I hired BillyGO to isolate a plumbing leak. They said they charge a flat rate of about $750 to identify where teh leak is. After about 3 hours of leak testing by their 3 plumbers they came and said I had leak in bathroom at 3 different places and that it would cost $7500 to fix them. I hired a different plumbing leak detection company and they found there was only 1 leak and that too was at a different location than what Billygo suggested. I would not recommend BillyGO to anyone. They try to make money the wrong way by suggesting false leaks and taking away $750 for Leak isolation detection which they could not find. Also I asked them to give me in writing where the 3 leaks were , the BillyGo plumber said their office would send it after a few days but I never received anything in writing about where they claimed the 3 leaks were. I read multiple negatives renews about BillyGO and was initially very skeptical. Yes, I would admit their prices are slightly on the high end. However, I'm giving five stars, and I do not regret paying a little more for the outstanding service I received from the technician named Rhetts and their schedule/administrative service. Rhetts came on time 100% prepared to identify the issue with my water heater and explained the root of the problem and ways to resolve it. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to do his diligence and think out of scope. He is the guy who goes above and beyond to get things done well. No such nonsenses like; This is a unique problem, this is not as easy as it may appear, I need to run to Home Depot, or I cannot do this because I have another customer in an Hour, etc. I do not know about all technicians working at this company. But I highly recommend BillyGO if you want service on time and Rhetts as a technician for all your plumbing needs. They came and quoted $140 to replace the kitchen faucet. Showed up and changed to $277 (for 30 mins of labor). I accepted not realizing the first quote (my wife didnt tell me, assumed it was standard). Complained but no response. Billy Go came for a scheduled service today. I showed that we had a drip around the drain into the drain pan which was just starting to rust. The service man opened the coolant box pointed out that we had a leak in the coil and offered quotes for replacing the whole system or just the coolant box system (this is way expensive). I advised I would need to think about it. The tech left. I went up to the attic to check on his clean up to find that he had left the coolant box open and blowing air into the attic. Not happy. I called and same tech came back to close and (aluminum) tape the seal. I got a call from a supervisor to discuss service call and during call he laughed. I asked if he was laughing at me. He said no...he was listening to someone else who had said something funny...while he was talking to me. The whole experience was unprofessional and leaving the cooling box is something I'd think a little kid might do. Anyway, I will not be using BillyGo in the future. Also, now I do seem to have an issue with my AC keeping the house cool as it is running nearly nonstop. read more

We had a leak in the wall by the shower. I cut out the wall and saw the leak. easy fix but we had company that was in town so I called Billy Go. Marco Vasquez came to our house. He looked at it, and made a bid. Here is the breakdown. $99 to be a member and save 15% $245 Difficult access because it was in a house? $333 To remove and re install commode? It took me 58 seconds to remove. $1023 To fix the three pipes-cut and replace three lines with pecks. But because I was to pay the membership of $99 I would have saved $284 How bad is your plumbing you need a membership? Tierney plumbing did the entire job for $455 and was thirty minutes early. and cleaned up. Very safe to assume we would not recommend Billy go for anyone. Billy go away please. read more

