Kendra Scott at the Quarry Market is fabulous! The service is great AND they work with the community to do "give back" events. My daughter's high school choir had a give back night there and the ladies were so gracious in assisting in the set up and making sure they had everything they needed. I bought a ring for myself and bought my daughter her first 2 pieces of "fine jewelry." I got her the Ari Heart ring and an Ari heart layered necklace. The girls gave me boxes to gift wrap it in and while I was there they also cleaned my wedding ring, I don't know what they use but my ring hasn't sparkled so bright in a very long time! I believe my stylists name is Monique, she was very helpful in checking on the sized I needed. They also have a great selection of men's jewelry that just came in. I wanted to buy a ring for my husband but they didn't have his size in stock, also, they are not yet able to engrave the men's jewelry so I will wait to get my husbands ring for when it can be engraved. I'm also signed up on their mailing list and I get text messages about sales and deals that they have going on. And this month they have had some really great deals! I usually have very pleasant experiences when visiting Kendra Scott locations, however that was certainly not the case when I visited the location at Alamo Quarry on Saturday 3/9. Prior to my visit I had already gone online to research the availability of the ring I was looking to purchase in my needed size. The quarry showed to have the ring in stock so I was thrilled. Once I arrived I noticed all but one sales person was assisting with customers, however that representative showed no interest in greeting me which at first wasn't a huge deal. I looked around for any other items, located the ring and then eventually just approached her. That's when it was very evident that something was amiss. The sales person (Erin G.) was very standoffish and not helpful. When I asked if I could see the ring in a size 5 she started walking to the back then quickly turned and said they don't carry size 5 in the store that it would need to be ordered online. I knew that wasn't the case. I then asked for a size 6 she made a frustrated face and went to the back. When she returned she simply extended her hand with the ring, literally said nothing to me. No smile, no "let me know it fits...let me know if you need another size" nothing. Handed it to me and walked off. I tried it on and decided to purchase it even though I knew it was too big. I went to the cashwrap in hopes that someone else would come check me out. After about 5 minutes the same sales person came and asked "are you gonna take it?" I responded "yes" she never asked for my email or phone number upon check out like when I normally visit. She simply gave me my total, I paid and told her I hoped her day got better. I realize people have bad days I really do but I didn't do anything to deserve her poor attitude nor treatment. Later that weekend I went to the KS at La Cantera and it was like night and day! I was greeted immediately with a warm smile, they happily exchanged my ring for a smaller size and took the time to show me the beautiful new arrivals. Went to the store on Saturday evening and only needed to do an exchange for a different size and not a single person greeted or even attempted to make conversation or make me feel comfortable. At the register area I stated I needed to do an exchange and handed my item over in which the girl(Emma) takes it and then walks over to another employee and proceeds to talk about me as if I'm not standing right there and can see them staring at me. She also made the exchange very difficult stating that I needed a receipt even tho it was a gift. The whole vibe was just off and it's just ugly to be making assumptions about customers as if I stole this item or didn't purchase it. I went to the store to exchange a few pairs of earrings I had bought online for my bridesmaids. The stones were slightly see-through and I wasn't super content with the quality. Melody happily helped me with picking out stones that were more pigmented and not see-through. I apologized profusely for being "that customer", but she made me feel good and wanted to ensure I was happy with my purchase. This store is located in the strip mall across from the Quarry. I came after work one evening to browse for a friends birthday gift. Turns out they were having an event, so it was packed, and they offered some infused water and cupcakes for the event. I still wasn't quite sure what the event was, but it must have been a fundraiser. The service is pretty good, the associates offer assistance, but then retreat back so you can browse. The items are beautifully displayed in drawers that you can open and try on the jewelry, which is very helpful. read more

This KS location is prime! It has easy access with parking out front, nice big windows that offer natural lighting, and many sales associates that are walking around, readily available. I typically stop by during the week, to avoid the weekend rush and crowd, but decided to stop in on a Sunday. I was immediately greeted as I walked in. The store was packed! I mean packed! But that did not affect the service I received, nor did I have to wait long to check out. The store is clean, and the sales associates are kind, knowledgeable and willing to help. If you are undecided between a few pieces, they have always helped me choose a piece. Better yet - come in during your birthday month and show your ID and recieve 50% off one item! I love to get gift cards from Kendra Scott for friends birthdays, so they can come in and treat themselves! While Mother's Day is approaching, searching for gifts and I dribbled upon Kendra Scott. I have never ordered from there or even bought a single piece of jewelry and now I will NOT to back. Ordering online was a little bit of a hassle trying to find the right store and the right items. After ordering I got an email saying my order will be ready in 2 hours. After waiting 2 ... nothing ... 