Horrible experience. They committed to handling all the interactions with insurance. They kept coming back with statements that didn't make sense (insurance just pays for mitigation not repairs) so I had to get involved. Then the job they did was horrible. They just needed to remove one row of tile, but they did such a poor job that they chipped multiple tiles. They left a huge gouge in the celling drywall. They also dumped tile garbage down the drain of the shower. The tile guy we hired to fix the shower spent half a day pulling chunks of tile out of the shower drain. Then they way overcharged us. I can't say more how poor of an experience we had. Then we got an email saying that employees had been taking payments from customers and pocketing it, so warned us about who to pay. we hired these guys for water mitigation. they installed heavy duty fans in multiple locations and kept taking readings. they had us sign that they would handle everything through insurance. we realized something was wrong when they kept delaying an estimate 10 days into work. we had to find an insurance referred vendor to substitute for them by which time they had done barely 40% of the entire job. insurance kept asking them for detailed proof of work and they stalled all comms with insurance after they realized they couldn;t justify what they were billing. they sent me a fake intent to lien my property- as the first mail communication to me. all said they'd billed me $9200 for a job we could have got done end to end for half as much if we'd vetted them to start with. based on review on Yelp and on BBB reviews, these guys are more scamsters and less vendors. they modus operandi is find folks who seem to be having an e,ergency, sweet talk them into beleiving they will deal with your insurance and then make it look like you owe them some weird premium for poor workmanship. They've been at this across AZ and WA (at least 40 known, reported instances) last I checked. STAY AWAY FROM BINGHAM! read more

Run away! We thought the pipe leak was bad until Bingham showed up - then it turned into a complete nightmare! They were slow to respond, they didn't properly dry out our carpets and they got mold. They broke a cabinet door that was solid wood and said they'd fix it and put it back even though the wood was broken in the middle. More than one employee promised we'd get new carpet, then said they'd stretch it out and have it cleaned - after they tracked tons of dirt and debris on it! They said they'd communicate and work with our insurance, but all they did was make matters worse! They also billed the insurance for things they never did, like wear protective gear in the house. They said we couldn't talk to their construction company, Murray, until they had all the insurance money. They didn't want to listen that we wanted some simple changes like paint color. One of their employees even showed us text messages that his coworkers were lying about getting our insurance to replace the ruined carpet and said he didn't blame us for pulling the insurance check. The best part of our ordeal was when we fired them! Our insurance carrier was glad we did. Do not allow these guys in your home! You're better off letting your home burn to the ground or wash away in a flood! I wish you could give negative stars because these low-life predators don't deserve a single one. read more

Water damage from a leaky shower knob Jan 1,2025. Steamy Concepts was my first estimate,Bingham was just referred by my plumber. I chose Bingham coz 1)James used shoe covers without me prompting him. I have a no shoes inside the house policy. I literally cringe thinking about shoes stepping inside the house 2) he checked the linen closet close to the bathroom where the leak was (i did ask SC if they plan on drying that area too and was told no coz drying the area downstairs will cover it. The leak did start on the 2nd floor bathroom). Those sealed the deal for me. They came later set up drying equipments and started the process. The next day the guys,Jose and Angel,came by to set up more,tear up walls, got my water heater tank out since the wall where it was was affected. No problem,they came in late than appointed time but called me about it. I had no hot water then. Saturday came,we waited for Jose and Angel to come coz they were going to fix my hot water. No show at 5pm. I knpw Sunday was no work day so i was patient,waited until Monday to let Chris know,he was checking the drying process. We got the tank reconnected,hot water Tuesday!Thank God. Wed everything was done,dried. Followed up mitigation docs to James twice coz insurance was waiting for it. Replied politely it will be sent. Today is Wednesday again, a week has passed and my insurance adjuster got a hold of James and was told it will be submitted in tje next few days,God knows when. I hesitated getting a quote to restore from their sister company Murray afraid i will get this quality of service again. I am posting pictures where I,yes me,covered the open areas as i am getting cold draft from the wall adjacent to the garage where walls are open. Customer beware!!!! After the wind tore our roof off they came out to put a tarp on roof. They gave a verbal estimate of $3,500. They brought out two 20 x 30 tarps and 40 sandbags. They spent 6.7 hours putting two tarps on roof. They did NOTHING else. One heavy duty tarp from Home Depot costs around $120. Sand Bags are around $30 for 50 bags. Sand costs around $7 for 50 pounds. God knows where they came up with their charge for labor. They charged over $4,700 for this. They did not return phone calls. When I did not pay it, they made dunning phone calls and even got one from their attorney. They also went after my home insurance company. Do not trust them. If you have used them and are unhappy as I was, write a complaint to the Arizona Attorney General's Office. read more

