The reason this isn't a 5 star review is unfortunately because of the other stylist, Diane. Probably one of the most unpleasant and unfriendly customer service experiences I've ever had. Diane snapped when I asked if they did walk ins (like it said online) and she started patronizing me about how to work a phone and kept going on and on. She told me she didn't have time to cut my hair and proceeded to sit for quite a while on her phone and giving me dirty looks. I do not pay to get my hair done often but when I do I love a bouncy regular blowout with a slight curl underneath (the curl that is formed naturally from the round brush). Always thought the term blowout was understood in the salon industry as straight with a slight twist but she added a lot of curls (could've been my mistake). She was kind enough to redo them twice when I expressed dissatisfaction, but was still not understanding the concept of what I was asking for or my reference picture. Ended up going with a straight blowout since I knew that was something I could work with to achieve the look at home. Just upset that I ended up paying $60 which already felt like a lot for a fully straight blowout (and spent an hour at the salon), a result that I could've done myself