During the winter storm of February 2021, billyGo's team showed up at the scheduled day/time to repair our busted pipes (our water had already penetrated the house a couple days before and been turned off). However, billyGo's team also were also able to service several of our neighbors' homes that were experiencing immediate flooding (i.e., as temperatures climbed above freezing that day, pipes were busting all around us). It was a blessing. And, in just a couple short days, billyGo's team came and installed two tankless water heaters for us, resulting in our pipes and water heaters being repaired before the week was over. I have been extremely pleased with BillyGo. I've had the misfortune of having a pipe leak and AC fail over the past 6 months. BillyGo has been there to help each time. Each issue, I opened the app and scheduled someone (usually within the next hour) to come without an emergency fee. Once at my house, they assessed the issue and told me exactly how much it would cost. Both situations, the cost was reasonable - certainly not for free, but didn't cost an arm and a leg either! I could not recommend this company higher! Edward (for Plumbing) and Robert (for AC) is a great combination! The installer guys for the AC were great too. Two minor things to consider: the only way to schedule a service is through the app. You can call, but they'll direct you to the app. I recommended BillyGo to my parents, but they don't have a smartphone (people like that still exist!) so they went with someone else. Second thing is that they do have a financing option which I really considered for the AC. It is with a 3rd party and they didn't seem real trustworthy. I'll definitely work with BillyGo, but unsure about the 3rd party finance people. Overall, highly recommend! They were extremely quick, professional, and didn't charge arm and a leg. BillyGO was one of the first to reply to my request for a quote to replace my water heater. The technician was right on time to my house and was knowledgeable about my issue. He even left an indicator that would notify us with an alarm if water started to come into the area (which worked the following night - LOL). Though we ultimately had an acquaintance install our water heater, I felt that billyGO would have performed the job proficiently and without surprises. I probably would have gone with billyGO, even if the price was one of the highest. Perhaps the higher cost was due to add-ons or extras that might have brought the job up to and over the current requirements. I should have done my homework with this company. I had a tankless hot water heater moved to a different location. Before they started I was strict that I do not want holes in the front of my house, no pipes. This company has decreased the value of my home. After the first time, they did the work, I was left with the exhaust not sealed, pipes visible in the front of the house, pipes in the attic going through my rafters so no one can walk upstairs, and two rooms full of holes. I called the manager, the manager came to the house the next day. He agreed he would have never done this kind of work in his own house. They made an attempt to correct the issues saying the original boxes had missing parts (so why is this my issue). They did not seal off the old exhaust as promised, the pips were just pushed to the side in the attic (I heard the manager tell the workers to rerun them laying the pips against the ceiling), and of course, I see the white pips in the front of my house every time I drive up. Most contractors and companies will make it right and take pride in their work; no one should have to come behind them to correct their mistakes. This company left me with holes in my walls. I now have to pay other contractors to fix the issues left behind by Billygo. After the work was done I got estimates from two other companies; of course, this company was the highest. read more

If you value money do not use this company. Are the responsive? Yes. Do they do good work? Yes pretty much. If you have no other option and have a major issue, maybe use them. But I would recommend trying your hardest to find another company. I can give you a list of 5 other plumbers just as good and 1/2 to 1/3 the cost. I wanted to like them. Their response time is quick and availability is convenient. Everyone I've worked with has been nothing but professional. The problem though ... every time we have had them out they have found a problem. First time was a $3,000 fix. We didn't think much. My mom then used them because we had such a good experience. She was charged $2700 for a problem that she later learned wasn't. My antennas were up when they came back this week for our annual AC tune up. Much to my surprise (or not), I was quoted nearly $5,000 for "plan B" fix but they wanted to send out someone out to discuss "plan A" or "replacement". The unit is 7 years old and we've never had any issue. We just received a second opinion from another company and guess what, not a thing wrong with our AC. There was no leak where BillyGo said, there was actually only 1 capacitor where BillyGo quoted replacing 2 compactors and all fans were at specifications and where BillyGo said we were "extremely low" in Freon - we were exactly where we needed to be. Probably in an emergency they are good because they will respond quickly but I would prepared to be scammed. read more

Made appointment at 8. Called me 7:26 am, made sure the appointment. I was there at 7:50. And was told the tire was flatten at 8:01am. Okay, asked when the technician can come. Office did not know and I said I will wait but it can not be too long because I will have to go to work. At 8:40 am, office called me telling me there will be a technician come within 40 minutes. 9:40 nobody appears. Called them, telling them if the technician don't appear now I would have to go. They said the technician will come in 20 minutes. So I turned vehicle back to wait. Luckily, technician comes within 5 minutes after the call. Talked about all the issues and want technician give me a report as soon as possible because I was supposed to go to work at 10. Technician came too late so eventually there is no time for him to finish his job and I have to leave. Got up at 7 and waited until 10, and nothing was done. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They can't even set a commode properly. I had emergency surgery two times in two days and while I was in the hospital, they came to my house, and charged my wife 140 dollars to pull and reset the toilet. After the so called "tech" left, she tried to flush it and it would not flush. 10 days in the hospital, I come home to find that the commode offset from center. Meaning that the commode and sewer flange are out of line. I spent three years doing plumbing and pulled and reset hundreds of commodes. This is not rocket science. It's barely plumbing. It sure ain't "Tech"nical. I've called them and begged for help to no avail. They will come out Monday afternoon. THEY boast about 24 hour service, knowledgeable "techs". Unless you just like to be pi$$Ed off and taken advantage of, then use them. But they will take advantage of people that don't know plumbing and once they have the cash they will dash. I have to be honest, I was a little skeptical at first since this is a new company. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service from begining to end. You first start by downloading their app and booking your service requirements through it. The app will show multitle one hour windows for the date you want them to come. My tech, Edward showed up within the time window and sent text notifications before arrival. I had a water heater issue with the pilot light not staying on.