If I could choose zero stars as an option I would. Bingham Restoration is a HUGE SCAM!!! We are renters and had water leaking in our hallway one morning. After speaking with the owners we were told it's basically our issue to fix. Upset and afraid that it was the furnace going out we called Stongbuild out for an emergency call. They confirmed it was the water heater and the repair man said he had another company they work closely with on their way to look for any water damage. I cannot express how stressed my fiance and I were with the lack of assistance from the owners and wanting to get the problem fixed before any other arise. Needless to say I told Stongbuild that we are renters and he advised me to just file a claim with my insurance. Then, Bingham shows up. It was the supervisor named Bo. He said they had to test the walls and put up all these fans in the house and said they needed to test for mold. I asked Bo what this would cost and he said our insurance would cover it I just needed to file a claim ASAP. I complied and filed a claim and sent the claim number to Bingham. That evening after my fiance and I had some time to actually process all of this I called Bo and I asked him what we would have to pay if my claim was not approved. He ASSURED me repeatedly that it WOULD be covered and if it was not we wouldn't be billed. I felt relieved after that and figured we were good. The next morning the insurance adjuster called me and advised me since we have a renters insurance policy it does not cover damage to the home. Since there was no damage to our personal property the claim would be closed. I immediately called Bo and told him that the service would not be covered and the fans would need to be picked up immediately. He didn't want to get them. He kept telling me my insurance would cover this. We turned the fans off and told them they needed to come out ASAP to get these fans as we have confirmation THIS IS NOT COVERED. 30 days later we receive a bill for $2800 in the mail. I immediately called Bo and his response was "Can I have the owners information so we can bill them?" Seriously!!! I said No. You already knew the owner did not approve this and you are not getting his information. The last statement made to me was "Well I guess I have to bite it. I will take care of it when I get to the office. " My fiance also called the main billing office letting them what happened and that we were told several times we wouldn't be filled if the services were not covered. Today we get a letter from an attorneys office stating payment is due in full within 30 days or a suit will be filed against us. We've been trying to reach the attorney all day. We left voicemails and I also called Bo. Guess what, he never answered and never called us back. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company! They are dishonest, unprofessional, liars and want nothing but your money!! If you hear Bingham DO NOT EVEN ALLOW THEM THE TIME OF DAY!! you will pay for it! Shame on you!!! I was extremely pleased with Bingham's response time to my emergency situation from a burst pipe within a wall in my home which occurred right after the Thanksgiving holiday. From the time of the finished pipe repair by the plumber and my call to John Tierney of Bingham Restoration, it took less than an hour to have him dispatch a Bingham representative, Carlos Cota, to my home. Mr. Cota arrived after 7 pm, and helped me file a claim with my homeowners insurance to begin the restoration process. The same evening, around 8:30 p.m., Manny and the demolition team from Bingham Restoration arrived and set up dehumidifiers to prevent mold growth. The team "blocked" the area of damage to prepare for removal of the compromised area affected by the water damage. Each step was explained to me in a professional and friendly manner. During the next two days, the demo team worked tirelessly to remove damaged walls, plywood, drywall and insulation. They tented the area so that the dehumidifiers could continue the drying process. Depending on your specific damage and weather conditions, this drying process can take one to two weeks. During this time, my home insurance inspector was able to document and assess damage and forward his report to approve the work conducted by Bingham Restoration. My experience was beyond remarkable considering the state of shock I was in when the pipe burst. If you don't hire Lawson Family Plumbing you are making a huge mistake they are fantastic! The woman I spoke to in office on Friday around noon was a delight and very informative. We were fortunate that they had a same day opening! The Plumber came out at 2:30 the same day. The plumber who had 2 ideas of our issue. He however couldn't access where he believed the problem was coming from. water was appearing in out spare bedroom behind where our master bathroom shower is located. So he recommended Bingham Restoration; to come out and gain access. They had guys in the area and were at my house within an hour! They gained accessed to the problem area quickly and then cut away the damaged area, cleaned everything up well and left dryers and de-humidifiers for the weekend. Then helped me file my insurance claim the same day! Bingham is a pleasure to work with and were SO good with their clean up and information! Nick from Lawson came back out on Monday and saw where the problem was and unfortunately had to have our entire custom cultured marble shower taken out to access the leaking pipe. So the next day Bingham was out to remove the shower and the next day! Nick was back