I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment at 1:50p. Filled out paperwork. Then waited... the PT came and took my paperwork from the receptionist and immediately began muttering under their breath about me being late, and when the receptionist corrected him and let him know that I was on time he told her to shut up. He told the receptionist he was not going to make other people wait because i was late, but again I was ten minutes early for my 2pm appointment. Hearing the PT on duty tell the intake staff to "shut up" in full view of other patients was actually wild. I ended up choosing to leave at 2:45p as this person was also supposed to be the person evaluating my injury and clearly had no desire or intention of seeing me today and kept taking other patients who had arrived long after me, before me. Called Medrisk and filled a complaint and have attempted to speak to ownership of this place as well. That was uncomfortable! Now just wish could get my uber money back for the trip. read more

I was told to attend physical therapy..skeptical yes, i was expecting to go 2x a week to be put on machine for 30 mins then sent home. That wasn't the case at Dynamic PT!! My fiance and I got into a car accident that caused us back/neck/knee problems. We were sent by our Ortho for treatments at Dynamic PT. The treatment starts with light exercises approximately 12-15 mins. Followed by a massage focusing on a specific area, for 6 mins. Then, electroconvulsive therapy for 12 minutes. Overall, I would recommend this place. It is really clean. All machines are properly working. Majority of the employees are good but I want to specifically mention Enrique, who is in my opinion, the best out of all of them. He is very helpful, professional and is just really good at this job. I am in the medical field as well so i feel it when someone is just doing the job just for the sake of it. I've been going to Dynamic Physical Therapy for about six months now and I've been impressed by their friendliness, professionalism, and courtesy. Initially I was concerned that the therapy wasn't "targeted" enough due to multiple back and shoulder issues, but I raised this concern and we adjusted my treatment to focus on the most problematic areas.
