A couple of years ago our A/C unit stopped working on a 96 degree day. Lang had someone here and they were able to get us up and running within a few hours. We knew our unit was near the end of it's life (and so did Lang) but they never pressured us to buy a new unit. When we decided the time was right to replace our unit we comparison shopped and chose Lang. The people who come for service calls are completely professional, friendly and helpful.
