Thank you so much. The TPMS sensors have been bothering me for nearly a year. I felt like the dealership was brushing me off and overcharging me on troubleshooting. Heard everything from the dealership... it doesn't need to be replaced...drive the car a couple of miles...let the tires warm up...the psi is too low for the TPMS to detect it...(it takes 15miles to get to the dealership)... or just let it blink, it will eventually turn off...(yeah, when I'm no longer driving)... or you probably don't notice that it turned off... I've heard so many excuses from the dealership... and Firestone fixed the TPMS in one visit.

Boy, I really wanted to give this place 5 stars due to the energetic front desk lady. Very upbeat…read moreand friendly. I dropped off my car at 9. Asked for two new tires. Got a quote and said it would be ready by 2 or 3pm.... but if it got done sooner id get a call. 3pm comes, I call and to see if it were ready... same front desk person told me, not yet but should be ready by 5pm. So I mentioned, "ok, I'll be there before you close". I got there at 4:45, hoping for the TWO new tires. But no, still not done. Frond desk looks over her shoulder as if the car was in the garage and says to me "its not done yet, almost". At 4:55, I look outside and realized that my car hadn't moved from.when I left it at 9am. I asked her, I dont think my car moved... she then replied, ohh yeah we haven't started it yet. Knowing they were gonna closing in 5 min. I dont know how they would get to it in 5 min. As i asked for my key, she asked "are you sure, we can get it done in 30 min".... hmmmm, I ended up taking the car home still needing two front tires.

Exceptional Experience with "Wesley Etheridge / Khaled Mousavi" at Pedder Hyundai of Poway, CA. I…read morerecently worked with Wesley at Pedder Hyundai of Poway, and my experience was outstanding. Although we couldn't finalize a deal on the car I wanted, the experience was exceptional--especially compared to other dealerships that often use gimmicks and hidden extras to push a sale. Wesley and his team were refreshingly honest and professional. Here's what stood out: --Prompt Communication: Wesley was extremely responsive to my calls and texts, which made the process smooth and stress-free. --Transparency: He was very straightforward and transparent with the numbers--no hidden surprises, which is rare in today's auto market. --Customer Focus: Wesley listened carefully to what I was looking for and genuinely tried his best to work out a deal that fit my needs. --In-Person Interaction: When I met him at the dealership, his pleasant smile and warm personality left a great impression. --Team Support: Wesley had Khaled show me the car and explain all the features. Khaled was equally impressive--friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable. I'm still working with Wesley to see if we can make a deal, and based on this experience, I would highly recommend reaching out to him if you're considering Hyundai.

I feel like this dealership set me up for failure with my Hyundai Sonata. I took my car in January…read more A few days before I took it the engine light came on and the car started running rough. It was a busy time for me at work so I wasn't able to make an appointment right away but within a week I did, During that time the light went out. I took my car there anyway and they kept it for three days and they drove it approximately 30 to 35 miles I recorded it on the odometer. They called me and said they could not duplicate the problem to come pick it up and next time the light comes on to bring it in. they did, however, let me know that they were able to retrieve a code of a number three cylinder misfire. Not sure why they didn't dig deeper right then and there this is why I'm wondering did they set me up for failure only to deny me engine replacement. The service writer NOE was friendly, but once I took it back because the light had came on, and the car started running really bad All that changed. Ultimately I was denied an engine replacement. My car is well under 120,000 mile extended warranty I have 95,000 miles. I have taken meticulous care of this car either by DIY or taking it to have the oil changed when I couldn't do it myself. Hyundai knows about the problem with these motors. It's well documented and it's pretty evident no matter the maintenance record, the engines are gonna fail. For this I will never buy another Hyundai again. If you cannot honor your warranty, what good are you? You advertise a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty 120 thousand in my case because the car is known for this issue. But all I got was a denial.

I called AutoZone and they flipped a bad situation into a hopeful one. It was already 8:30pm, but the guy who answered the phone (so sad I don't remember his name, cuz his customer service was excellent!!) was so cheerful and helpful and told me they were open until 11pm and would have a battery waiting for me. I drove over and even though Christian the technician didn't HAVE to say yes to installing the battery that night because it was already super dark out and could potentially be dangerous, he was more than happy to get it done for me. He was working double overtime, but you couldn't tell, because he was still so willing to be of service, which was very impressive to me. Josh, a friend who didn't even work there, was willing to stick around and help out his homies and be an extra hand for them when they were short-staffed. Wow! After some unexpected/unavoidable technical issues, the guys ended up having to call in their store manager, Massoud, who came in from home, to diagnose and fix the problem. The guys all stayed well past closing time, until nearly midnight!!! They all really went above and beyond. This is being written nearly a month and a half later, and I still remember their kindness, excellent customer service, and hard work+dedication!!!!! You don't find this kind of service these days so it's super refreshing, especially when you're a female trying to figure out car nonsense... Thanks guys!!

My usual battery supplier didn't carry this particular battery, so I decided to try AutoZone. I first looked up and selected a battery on Autozone.com and headed to this AutoZone with the dead battery for the core swap. There were two people ahead of me, but my wait was short. The entire transaction took less than 10 minutes. The store itself is neat and well stocked ... easy to shop. Plenty of parking. I've been an AutoZone customer for over 20 years, and today was my best experience.
