The Brisket had a nice smoke ring , but just okay flavor. I liked it better with the Thick Bbq Sauce. Pulled Pork was a little smoky and a little dry , but okay and I liked it better with the Sweet Bbq Sauce. Deviled Egg Potato Salad was right on the money. I love bbq beans , but these Sweet Brisket Beans missed the mark. Peach Cobbler was the worst I've ever had , so disappointed. They also have a salad bar and free ice cream near the exit. I want to try more items of course to include the Pork Ribs and the Giant Beef Rib. In Las Vegas there was a guy that had an Asian Fusion Bbq place and it had the best Dinosaur Sized Beef Rib I've ever had , so we will see how Swadley's compares to it. He wasn't rude, but he appeared uninterested and gave the impression that it might have been his first day. I ordered two combo meals with drinks, but I only received one drink. When I pointed it out, I was told I had to purchase the second drink separately and ended up paying nearly $5 for a sweet tea that should have been included with the combo. Additionally, the brisket combo I ordered came with a very small portion of fries--it looked like the leftovers from the bottom of the batch. The sandwich itself tasted as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I chose not to raise the issue at the time because I didn't feel confident it would be understood or resolved. I understand this is a fast-food BBQ restaurant, but I still believe every job deserves someone's best effort. This experience was just not up to the standard I've come to expect from this brand. And will probably never go back to this location.

It was definitely a true BBQ environment. The smell of the long cooked meats and BBQ beans filled the room and made it hard to choose. Thankfully the menu offered many options. This was the best and juiciest and flavorful meat we have ever had. The entire staff and management were very friendly and professional. Now back in a different state I am trying to figure out how to order some for and event. Highly recommend you stop in for one of the best BBQ meals you will ever have.
