I needed to wash my comforter that lays on my king size bed. Decided to try this place out. I don't use laundry matts regularly and was very pleased with this place. It was very clean. The gentleman that was working was very kind, attentive and helpful. There were several types of different size washer and dryers along with baskets available to use and large tables to fold and put away laundry. Coin use only. There was a machine to make change, or you could download the Dexter Pay app. Everyone was wearing masks. I felt safe. I also was offered a cup of coffee from another employee who chatted up a lovely conversation. Not something that happens to much in the word today! I definitely would recommend this place and will go back if I need a laundry matt again. read more

Very clean, and they have various size washers depending on how big of a load you need, it was perfect for my king size comforter. You can use coins or there's an app you can download and pay to wash/dry. There's a little cafe that offered drinks and pastries from what I saw, I didn't try anything this visit, but will definitely try next time. What an awesome business idea for a laundromat! I am very picky with my laundromats but this one exceeded my standards. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel at home while you do all the laundry you've been procrastinating on. We had the occasion to use Bims laundry services today. Have been without a laundry for two weeks and things were stacking up. Did not have time to sit and wait so left 26lbs of dirty clothes to be done for us. Two hours later we picked it up, washed, dried, folded and wrapped up like gifts. Yes it would have been cheaper to sit and have coffee and a sandwich, but time was important. Will be back for lunch. Very clean and welcoming. read more

Came here to do some bulky bedding and seemed like a nice location with the cafe, never heard of a laundromat having a cafe IN the laundromat before, very quiet and peaceful. Was going to give this place a decent review until I saw how the worker (maybe owner?) treated customers. I'm a young pregnant decent looking person and came in with my outside coffee and the worker said nothing. About 30 minutes after me an older man not as cleaned up as me came in with outside food AND his laundry but the worker was so rude to him, calling him stupid saying he can't bring in outside food. Which is totally uncalled for and unnecessary to treat a customer. (Even if he brought in outside food he could have been much more polite about it) It's very obvious he's treating this customer this way based off his looks. (Even came up to ask if he had money to wash his clothes, the man is trying to figure out the electronic pay app for the washers) Definitely wouldn't recommend this place if you don't meet this persons high expectations for what a customer should look like. read more

I just went into Bims and the owner was so incredibly nice! I had a weighted blanket that he took care of for me. I was not sure if it could be washed or dried and he just took care of it. I would recommend this place not only for the customer service but for how clean the establishment was! I will definitely be bringing my comforters into Bims. read more

We live across the street from Bim's and saw the sign go up. We'd been driving about 20 minutes to get to a laundromat so having somewhere closer was awesome. We stopped in and dropped off three baskets of laundry, we paid about a hundred dollars as some of our laundry was wet. Despite our washer and dryer being broken, we keep trying to do it at home and making everything worse on ourselves! The owners were very helpful and happy, wearing masks while we there, and the coffee was great. I picked it up the next morning and it was all folded beautifully and wrapped up for us. And the rubber ducks are super cute, too! read more

It has been forever since I had to use a laundromat. I love this place! Everything is so clean. Plenty of machines and they have a cafe on the premises as an extra happy! We had lunch there and it was wonderful. Mr. David, the owner was quite welcoming and offered to help. They take debit for washing but for drying, coins are better. They have art from local artists hanging for our viewing pleasure and a tv. Over all, I will definitely be a return customer! Thanks Mr. David! read more

Great service, very clean and lots of machines (many different sizes) Such a great concept to have a cafe while you're laundry is being done! - although I didn't get food, everything smelled very good and again, looks clean!
