My daughter worked with two OT therapists before meeting Kiana, but neither were as thorough or as helpful as her. I cannot thank Kiana enough for her incredible patience and for taking the time to explain almost everything she works on with my daughter. A big thank you also goes to Hannah for being just as amazing when she stepped in to cover. My daughter also worked with another covering therapist Carrie, and she was just as helpful and kind. Overall, every therapist we've encountered here seems to give 100% to each child. I fully trust that my daughter will always have a positive and productive experience every time she comes.

Never thought I would have to do physical therapy in life (that's what I get for thinking 'young')…read morebut here I am. After having surgery for DQT (De Quervain Tenosynovitis if you didn't know), I had to sign up for physical therapy. Being stubborn, I didn't think I would need this but figured I'd give them one try to see what it was like. The fact my insurance covers absolutely nothing towards this put me off as well, but that's my terrible insurance, not the fault of Artistic Advantage. For my first time, I was put with Martha for the hour, and she was great! I learned a lot, and to this day, I still do some of the exercises learned. I've been back three times total now; the second time I had a great girl who taught me some new techniques, including a massage that I have faithfully done nightly. Prior to my third visit, I have been feeling some tightness/soreness above the incision, so we focused on that area on my 3rd visit. I had Martha again, and am applying some new things to my daily methods. Some of these are so simple I can do these at work, even while driving. The one thing I slack on is the heat method, and I even own a ice/hot pack. I know it's something I need to do more, and when they applied this at the office, it felt really good. The team here is great, and my visits are spread out far enough where I can work on myself and hopefully improve. I'm glad I was referred to Artistic Advantage, and I look forward to my few visits a year.

He…read morestarted in the summer of 2025 and we wrapped up right at the end of the school year (6-7 years). We were lucky enough to have worked with Miss Ashley. She was exceptional to work with!!! When my son started he was a shy quiet boy with a limited vocabulary. Not very expressive. With the help of Miss Ashley he became talkative, expressive, silly and so much more. I truly believe she helped him come out of his shell and feel comfortable expressing himself. My son felt really comfortable and truly enjoyed going to each session. They are a great team to work with. I dealt directly with Miss Ashley for any cancellations or rescheduling. When we started in the summer I didn't get the time slot that I wanted because I had to commute from school. But by the time school started there was a time slot that was better for me. So don't let the time slots discourage you from a great team. On that note when we started we worked with Samantha and she was equally as great. We will miss Ashley. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Jeffrey is amazing --knowledgeable, caring, patient, and just all around lovely and encouraging. my surgeon was super impressed with the progress i made due to my immediate and continued therapy. and a year on since the injury, i am able to use my hand nearly to full strength. so so glad i found him, and wellworks. i would be remiss if i also did not shout out marilyn (sp?) and the OT student (forget her name!) who also assisted me in my recovery.