to fix the pipe. Bingham suggested a general contractor to restore the drywall, carpet, baseboard and wall texturing and paint to the spare bedroom and then replace the shower. This has been a super smooth process and I am very impressed will refer Lawson and Bingham to everyone. I cannot recall the name of the Contractor. They are certainly prompt, they came on the same day I called for an estimate. The guys they sent for an estimate was incredibly pushy. He took one look under the sink, declared that it was black mold, emphasized it was bad for children etc. He was pressuring me to sign a work order - which he says we can back out of in case insurance didn't cover it or if the estimate was too high. I read through the work order, and it stated otherwise if insurance didn't cover it, we would have been responsible for the amount. He kept trying to get me to sign it and leave equipment, but I insisted I didn't want to. I definitely felt like I was being scammed. This company preys on people at their most vulnerable and traumatic times. Senior Project Manager Jason OVERLY emphasized that he would assist us throughout the ordeal. After PHX Bingham crews had torn out drywall and flooring , claimed to have found the water leak and removed their drying equipment we realized PHX Bingham had NOT correctly identified the source of the water leak. Additional investigation and drywall removal was required. At this point Jason did not return texts and his voicemail box was full. RED FLAG! We called another PHX Bingham Project Manager Danny who falsely told us help was on the way. We hired another company to remove the additional drywall. PHX BINGHAM RESTORATION DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB. We received billing of $6, 879.55 for their minimal time and shoddy work. Check BBB complaints first! I had a leak that needed to be repaired in a adjoining bathroom and kitchen wall. This was not an emergency; the leak had been going on for quite a while. I have the plumber come in first and was informed I needed restoration due to black mold. I had multiple estimates, , the largest at $5200. Bingham came in and stated, "we will beat anyone's estimate". The estimate was $3,000. Worst mistake I made going with them because they were lower. At this time, I was paying out of my own pocket. Before the work started, I brought in my insurance company and informed Bingham that I would be going through my insurance. The work started on restoration. The only call I received from the person who gave me the estimate and was my contact person handling the repairs I made to him. I was being told he was going to call me and he did not. I called him and told him my insurance wanted the pictures, etc. He said he would get them uploaded but my insurance company did not receive them. I sent the pictures my plumber provided to my insurance company. My insurance company denied the claim. I was planning on paying anyway so this was not an issue, I did not pursue it any further. There was ZERO, none, no communication from Bingham in regard to anything. No phone call, no text, no email, no verbal communication. I figured at some point I would get a bill and then I get an email almost a month later from "claim/billing" people that I have no idea who they are or what they do. Ending bill, $17, 238! This is insane. How can an "estimate" be that far off balance. I anticipated a higher amount, but this is outrageous. I am sure they increased the cost when they thought insurance was going to pay, so that is fraudulent. There is no way I can wrap my head around a $3k estimate turning into a $17k bill with NO communication that cost was going to be higher, do I want to continue, etc. Had I known the cost was getting higher I would have stopped them. Bingham comes out in a half hour and sells you on their services, promises you all this stuff they're going to do. Then all they do is come hook up a fan and leave it, then come back in a couple days and take the equipment away and tell you to hire a drywall company. And for this they will jerk you around, not show up, come back again without the right equipment etc. They have been jerking me around now for 2 weeks and want to charge an arm and a leg ummm NO. I had a pipe break, they took forever to remove insulation and wouldn't listen to me about my floors starting to buckle. They told me if I filed a big claim it might be denied, I lost all of my floors! They broke my new toilet and still haven't replaced it after telling me they would back in September. They were going to leave me with a tub that was cracked, warped had destroyed wood underneath it, telling me it was ok! My water heater began to leak on Friday September 25, 2020. I called my extended warranty, and they did not send someone out to repair it until Tuesday September 29, 2020. During those 5 days, water was leaking inside my garage. After the plumbing company replaced the water heater, they advised me that there was damage done to the platform that holds the water heater and also the wall behind it that connects to the inside of my home. They also told me that extended warranties do not cover damage, only the failed appliance and that I would have to call my home owner's insurance about the damage. The plumbing company referred Bingham Restoration to assess the damage. The gentleman doing the estimate had to come inside to see if there was damage to the other side of the wall. At this time, he saw that I have a small child. He told me that the water stuck inside my walls would cause mold that would hurt my son if I did not take care of it immediately. After taking to my insurance company, Statefarm, I found out that I had a $1760 deductible. I am a new mom and like