She gave clear examples, helped us understand the challenges that came up, and always approached training with such positivity and patience. She made it easy to ease into the process by providing supplemental reading and exercises that gave us the fundamental tools we needed to keep building Tanner's training at home. Every class was truly a joy. I loved watching the other dogs and owners succeed, and it was so encouraging to see major progress from each dog and their family. Tanner will absolutely be continuing his training with Kate. Karin was also such a pleasure to have in class, and we loved the adorable photos she took of all the pups. Everyone we met at Kindred Spirits was kind, understanding, and patient. Their ability to problem-solve, adjust, and customize each dog's training based on where they were at was incredible. We cannot recommend Kindred Spirits enough!

She explains the how and why behind dog training so that you understand why your dog might be having trouble with specific behaviors. Five stars isn't enough! Not only is Justin a proven expert trainer, the amount of compassion and…read morecommitment he has shown is unreal and truly heartwarming. He says his passion is helping people and their dogs, and I have no doubt about that. A month after separating from my partner and moving out to my own place, my leash aggressive, two year-old cane corso, Zeke, lunged at another dog in my apartment complex and took me with him. Fortunately, aside from a few cuts and bruises I sustained, everyone was OK. But the anxiety and emotional trauma that was left behind made me avoid taking Zeke out for walks all together and when I did my hands would start shaking. Thinking that I would be able to do it in my own, I watched hours and hours of dog training videos and even tried using an E collar, none of it helped. Not only were things stressful outside of the house, but inside of it too. My 14 year-old cocker spaniel and poodle mix, Lexi, is very reactive towards Zeke. Because her senses are not what they used to be. She has even mistaken me for Zeke and has snapped at me. The thought of me potentially losing my apartment, having to give up Zeke, and the fear that Lexi may accidentally bite one of my children caused even more stress on top of what I was already going through from the separation, so I knew I needed to get professional help. After just one phone call with Justin I already felt a weight lifted from my shoulders. We have only been working together for two weeks and have already seen improvement, not only with Zeke's responsiveness to corrections while on walks but with my confidence in leading my pups to a calm and happy life. Justin really set me up for success by giving me tools, demo videos, and tips - making me confident in my ability to correct Zeke's leash reactivity. Walks with Zeke are so much more calm for us both! So grateful for what Justin does and how he does it. He is so responsive and genuine, really making us a team with the same goals! Can't recommend him enough! THANK YOU, Justin!

Literally the first hour I saw huge improvement and now I honestly look forward to walking my boy twice a day. Dogspot is truly Bambams' home away from home. The facility is exceptionally hygienic, but what…read morereally sets them apart are their strict vaccination and temperament standards that keep every pup safe. This place was a literal lifesaver for us: the staff once noticed Bams was lethargic with faint yellow gums--a detail so subtle that even Bams vet was impressed they caught it. It turned out to be mild jaundice, which proves that Carlene and her team are true professionals who deeply understand canine health. The front desk experience is always a highlight of our day. The staff--Gabs, Kayla, Daniela, and Enrique--are incredibly sweet, soft-spoken, and remarkably easy to talk to, even during those 6 am drop-offs. Being greeted by Kayla's pup, Yogi, or Carlene's pup, Poppy or Ingrid's pup is truly the best way to start the morning. They're such a joy; all they ever ask for is a little love and some well-deserved tummy scratches! The service is so thoughtful; they know Bams loves fetch but also ensure she gets her necessary quiet breaks after meals. Whether I'm at work or traveling internationally, I have total peace of mind thanks to the multi-angle webcam app and the heartwarming photo updates they send. Boarding is seamless (pro tip: label your food bags!), and the Paw Partner app makes booking a breeze. I also have to shout out Jessica from Snips and Snuggles--she is the sweetest groomer and always leaves Bams looking like a princess in her festive bandanas. A massive thank you to Carlene and the entire hardworking team-- Kayla, Gabs, Daniela, Enrique, Connor, Tim, and Ingrid (and anyone I missed!)--for the 14-hour days you pull to care for our furry family members. We appreciate and love you!

Kinda the hands off corporate approach since Dog Spot is so big now. My situation of a dropped pre-paid stay package record lost during Dog Spot transition to a new on line app resulted in us not being able to use what we purchased. After 2 weeks of call messages, a visit to Dog Spot to get tbe new Dog Spot app loaded by the on-air Manager, and numerous voice mails to Carlene, the owner, I received an email telling me my pre-pause stay package had expired. My learning- don't buy pre-paid stay packages at Dog Spot. Don't expect the owner to return calls or follow up on customer concerns. She has staff to do that.

From the very beginning, Misty was incredible. She carved out time weeks before the wedding for us to meet each other and talk about our dog's (Louie) temperament, our expectations, and the full game plan for the big day. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was prepared and genuinely cared about making everything go smoothly. On the wedding day, she was amazing. She arrived early to the Airbnb and was able to get used to walking and handling Louie. She walked Louie down the aisle, handled him and helped him greet guests during the ceremony and cocktail hour, and kept everything completely stress-free for us. She kept us updated via text throughout the day, and when it was time to drop him back off at our Airbnb in the evening, she sent photos and updates so we knew he was settled and happy. She even left us the sweetest wedding gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. Misty was kind, professional, organized, and clearly loves what she does. We are SO grateful for her and would absolutely book Dogs on the Run again. Highly, highly recommend!
