They act like they're doing a favor by remaking it correctly, not to mention the smug, patronizing attitude I was thrown. Treat your customers better and check that the order is correct before sending us home with it. If a customer has a valid reason to be unhappy with the experience, understand it and treat them nicely. Long, long time customers...not any more. Once we arrived at home, I cut my sandwich to make it easier to eat. Low and behold the chicken was still raw inside! I'm just glad I saw it was under done before biting into it. This location needs to pay more attention to the temperature of their food. Doubt we'll be back to this particular location again.
