Ordered a custom Olhausen pool table from The Man Cave Warehouse in Orlando, FL. When it was…read moredelivered they set it up with a broken, split leg that had been poorly repaired. The paint on the rails were not from the manufacturer and had dried paint drips on them. When a licensed pool table professional came to move it in order to put a rug under it, he showed me the leg and the poor paint job on the rail. I called the salesman, Carson Klopf, at the Man Cave Warehouse and sent him pictures of the leg. He told me my warranty was void because of the other professional moving it and called me a liar. He was extremely rude, knew he had been caught trying to dupe me and continued to text and harass me. The professional installer, removed the leg, sent it to the manufacturer, Olhausen, and they matched the wood finish perfectly and made a new leg for installation. I cannot thank them enough. They ensured me my warranty was valid as long as a licensed professional did any work. As far as the man cave warehouse, they are horrible and I would recommend using anyone but them.

We were welcomed and taken to our table and then looked around to select a piece to paint. Once we did, a very nice young lady came and took us through the process: the price of the piece includes unlimited painting and "baking" it (can't recall what that's called); they show you basic techniques and how colors come out so you can quickly assess what you want and how to bring it to life. They provided aprons, different paint tools, any color your heart desires and even have snacks and beverages for purchase. Once the pieces are ready you can pick them up 4 days later and take them home. Overall it was a really cool and fun experience. I think we will be back!

The class started an hour later than scheduled, despite the website stating that participants cannot join if they are more than five minutes late. There was little to no explanation for the delay. Once the class began, it felt rushed, likely due to the late start. When I asked for help, staff often stepped in and fixed things themselves rather than showing me how to do it, which defeated the purpose of creating my own pottery. I also asked questions about air bubbles in the clay and the firing process but was not acknowledged. This was especially concerning, as I later discovered that my bowl cracked during firing--something I was specifically worried about. Additionally, the glazing and firing processes were not explained at all. When we moved on to painting, we were left to figure things out on our own without guidance. The class is advertised as making a bowl, but the final product was much closer to a small trinket dish, which was another letdown. On top of everything else, they lost my pottery when I called to check up on it and it had to be found. Given that we spent several hundred dollars, I expected a much higher level of instruction, organization, and communication. The overall experience, combined with the complete lack of response to my attempts to address these concerns, has left me deeply disappointed and regretful that I chose this studio.

He assured me that all the items on layaway or on pawn are still there and will remain so throughout the agreed upon time periods. Today I called the Orlando office and made some payments. The owner's brother took the call and my CC info over the phone. I trust Premiere will honor their agreements and that I will be able to retrieve my items once they are paid for.
