Extremely disappointing customer service…read more FedEx may be responsible for the shipping issue, but CoolStuffInc is responsible for making sure the product I paid for actually reaches me--and for helping resolve the problem when it doesn't. I contacted CoolStuffInc, explained the situation, and even provided a solution FedEx gave me: the shipper needs to contact FedEx to remove the restriction so I can pick up my package. Instead of taking ownership and helping resolve the issue, CoolStuffInc has been completely unhelpful. Shipping problems happen. Poor customer service is a choice. I've been a loyal customer, but after this experience, I will seriously reconsider ordering from CoolStuffInc again. Extremely poor customer service and accountability.

Today, we visited because Tim needed a very specific green paint. After looking for awhile, I found it and it was a good price. The only downside is sometimes the paint prices are way higher that what you will get online (a difference of $5-10$), so we will check forst, and if we can get the same paint for $6, it'll be like $17 here. Which is kinda weird to me because the store is so big, and always pretty active, so it doesn't make sense to have such a significant difference in price. That's my only issue. otherwise, the place is clean, the customer service reps are all very knowledgeable and helpful, and you can expect to have a friendly conversation regarding your purchases. While looking through all the cool pictures in the codex he was super pumped about the ultramarine bike squad. I thought it would be fun to pick up the model set and build it together, so we headed out to Games Workshop at the Winter Park Village. We were immediately greeted by Josh. Josh possesses an immense game knowledge, as well as an awesome personality. The reason I am writing this review though, I had my five year old with me and Josh immediately engaged with him and invited him to build and paint a model. Josh walked him through the entire model, showed him everything! It was amazing. In conclusion, thank you, Josh! You're a solid dude.

They have a limited selection of books and I went in without really knowing what I was getting. Their concept of their book store as an immersivd sensory experience is something I hadn't heard of before and was really intrigued by. Their selection of sensory items were all cute and I ended up choosing a pair of socks, sparkling tea, and a cup. Depending on the genre of the book of your choosing, there is also a playlist that goes along with it. I think it's also awesome that they have a lounge space where they can host events. It's amazing to see the growth of this concept that started out as a subscription box, and now has a brick and mortar here in Orlando. Overall, I think it's a great concept that allows customers the chance to fully indulge and expand their reading experience beyond the pages.