everyone, things have been tough for me throughout this pandemic. $1760 was not in my budget so I thanked the gentleman for the estimate and told him I did not want to move forward at this time. The next morning, he called me and began to use scare tactics. He said that if I left the damage untreated, my son would become very sick. Again, I declined because I could not afford it. He kept calling and calling until finally he offered to take $1000 off my deductible. I could afford that and I agreed to get the work done. The Bingham Restoration workers cut a hole in my wall and put fans in my garage to dry the water. They said they would be back in 2 days, but they left them there 6 days total. After finally picking up their fans, they said their work was done and that they were sending another company, Radco, to do the garage restoration. The manager of Radco, Noel, said she needed to collect my deductible. I paid Radco the $760 in cash. They repaired the hole in the wall and painted the garage walls. Once Radco was finished, I thought this was the end of my water heater fiasco. I was wrong. Alissa from Bingham Restoration called me and told me that I owed the $1760 deductible. I told her that's not the agreement I made and I already paid it to Radco. She insisted I still owed $1760. Now Bingham Restoration is sending me threatening letters from their lawyer, Ehmke Law, demanding payment. It was at this time that I checked with Statefarm to see what was paid out on this claim. Bingham charged $5381.64 for their work. This included extra charges for working on weekends and afterhours. They chose the days and times to work, not me. So not only did they charge my insurance company an outrageous fee, they still wanted to scam me out of $1760.00. To summarize, they used my child to scare me into getting work done and pressured me by calling me numerous times a day until I finally said yes. They made me a deal and then did not stick by it and are now trying to scare me again by using their lawyers to threaten me. I told the son of the owner that I did not have good insurance, and he reassured my by saying that he had helped out another single parent teacher just the week before and that they didn't end up charging her anything when the insurance did not pay. I ended up signing. After ghosting me FOR MONTHS they started calling three times a week demanding $1455. I scraped together $1200 and sent it and told them to never contact me again, and they sent a lawyer after me for the remaining $255. These people are liars and thieves. Bingham restoration recently did our mold remediation on our kitchen. I did not know what to expect as I'd never dealt with mold before, but they exceeded any possible expectations I could've had. Beau was our main contact, and Rene, Manny, Eddie, Luis, Angel, Mike H, Cruz, Ruben and Mike P were all hard at work on our kitchen at one point or another. I'm not exaggerating when I say that every single one of them was knowledgeable, respectful, hard working, and kind. We had special circumstances regarding health of our family members and the Bingham team went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and had the cleanest air and surfaces possible through the entire process. Not only that, but I heard them communicating to any crew who'd just showed up that there are health issues in the family and here's the plan. Beau delivered on every promise and deadline he laid out. Rene and Manny were also very active in following through on the deadlines even when it meant working late to get it done, and they also were really great with communicating with me- explaining exactly what they were doing every step of the way. The Bingham team was also very responsive to my requests on how to arrange the remnants of our kitchen to avoid any cats or kids getting hurt while we wait on the rebuild, which I appreciate. I have no problem with the work they did when the supply line broke under my bathroom sink. The work was done to my satisfaction. I received a check from my insurance company to pay for my repairs, which I have been doing when I get the bill from the various contractors. Every day I checked my mail looking for a bill from Bingham, it was over a month after the work was completed when I received a phone call from Bingham looking for payment. I explained to the rude woman at Bingham, I never received a bill which she acknowledged was never sent because the amount was in dispute! At this point, she agreed to email the bill to me that was sent to the insurance company. She again stated that my insurance company said they sent me a check for the damage to pay Bingham. Well, I asked for a statement for just my part of the bill, which she wouldn't/couldn't provide. I sarcastically asked if I just put a check for my part in an envelope would it suffice? read the other 1 star reviews, this company is dishonest and just wants your money. They only came out because the plumber called them on my behalf when I had a flood in my basement. They prompt came out and wanted to set up equipment in the basement. I asked what the cost would be to fix this (it was a very very minor flood) they said at most 3,000. They left their machines in my house and had no contact with me (only insurance) for weeks. All they ended up doing was cutting out about 20 feet by 3 feet of drywall. They tried to charge me 10,000 dollars for that. my insurance talked them down to 6,000 which is insane for how little work they did. Now I have no insurance money left to repair my drywall. They did Mitigation/Restoration. The team that worked on the water heater platform and walls in my garage that were damage by the water heater bursting were awesome. Carlo immediately started the