He always takes the time to step outside and look at your vehicle to make sure you're getting the correct item and not purchasing something you don't need. Jose went above and beyond to help me with my online battery purchase and even made time to replace the battery in my vehicle. He also made sure I knew that I could get my $22 refund for turning in my old battery, which I really appreciated. There was also a tall, younger gentleman with long hair down to his shoulders who I saw helping another customer parked next to me. From what I saw and heard, he was also providing excellent customer service. These two gentlemen are great examples of what good customer service should look like.