3 hours nothing... the next morning at 10 still NOTHING. No text, or email. I tried calling at least 7 times trying to get in contact with someone to get an update in my order. No answer and still no email. I decided I would take it upon myself to order from another jewelry store and drive to Kendra myself. While on my way there my other order was already ready and they did answer the phone. But Kendra Scott, absolutely not. I knew scheduling an appointment to look to go in the store was an option but there was none till the next week! While going in the store I was immediately stopped very rudely by a lady (dark short hair) telling me I had to wait outside. I am not waiting for an item I have already paid for, waited almost 24 hours to get an update, and now having to drive there myself to get an answer. She was extremely rude for no reason! While I was waiting outside for her to help me she continued to help three other customers with soooo much attitude, huffing and puffing like a child. I understand this is a difficult and weird time (I work in customer service) but to be so disrespectful to customers is not a good look for that person or the company its self. She began to tell me she was going to look for my order and a man stopped her and asked to buy a gift card. She then sighed and rolled her eyes and told him to give her a second. if getting a gift card for a customer is that big of an inconvenience for her then she should NOT work there. Finally bringing out my order she thrust the bag towards me aggressively without confirming it looking at my invoice paper. I arrived 4 hours from time I placed my order. I waited 2 hours and nothing. My husband then went by after work and line and wait was too long. At closing time, they just let everyone in the store! I was given a ring as a birthday gift and it was the wrong size. It was a brand new full price item and I had a gift receipt. They did not have the size I needed. Apparently once they have your money, they don't care about customer service. No refunds, only store credit. I usually spend at least $300 a year here for gifts. I have been coming to this location for years. I first stopped in to buy a gift, not expecting it to appeal to me, but the service was so great and the hidden finds in the drawers were so lovely, I kept coming back. My company has done several fundraisers there as well and the staff were, for some time, attentive and helpful in making selections. I often came in with my two daughters and for a while the staff was wonderful to them, even making it a fun experience for my kids. The staff would take them to the restroom so I could shop, or chat with them or help them try on some things. More recently I came in for an event and after some time, my youngest needed to use the restroom; the salesgirl told me they didn't have a restroom. After I challenged that, she told me it was messy. After I said I didn't mind she said it was full of merchandise. (I was like, she's 5 we can watch her potty with the door open if you're concerned about her slicing open shipping boxes and stealing with her tiny child hands. ) I've worked retail and I know this heartless song and dance well. It's not a toilet issue, it's a "we don't want your children in the store" issue. Why, I don't know-- they are well behaved, and I constantly monitor them to ensure they are not hindering other customers from an enjoyable shopping trip. They sent me to Jamba Juice, and the KS salesgirl lied to me by saying the KS staff were made to use the restroom at JJ as well. When I reluctantly took my daughter there to not buy anything and just potty (something I abhor doing) the manager was sympathetic, kind, and he also told me that, no, the KS salesgirls were not using his restroom themselves, only sending their customers. I guess if you need to grab something quickly and leave, this isn't a terrible place. But if you plan to take your time and try things on and think about your purchase, you may be disappointed in the service. For me, I'm just simply over the bullshit spineless approach to customer service. Children aren't the enemy. And if you have an issue with them, tell people directly, politely, and immediately. 2 stars for cute jewelry. 0 stars for rude, immature, biased staff. . read more

First timer for Kendra Scott here! Ms. Blair Elliott really made this experience wonderful as she took me through the color bar experience. She stayed attentive and patient with me the entire time, was extremely personable, and really sold me on how wonderful the Kendra Scott environment is! By the end I didn't feel like a customer anymore. The entire store was warm and inviting...and the best part was that it didn't feel forced. It made me 1) want to come back 2) learn more about the company and 3)join the team! It's amazing to me that I had to fly to Seattle to learn about a Texas-based company. You have to stand at the front door waiting to get in and no one is there to monitor so you're just waiting and waiting ....The earrings I wanted did NOT look like the ones on the website!!! I really don't like the system they have set up for pick up orders and curbside pickup. Especially during this pandemic, they most certainly didn't set things up right. Once u place ur order it doesn't keep you updated in any way, they also don't pick up the phone calls when the website says that you should call. You just rely on one text message to know when to pick up. I had to go to the store myself to see if my order was ready since the website says it's ready for pick four hours after purchase and it had already been the next day and then they told me my order wouldn't be read until the next day which is two days after purchase. So my mother wasn't able to get her mother's day present that should've been ready for me to pick up that day. read more

