I normally don't write reviews, mainly a check-in only person. But the quality of service here needs recognition. I was recently involved in a motor vehicle accident and needed physical therapy on my upper back. The staff here have been nothing short of excellent! I have been personally dealt and treated by Nora, Sonia, and Enrique. All of them have been very friendly, professional , and made the whole process of physical therapy not feel like a chore. They even provide a full stock of red vines for all visitors! Their hours are also extremely accommodating and flexible with appointments as well. My fiancé and I were in a car accident and have to get physical therapy due to our injuries. Ugh, Physical therapy can be such a drag. Having to come twice a week has not been convenient but the staff at Dynamics is so attentive, professional and helpful they make it enjoyable and comfortable. I have been going to DPT for a few years (off and on due to my injury) There aren't a lot of words I can say to really express my gratitude to this place. I had gone to about 4 other physical therapists with limited results due to a back injury.I dreaded going. It was boring going in, and I wasn't feeling much better when I left. Not that therapy should be fun, but at DPT they make it that way. The staff is amazing from top to bottom. I have always been a really athletic guy. Being physical playing sports, working out, Muay Thai, and just running were an every day part of my life. So the back injury has been the most frustrating thing I have ever experienced. Not being able to work out to my usual level was the worst part. But going in and working with Ali has been exactly what I needed. I won't lie, I want to cuss at him half the time (and sometimes I do) because he will make you work (if your body is ready for it) and it won't be easy, but the results and feeling when I am done are amazing. None of the other therapists pushed me, even when I asked them to. Ali does just that in a safe and monitored way. He will constantly make sure you have proper form, and also check to see that you are not in pain. And just when you are dead tired and can't do anymore, you get stretched out and treated and it feels amazing. It's a nice reward for a hard mornings work. I leave there sweaty and smelly, but very satisfied. My results have been great as well. The stability that I was lacking is back and the core muscles are on point again. Not to mention Ali is always there to give me advice when it comes to handling the mental side of an injury, which has been equally as rough as the physical nature of it. I can't speak for other patients who go in there, but I have had nothing but great experiences. Every time I walk in people are laughing (workers and patients both) and having as good a time as you can have at physical therapy. The second I get there Norman is singing "Brother Louie" (my real name) and everyone is smiling. I especially recommend this place for those who appreciate pushing themselves and want something more than a light massage, a couple stretches and a pat on the butt as you walk out the door. DPT will give you a nice kick in the butt as you walk in... but in good way. In a really twisted sort of way, I will be sad when I am healed and no longer need to go there because they have become friends to me. If you think this is fluff, take a look at my profile and see that I have only 1 other review and that was because some guy was driving like a maniac on the road. I can be an A-hole. This review is legit and from the heart. Highly recommend Dynamic Physical Therapy to everyone. I put this review from before their move back on their page. I had an incredible experience working with Sonia, Nora, Lala, Enrique, and Ali. I felt like they truly valued my time and cared about my recovery. I have been going to Dynamic Physical Therapy for several months. They give excellent care and work to their clients. They really do care about all their clients, and show them the utmost courtesy and respect. I was impressed by how professional the team was, during my physical therapy there. If I ever needed to make an adjustment to my therapy, it was addressed immediately by the team and they typically followed up and did a great job. Amazing! I was referred to Dynamic Physical Therapy to treat a tear in my rotator cuff along with a severe tendinitis. From day one, the entire staff made me feel at ease with their genuine caring and professionalism. Enrique, Ali and all the ladies that assisted with my treatment are just so amazing. This is not a place that just provides you with a set of exercises and count on you to "just do it". They collectively teach you the exercises and apply the appropriate treatments. I usually don't like to go to physical therapy, but the staff here is on another level. Enrique is always very nice and respectful who works the front. The 3 therapist who also give massages, Lala, Nora, and Sonya are really good, and I consider there therapy the best part of my day. I was referred here by my doctor, who recommended I do physical therapy due to my accident. Finding the place was not hard, as they are located in a very open spot. Staff was very friendly from the second I walked in through the door. The therapists are well educated and trained, and know what to do and how, as I have encountered some who are not so in other locations. The office is clean and well maintained which is key in my opinion. As a patient, I would not like to receive therapy in a dump. Personally, I like this location and the staff a lot. They are helpful, kind, and always answer questions while also holding a friendly conversation. Sometimes, its not all about the work, you have to be able to connect with people and the staff at Dynamic is able to do so. read more

First off it would be pretty difficult to find anything negative to say about these guys. The truth is I can't think of a thing. Their great! I was referred here a couple months ago after having some back issues after a car accident. The physical therapist is great. They figure out what's going on then figure out how to fix it. The appointments have gone great. Everyone is extremely friendly. A Special shoutout to Nora and Sonia It came up in the course of conversation that I was expected to get an MRI done. Having never had an MRI done and having heard many not so great stories about the process, Nora and Sonia were sweet enough to explain "in detail" how an MRI is performed. Needless to say Nora & Sonia explained MRI's in such a way as to completely alleviate all my fear and anxiety about having the procedure done, it went great. In fact I would go so far as to say if you are worried about having a confined space MRI done you should ask these gal's yourself how its done and I promise.... they wont freak you out! An all around cool experience! My back feels much better thanks to their efforts and I certainly appreciate their kindness and consideration. However if I never ever have to peddle a bicycle by hand for 10 minutes ever ever again..... It will be too soon! And you guys I burned off way more then 15 calories in 10 minutes! I mean come on... Those exercise bike things are just mean !... and wrong! It was more like 17 calories. Again nothing but nice things to say about this group of very nice people and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone! read more