drying process to stop any possible mold growth that may develop from the water soaking the surrounding panels and to stop the water in soaking other areas of the wall. Thank God the water only went through the platform, underneath, and part of the walls around it. Carlo answered questions I addressed to him. He inspected the areas well to ensure they were no other damages done. I was proactive throughout the process and asked questions during the initial inspection so I know what they planned to do. I asked questions before the demolition was started so I know we were on the same page. I felt they did a wonderful job. I was comfortable with his team and they were respectful. We had Brigham Restoration come out and take care of a water logged wall due to a pipe leak. We had a pleasant experience with the team that was assigned to us. They measured the moisture content throughout the wall and the opposite side and quickly removed the drywall to allow the plumber to repair the problem pipe and to get the area dried out. They set up fans, enclosed the smaller area and ran a water discharge to a drain to get the mitigation going. Gonzalo and Rene and the others were professional - they arrived on time and called before they got on site. Unlike the other companies I tried to call that day - some were not taking new estimates until the end of the year, one never called back from our message, one did not even have a message machine - but Brigham Restoration said they could make it in 45 minutes and they did. As far as costs (I have insurance), but I know from paying a plumber to fix that problem that day, damage mitigation will be more costly then planning an appointment in the future for prevention. Brigham also worked with Better Box on that day to pack up and store the furniture and tubs we had in the main flooded room - since my rug was saturated from the leaking pipe. The Better Box team was very professional, handled my things with care and cleaned up afterward. We were happy with the teams we had responding quickly to our unexpected damage. Water damage is costly, and even if you prepare for it - when it hits, the mess is not fun. We are thankful that the mitigation was set up quickly and checked nearly daily to make sure the walls had dried out before any mold had a chance to grow. In this economy, professionals in the mitigation services seem to be pulled thin due to what seems like a lot of work out there; we are happy that we had a company that responded quickly and thoroughly. read more

While i didn't use this company for repairs, i did use them for a moisture test and here is my experience. I was referred this company by the plumbing company I used which was excellent and my plumber advised me to get the water damage assessed if any from a shower leak. While the plumbing company I used I highly recommend and i don't blame them for my experience at all with this company. The girl who came out did a moisture test and was extremely unprofessional. The FIRST thing she asked me if i was using insurance and just kept saying how she wanted to rip apart quite literally everything in the upstairs bathroom, part of the master bedroom even and possibly large parts of the ceiling and kitchen cabinets in the downstairs kitchen that is underneath the master bedroom. My home especially the shower is done custom and these fixes would be really expensive and not easily replaceable if even replaceable at all. Really seemed like she was just trying to run up an insurance check and use scare tactics on me to get me to use their company. Didn't give me any options that were less damaging either. She literally told me the floor would collapse through if I didn't get it fixed immediately??? Like keep in mind i had a home inspector out here 4 or 5 months ago because I just purchased this home not even 6 months ago and NONE of these issues were even mentioned and everything was fine. There's no visible water damage in the ceiling or anything just a few drops of water that came out of a ceiling light in the kitchen which stopped after an hour. which is why i called the plumbing company to do the fix and mind you he said i most likely have nothing to worry about after he later opened the wall up to do the fix and saw where the leak was. I called another company and they said they didn't even have to rip apart anything, they only have to remove the light and push the water if any out with air. Why was this not mentioned at all? Why did she just keep telling me she wanted to rip apart every little thing? to run up the insurance bill most likely i'm not sure but this is not a way to get a customer by trying to scare them. Not only that she said she would give me a quote before she left because i wanted a break down of everything with estimates rather than hearing about speculative damages that they can't see till they open it up and assess things. She never did give me a quote before she left and she never sent me a quote the next day like she said she would. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. We were scammed and misdirected by both Pure Plumbing and Brigham Restoration. In the middle of June we found signs of leaking outside the house and in some sparse areas of the utility room and found more leakage in July. The leaking was not significant, and the water meter didn't show any change, however we wanted to address this issue before it progressed. We found Pure Plumbing through the internet, and when they came for a diagnostic, they brought with them Brigham Restoration for mitigation. We did not think that mitigation was necessary. The amount of water leakage was limited to tile. However, Pure Plumbing insisted that mitigation needs to be done before repair, which involved tearing down large sections of our home including 2 feet in wall height in large sections of our walls and several doorframes, also the cabinet under sink in utility room. This didn't sound right to us at the time, but being inexperienced, we decided to trust the company. They had us sign an agreement where they would directly speak with insurance. Pure Plumbing's 1st repair (after stab leaking diagnosis) was in the utility room, where a tunnel was dug, and Brigham tore up large sections of our home for mitigation. A few days after they finished, we noticed even worse leakage at the exactly same area! This required further repair. They diagnosed leaking on the service line and did a 2nd repair: We had to have another long tunnel dug and have the whole service line changed. Perhaps they had a faulty initial diagnosis, or perhaps there were unforeseen problems? Their one-year warranty meant nothing because they insisted that these were two different leaks at the same time despite the leakage being the exact same! At the beginning, we were told by the Pure Plumbing that insurance would cover their excavation work. However, this wasn't true! It turned out that we had to pay $24,000 out of pocket for these two repairs. Brigham Restoration's behavior following their mitigation is unacceptable. We were at first led to believe that they would fix our wall, doorframes and cabinet. We called multiple times to ask for an invoice, but our phone calls were ignored. We had to call with a new number for them to pick up, and they refused to give an invoice since they preyed on our inexperience and had us sign the insurance agreement before. We asked our insurance and found out that they had paid $16,000 for the excessive mitigation work involving mostly unaffected areas of our home and they won't fixed what they did. An estimate insurance gave for the costs of restoration was only $3500. This leads us to believe that Brigham Restoration knows to perform excessive work on inexperienced homeowners to play insurance companies for money. The fact that they ignored our calls and only picked up when we used a new number is damning evidence of shady business practice. They should be called the Brigham Destruction company! Now it is hard to find door frames and cabinets that match our original furnishings which were a nonstandard size. After calling many vendors, we have had to pay even more for the custom size door frames and cabinets. Restoration of our home after Brigham's destruction has yet to be finished. This whole ordeal demonstrates how these companies work together and use their experience to extract money from homeowners and insurance company! read more

They have an amazing first time response, but once they have your business, good luck getting in touch. They also stated they would take care of the entire project, from water damage through restoration and that it would take about 2.5 weeks. After a month, I had to contact insurance company because I had not heard from them. Insurance company stated that they had not heard from Bingham and no quote was ever sent for restoration. I will never use these guys again. I had a slab leak early one morning so I called out a plumber. Plumber asked if I would like them to send out a restoration company to pull the carpet and start the dying process. Not thinking much about it, I said yes. Big mistake. They came out promptly and pulled a bit of carpet and brought a couple of dryers. When I needed them to come back a few days later to repair the damage the plumber did fixing the leak and replace the carpet, they would not return my calls for several days. I finally got a call from a different company, whom I had never heard of, telling me they would actually be doing the work and demanded payment before they even came out to see what needed to be done. I told them I would not be doing anything until Bingham called me back. After another week of unretunred messages, I told my insurance adjuster I would be going to another company. read more

My experience with Bingham is pretty much the same as the other reviews. The representative and project manager made assertions that they would take care of the insurance claim and I would owe nothing since the damage was caused by my neighbors landscaping. Not so. Bingham will open your walls or whatever needs to be remediated, but will not restore your home back to what it was before the damage occured. Beaware that plumbing companies are referring people to Bingham Restoration. The reviews on the BBB's website gives them a B+ rating, however, most of the reviews are complaints similar to the yelp reviews and my experience. read more

If I could give zero stars I would!! Do NOT use them...shady as all hell and thirsty for work!!! We had the plumber come out to our home with the home warranty for a bathroom leak and he referred us to this company. The plumber hadn't even left our home and the restoration company had called three times leaving no messages. I left to go to work less than an hour after the plumber left our home and the restoration company was outside of our house stating they had talked to the owner and scheduled an appointment which they did not. I asked again if they scheduled a time and he back peddled saying he was sent by his dispatcher for a scheduled appt which again was a lie because as the owner I would have known about it and they had not even talked to us. After I told him that he was being unprofessional and to leave he went around the block and waited (which I saw as I left) and harassed my mother with six more calls and multiple text messages to come to the house. Completely disrespectful and shady as all fuck...do NOT trust them!!! read more