I've always had phenomenal customer service each time I've been into a Kendra Scott store whether it be in San Antonio, Houston, or Austin. I carry a numerous amount of Kendra Scott (new and retired). I went into this store yesterday to celebrate my birthday and get a new piece as I do every year and felt horrible about my customer seervice experience. My friend wanted something from the color bar and after waiting for over 10 mins to be acknowledged she was finally helped and literally had her dream earrings thrown together and not set into place correctly. Needless to say she did not go with that pair. Besides that, I was interested in some of the dichoric glass studs and no one was helpful just said sorry we don't have those without looking or helping me to see if another store may have them. I was also interested in the heart shaped earrings in which no one was help. There was also a charm style bracelet that was unicorn themed I was highly interested in and it looked returned so I asked the associate if there was anymore in the back- she rolled her eyes and went to go look. Everyone working in this store was highly annoyed and making rude facial expressions because I couldn't decide on a piece or pieces. Will not be coming back to this location. It's my birthday month. And I was finally ready to spend some money on Kendra Scott jewelry. I walk into the store and there's one other customer. She's already being helped. There's 3 girls behind the counter. They didn't ask me if I needed help until I'd been in the store for almost 10 minutes. I know I'm not as young as they are, and probably not their target customer. And some of the things I saw were beautiful. I like the jewelry and I can definitely afford it. So I probably am their target customer. But, I don't think I'll be spending any money on Kendra Scott, at least not at that location! Well, I looked at the reviews at the La Cantera store. The girls there have just as much attitude as the girls at the Quarry. I suppose, although I did want to get some jewelry by Kendra Scott, I'm just going to have to say no. And I have a gift certificate, and it's my birthday month, and I can afford it. It saddens me that young women would treat other women this way. And your customer service improvements do me no good. But, if there is a chance you need something in a very specific color combination, they have an interactive color bar where you can custom design pieces for yourself or loved ones in minutes. I am a Kendra Scott aficionado and this was my first time at the Quarry location. Usually I go to the La Cantera location but since I was in the area I decided to give it a try and buy some Christmas presents. The ladies inside each greeted me with a positive attitude and were very knowledgeable as to what I was looking for. One of the ladies helped me picking out the best earrings and brought out a better set that shined gorgeously. I went over the Christmas week it was a little crazy but it still wasn't too bad. The reason I;m writing this review though is because I was blown away by the amazing customer service offered at this location. I was the only girl in the store when i walked in last Sunday and the girls immediately greeted me and made me feel welcomed. They worked together to get me from browsing the jewelry to checking out. AND they were knowledgeable about whats coming out soon and familiar with pieces i wish we'd see again with KS (specifically the two finger ring). i have shopped at the KS at the Quarry for a while now and that is always my go-to. the KS instagram and website promoted their "curbside service" for mother's day so i thought it was perfect, they promoted the service to be fast and easy. there was absolutely nothing fast or easy about the process. i ordered 3 items online and was told that i would receive a text within a certain time frame. i based my day off of this time frame. i work 12 hour shifts and was unable to pick up my items any other day before mother's day hit. after not receiving a text during the assured time frame, i decided to call. i probably called 12 times over a period of 3 hours. nobody answered. i eventually drove up there and texted the number anout my arrival and my location that was provided for the "curbside" service. after waiting 20 minutes in the car, i had to get out and stand by the front door. i was later greeted by a very overwhelmed staff member that wasn't the most polite. i was very upset with the service provided. nothing fast or easy anout the process especially with two little ones in the car. it just wasn't fair to spend an entire day waiting around for a promise that didn't happen. an update on my order over the phone would've been helpful but they refused to answer the phone. read more

I have never shopped Kendra Scott but I saw a beautiful bracelet that a coworker had on and I asked her where she got it. She said Kendra Scott @ the Quarry. I received the bracelet and another item from there, from my husband. I came across a situation that I was not expecting and I contacted corporate for a refund. Men don't ask about return policy so to my surprise I was later told that I could not get a refund. A corporate employee was very helpful and got me in contact with the store manager from the Quarry location. The manager Danielle called me and asked me to come in but to bring my receipt because there are many dishonest people trying to get away with anything they can. I told her that I had already told the corporate employee, that I did not have it and that they would take care of me at store level. She asked me for my name and my husbands to look for the purchase and she kept saying she could not find it. She promised to call me back within the hour and she did not. I finally found my receipt and when I looked at the name on it, it had a completely different name on it. My husbands name is common and not hard to spell but the name on there was not his, that's why she could not find it. I made my way to the quarry and asked to speak to a manager. Danielle came up and I told her who I was and told her that I was at home waiting for her call and she says, " oh we got busy with markdowns, I was going to call you later" I did not appreciate it that, since she was not giving my issue the importance that I expected, since this refund was for me to be able to get my medicines. I will never return to this store! And the return policy is HORRIBLE! ..if you are unsure if you will like it or going to keep it, DO NOT SHOP KENDRA SCOTT BECAUSE YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH IT! luckily the associate at corporate assisted and I was able to get me money back.
