I came in with an open-ended request (short, make it look good) and he gave me his ideas about what would look best. When he was finished, I was very very happy with it. He can make your hair look casual, make it look professional, make it look hip. I've come here every two months for the last 3 years. Old school wood paneling, which is covered with pennants from all the Boston championships since the turn of the millennium to give it some character. I've had my hair cut by 2 guys (maybe 3, I forget!) and they all do a good job. The owner (I guess) gave the best cut, but he always seems to be busy: all the old fellas wait until he's free, rather than taking an available chair. The price just went up by $1 to $16, so last my cut cost $20 including tip, rather than the $18 I used to give, but still affordable and better than going to a Supercuts. Cash only, so make sure you hit an ATM before sitting down.
