I searched and searched to see if I could find it elsewhere and stumbled onto RockWall Nutrition thanks to my bff Google! Called direct to make sure was legit since I am in California and not familiar with this store. Jacklyn ( hope I said name correct) who answered the phone was amazing. Went over the top and beyond customer service to help me. She wanted to make sure they had what I needed, wanted to confirm that it was in stock, was showing it was but wanted to make sure, not just by what computer read. She said let me have your # I will confirm with owner( believe she said Julie was owners name ) wanted to confirm this is in stock. She called me back , wow , right!! And they had 4 in stock , I bought all 4 and she shipped them off to me and even gave me a little discount. Matching what it showed online. NOW , that is how it is done!!!! More businesses can learn from RockWall Nutrition. Customer service is hit and miss these days with most companies missing that mark. Two staff were stocking and I got in their way & they said no we're in your way! Deric from dairy also helped me find eggs I didn't see - and made sure there weren't any broken ones. So nice! Tobias from vitamins helped me find a product I was searching for and was so sweet. He also pointed out a deal I couldn't pass on and even went to the register to ensure I got the discounted price. Brianna at the register was so patient! I forgot my bags (or so I thought) and asked to leave my cart by the register while I ran out to my car. When I came back not only did Brianna find my bags, she unloaded my entire cart for me! Thank each of you & great job to the store management, keep these employees happy - they deserve it and will keep me coming back!

I recently found myself in need of some products that were sold by Super Supplements and decided to see if I could find one in Texas. Instead what I found is that they had been acquired by the Vitamin Shoppe and that there was one just a few miles from home. I decided to give them a try, but had very low expectations based on my past experiences with Super Supplements. The store is clean and organized, but small. I was a little disappointed that nobody asked if they could help me find anything after I'd been in the store awhile, but when I went to the counter and showed her a picture of what I was looking for, she walked me right to it and was very friendly. Overall a great experience.

Last weekend they were selling arugula, pok choy (mini boc choy), and mustard greens. Greens grow well in the winter, so hopefully their tent at the market will remain stocked during the cold months. They also sell premade treats. Sugar Bear has an enormous sweet tooth, so when he saw the margarita cookies and spicy chocolate cookies HE zoomed over to the vendor for a closer look. They are made locally, so Sugar Bear feels he's doing his job as a locavore by checking these out! The margarita cookies were his favorite with the tangy lime flavor mixed in with a delicate sea salt. I got pok choy and a French pumpkin (looks like a green acorn squash) to stir fry. Yummy!
