place ill never now, but i will be back to sample more wings. [[HIGHLIGHT]]for starters its such a cute little place with a huge outdoor dining area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff was helpful and willing to answer all of our questions. Not sure of this is normal or if it was just lucky timing but they had several ciders on tap. fries were fresh cut and delicious. we ordered their top three flavors. all were delicious.

WARNING FOR EVENT PLANNING AND RENTING OUT TOP FLOOR BAR. And just general attendance. Last night was the third time our office attempted to patronize this place and were treated like scum. I worked in the service industry for over 10 years and know this won't change anything. The regular bartender clearly has free rein to speak to people like they're less than for simply existing. We've ALWAYS been cordial and patient while she speaks to us like morons but after RENTING OUT THE TOP FLOOR for a very special going away event and being gaslighted into thinking that having to utilize the downstairs bartender AFTER booking the room with a "DEDICATED BARTENDER" (see photo) our 30+ people office will never patronize this place again. First attempt - said bartender treated us like crap because we didn't call ahead for (an unexpected) 15 people. Second attempt- we call ahead two days before and she's still pissed off despite us coming TO HER from the patio for all orders. Third and final attempt- we RENT OUT THE TOP BAR WITH "DEDICATED BARTENDER" however the bartender AND manager act like WE are asking for too much for wanting the "DEDICATED BARTENDER" we booked. Bartender makes a point to show her disdain and displeasure each time she comes upstairs to serve us. How is that okay?????? Like I said- I've worked in the service industry for over a decade and know an establishment that is ruled by a bartender. I know this review will do nothing and life will go on. But after 3 attempts to satisfy this bartenders moods and STILL being treated like garbage- it needs to be said. Your manager and bartender treated the nicest person I've ever met like they were stupid and misinformed after attempting to put together an event for a very beloved coworker. MAYBE just MAYBE if a dedicated bartender is advertised to be included in the top floor rental MAYBE a dedicated bartender should be scheduled. OR (and I'm citing a decade of seeing this done and patrons being treated with respect throughout) if there isn't staff the manager should make a point to remedy it and be attentive to the situation. I hope this deters the next kind patrons from finishing their work days by being mistreated and spoken to like scum. We gave it 3 attempts but clearly it's not a "she's just having a rough day" kind of situation. Being treated like crap is to be expected DESPITE practicing patience and respect for the staff every visit.

Chicken Wings

The BEST wings I have had in Pittsburgh. They are crispy and saucy. They have so many options for sauces and I have loved every one I've tried. Great dive bar atmosphere and friendly staff

Fries
Julie S.

Was a nice little bar, with multiple tvs. Very friendly staff! Our waitress was very helpful, gave us a run down of the flavors of wings since they only had a heat chart (spicy) of the wings. Food was excellent as well, I love a fresh cut French fry.

Death Nectar wings.

Death Metal wings were absolute fire. Ordered extra crispy and they were done perfectly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cool bar environment and friendly staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Beer battered chicken sandwich

Parking: street parking all around Beer: great selection of craft beer on tap Food: amazing! I got the beer battered chicken sandwich with fresh cut fries. The pieces of chicken were gigantic. I opted for the garlic parm wing sauce and it was delicious. The fries were salty and crispy and perfect

"It's three breweries having both indoor and outdoor spaces," I reply. The brew house is a multi-story brewery complex. At the base there's a beer garden, the third floor three indoor breweries, and an open rooftop. Get a beer anywhere and travel with it throughout the facility. There are stairs and elevators! The acoustics are a bit loud in the indoor space. There is a kitchen. We enjoyed being able to move around and the brewery variety enabled something for everyone. It was my first visit and the employees were very patient and explained the concept to us. Easy parking in the lot. I'm glad we made the trip and I would be happy to go back!

You walked in and can either take the stairs or elevator up to the third floor. There's a couple of couches, a water fountain, and some memorabilia on the ground floor. The second is off limits. The taproom is pretty big and we didn't sit outside since it was cold but there's a rooftop deck as well. There's a food counter with a small menu and two open bars from different breweries. I like that they have smaller pours that are reasonably priced. I'm a dark beer lover and they had a few options for me. We sat there at the bar and closed down the place. This place is a little out of the way but I would come back!

My second drink was the Heated Rivalry (rum, strawberry puree, lime, hot honey, simple syrup) which was unfortunately a little too sweet for my liking, but still refreshing. Incredible name though! Overall I'm impressed! Two of my friends got pizza, and one got the steak frites, and it all looked so good and they were satisfied! Loved the book decor/dark library aesthetic so much. My fiancé got the Black Watch burger and loved it! I tried a lil bite and liked it! There was a lil spicy kick to it which was nice. We both agreed that the fries were good, but were plain and could've been seasoned a little more. They were pretty thick (bordering on steak fries) so they weren't super crispy (we love crispy) But the fries dipped in ranch and mustard were solid - they have really good ranch!! Super cool & cozy pub!
