I can only speak for Stacey because she was the one that helped us for three days looking for furniture. She was knowledgeable and had a lot of patience with us. Unfortunately, we found a couch at a different place only because of availability. Even with everything Stacey did for us, she continued on with the upmost professionalism and kindness congratulating us on finding another couch that suited us. I'll always keep her in mind as we continue to furnish our home and you should as well.

The furniture is nice but they don't have much in stock. We ordered a complete bedroom set. They…read morehad only a couple of pieces and the rest needed to be ordered. They contract out their delivery people which means you get the furniture when it's convenient for them which is only a Monday or Tuesday with a 10 hour window. If you work, that means you have to take off all day & they charge $300 per delivery. The delivery and no stock are my only problems.

I will try to keep this (relatively) short, because honestly I think it is a waste of your time. This is a store you need to experience, not read reviews regarding! It is not only containers, needless to say. It is everything you need for the home, focus on organization. During the holidays, it is a stocking stuffer Shangri-La, a gift wrapping supplies headquarters, the place to make sure your Christmas ornaments and tree are stored safely for next time, your partner in preparing and cooking that family holiday meal, your best friend in the cleaning up the aftermath! For the rest of the year, this store makes sure everything in your abode remains not only organized, but beautifully so; their own wholly owned brands include the impressive elfa®, Avera® and Preston® lines. They have employees ready to partner with you for customization to your every whim and even offer in home services! What more can you ask for? I sound like a commercial for them, but if my 80+ pictures and several videos from one visit because I felt like it prove anything, it is that this is my own pleasure derived from spending a few hours in the store. And if the fact that me taking all these pictures and then not being bothered and being nothing but courteous, ready to assist, and welcoming with me say anything, it is that the service level certainly matches the extensive selection. And although the price point is a tad higher than average and ideal, the experience makes it a worthwhile value. I tried to keep it short, but for real now, quit reading reviews and go experience The Container Store in real life!

I expect deceptive, , misleading, or false sales tactics from used cars salesmen but not from Ez Pawn. All Josh could say was sorry it was no longer available for sale even though it says it is online. This place took forever to deliver my pool table. I purchased one online from Ozone billiards and…read moreSomar billiards delivered it and set it up. I had to wait a month for my table. I am pretty sure this is longer than the norm because Ozone called me after two weeks to ask if I had my table yet. Somar Billiards called me first because they were unsure which table was mine. I don't know how that happens but that is really not cool. They also delivered the wrong pool stick. I don't know why they didn't ask me which one was mine if they weren't sure. They already had me on the phone to ask me which table was mine, they should have asked about this while they were at it. Instead, they ended up mailing me my stick and made me wait an additional four more days before getting it. This was after I had waited almost a month for the table to be delivered. They should have driven it over. I am not sure why that didn't happen. I can only guess they just don't really care about their customers. When the stick came, it had a gash in it. I had to get on the phone with the company. They also did a very poor job of placing the cue ball sticker on the table. It was not centered and was not properly adhered to the table. Just sloppy all around.
