This is my go to nail spot in Astoria. I love the way they shape my nails and the outcome is always good. Every time I come here I hate that I have to wait almost 1 hr or sometimes more to get helped. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous and sometimes the work comes out bad because workers are in a rush. I wish they would stick to their appointment times because that would be better for people who travel or have places to be. Overall I would recommend this place but just know you'll be waiting quite some time. read more

I been coming here for 4 years. I get simple color nails and short length because of my job. They do nails good. All the nail techs choose who they want to do nails for and how well they provide service for accordingly. To days before my birthday I came to get a mani and pedicure. The shy and timid nails tech did my nails. She doesn't make my nails the same shape and length it looks like I went to a beginner nail tech, I pointed it to her the obvious. she gets mad start talking to the other nail tech in her language!! she acted like she doesn't see her mistakes none of my nails look close to each other, I tell her this is not acceptable especially if I'm not satisfied with her work. But wont fix her mistake, this is so disgusting as a business owner. Don't offer to fix six nails or offer to take money off. I'm paying for a service, I invest my money in a business that doesn't care to provide good service only to the ones they want! It's VERY DISGUSTING!! read more

Usually I really appreciate the quality and price of this salon. However, there is one woman who for the second time in a row did my nails like a 5 year old girl. I wanted to cry leaving the salon, as silly as that is! But there was no fixing them, they were cut and shaped extremely short. Very polite. Clean place. Lines are a bit long but it's a nail salon so what did you expect? . Bella is my favorite!

I've been going to this place ever since it became opened. I truly love this nail salon. Its my go to spot in the local area. The prices are very decent and they're very clean and use disposable items. However, if you do go during week nights and weekends there will be a wait. I do recommend going to the owner of place, she is very good at her job when it comes to tips and gel manicure. :) read more

I came in for a manicure and came a little before closing time and I think cause of that the nail specialist I had rushed the job and the work did not come out well. She left cuticle, and no massage. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The first time I went here one of the guys did my nails. I did gel tips and the shape was very pretty. I asked for a glitter finish on the tip of the nails and he did something different on each nail. It looked horrible. When I told him I did not ask him to do something different on each nail he then told me it was too late. The whole process took 3 hours. Whatever. I gave them a second try today and waited over an hour. Ok cool. After one of the girls did my nails they took me to the pedicure chair and told me I would have to wait another half hour so they can attend the other customers. The lady who came in at the same time as me was already done with her manicure and pedicure so I did not understand why I had to wait for customers who came after me. I told them to f*** off and I will never be going back. Don't waste your time here. read more

Horrible experience. It smells like nail products and chemicals. It's a very strong smell, I was getting a head ache. I don't know how the employees stand to be there all day long. The prices are cheap but they offer the minimum. They shape your nails and paint them, theres not much more to it. It was not a relaxing experience. I got a gel manicure in a light pink color. The day after the color had faded from pink to a pale orange. That's not what I paid for. I will not be going back. read more

I used to love coming here to get my nails done because it's different from other salons. The shape of the nails are so nice and thin and narrow. But i had a really bad experience that makes me never want to come back here. A guy was removing my acrylics with a metrocard instead of soaking them and he hurt my nail so bad there's still a bruise mark in the middle of my nail and every other worker was just watching him hurt me. I screamed about 5 times and told him It hurt but he kept doing it. Now I'm letting my real nails grow out to be healthy again because the guy really messed up my nails. They break all the time. There's cracks everywhere. And there's still acrylic on them. They did a horrible job in removing acrylics. read more

Hello Yelpers, As always I write what takes place nothing more nothing less. On September 11th I decided to get my nails redone at Bella it was a great service, in which I also had a new set and also a 10min massage to relieve the stresses of the previous week. I even tip the esse a $5 tip. However literally 2 days later my ring finger nail came off while I was pooping the air bubble paper, nothing strenuous. The next day September 14th I decided to go into the shop to get it done and low a behold here comes bad service. So I explained to Bella of the situation and she said I shouldn't have gotten long nails. Then proceeded to say next time get gel on top of it. She said if I don't pay that I shouldn't come back to the shop. Mind you the price was only $3 dollars. I told her I'm going to pay but I won't be returning to the shop. This was so sad and I thought I found a good place. Well until I do I'm still on the search here in Astoria Queens. read more

I have been a customer of Bin Bins since they opened its very close to my house, clean, and they do a decent job for the price. I recommend the pedicure, last about 3 weeks. I have recommended many friends and family members. This evening I came in for a gel manicure Bella (usually does my nails) told me the wait was about 30-40 minutes and I told her I'll take a walk to Starbucks and be back. When I returned no one said anything to me so I just took a seat. I noticed 3-4 women who weren't there when I first arrived so I assumed they would take me next. After waiting 10 min and 2 women go ahead of me I asked Bella how long and that I was back after 30 min she then pointed to another customer (who was getting an entire acrylic set) and said "after her". I would of have had to wait an hour so I just walked out. That is definitely not how you treat a loyal customer! Very disappointed, won't be coming back here read more
