Yes, it is ALL expensive (a set of balls is $500). Pleasantly surprised to find some High-Quality Darts (steel and soft-tip). The dart-board kits (with a wood/MDF cabinet) are ridiculous ($500 for a $80 board and $100 cabinet) but nonetheless they have them. Attentive sales people. I have worked with the Billiard Factory for over 10 years. I have purchased many fun games and they have helped us with moving our games such as the foosball and pool table a few times. They have always been professional and completed the job well. Just recently we required them to help us with moving our pool table once again. In the moving process there was an accident and one of the slates were broken. I was extremely worried especially these days when most companies do not take responsibility for their mistakes but Bob Cohen at the Billiard Factory was extremely apologetic and made sure that we were taken care. The piece was replaced and I did not have to "track" them down. It's hard to know when you are working with a good company. For the serious pool player, Moe IS Billiard Factory. He is the resident expert pool specialist, and his knowledge is encyclopedic- dare I say, savant-like. My wife and I drive here from Austin to resource Moe's knowledge to purchase cue sticks and other supplies. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and helpful, and he is a pool player himself. His trophies adorn the pool cue display. On top of all this, he is a great guy and won't pressure you but simply offer his opinion. You should listen. Note, any other employees here are not qualified to sell pool equipment, so we always call in advance and make sure he is working when we visit. Prices here are competitive with other brick and mortar pool establishments, keeping in mind that these businesses will never be able to compete with the online retailers of the world. This is a very nice place to buy any billard assessories. Truly a real business that qualifies for billard needs. One item that really stood out was the wood on the billard looks outstanding and such quality very impressed with all the foose ball and several game room items sold here. How can I tell you the pool balls are very good quality it is more expensive but worth it I am planning to add a pool table in the game room upstairs in my home and was overwhelmed with all the pool tables some are really large and shows great craftsmanship and just plain gorgeous. I am planning to come back after the holidays to see if sales will happen here. If you seek any game type anything Billard Factory has it. Love Billiard Factory! Excellent Customer Service. We purchased our bar height table and chairs several years ago. We came back to get a standard height table. Bob has ordered the base so we can use our existing table top. Couldn't be happier! While we were there I spotted a very nice Home Theater Seating arrangement that exactly fits our needs. They sell Quality furniture. We ordered it in Russet. The only color on the showroom floor was black. Bob emailed me last Saturday to let me know he had a Russet colored Theater Seating arrangement. We drove over on Saturday to check out the color! It is going to be perfect. Mo is currently putting a new tip on one of our pool cues. I am relaxing in one of "my recliners" with a cold bottle of water. read more

Mo Mo Mo , go see Mo!! He is the nicest guy you'll meet and is like a pool encyclopedia without being overwhelming with the amount of info he puts out at one time. He is super pleasant to talk to. I come here to get my cue sticks worked on, purchase new ones when needed, get tips replaced, and consult with him when I have pool-related questions. Yes, it is a drive to get out here but it's worth it! I live in NW Austin and it takes about 40 minutes to get out there but I still always do and always will as long as Mo is there! I bought a shuffleboard from someone moving out of their house. So of course I called the Ballard factory on 45 S. to get it moved. I called on 30 July 2020. He'd asked me to send him pictures of the board which I did. We then coordinated and discussed pricing. He then was going to get back with me in next couple of days which he never did. So then I called him again and again he was going to get with me in the next couple of days which he never did so I called him again and set up a date of 18 August 2022 get it moved. So because of the track record of dealing with the billing factory on I 45 S. I called him on the 17th Monday. He does not work on Monday so another gentleman helped me which was very courteous. The other gentleman told me it was not even on the schedule. So then I asked for the original persons supervisor and after speaking to him. He told me they are not even moving shuffleboard or pool tables due the virus. So I would highly advise you not to expect any kind of service after the sale. And yes I have bought from them in the past, but will not ever do business with them again. Sincerely read more

They didn't have anymore in stock in Austin so he searched all the other store in the area. He found one in Houston and had it next day shipped to my house. This is a good place for pool supplies, but when you're looking for tip replacement or any kind of tip work this isn't the place to go. I've had to return to the store twice for my icebreaker tip to be put back on after less than 24hrs. I'm writing this review as my kamui clear tip just broke off my shooting cue. This was the last straw. I will no longer be getting my tip done here. The staff is friendly and smart, but Mo must be doing something wrong since this is my third cue breaking off!!!!!!! read more

These folks are great; they installed a pool table in our new home in August and we were really happy with it. After getting settled in, we recently bought a rug to put under the pool table to protect the wood floors. For $89, they sent the same two guys who had set up the pool table and they put the rug under the table. It was a 12'x15' rug...we would never have been able to do it ourselves!! The guys were super careful moving the table on the wood floors. (We were a little paranoid because the movers had scratched our floors in several places.) They told us that they carry every item in by hand rather than dragging anything; it is clearly evident that they enjoy their job and they do it exceptionally well. It was so worth the money to have them help us; I would definitely recommend their services! read more

We have a formal living room, which I think is somewhat archaic - so naturally we decided to turn it into a game room. Tough decisions had to be made: pool table or ping pong table? Thanks to Billiard Factory's friendly service and honest guidance, we decided to go with a pool table and a ping pong table top that was thrown in as part of a package. The table came on time and was put together deftly by, apparently musicians (whose music is pretty good - we checked it out on youtube) The paddles that came with the ping pong table set were of pretty poor quality. We mentioned this to the salesperson when he called to follow up on the delivery. He kindly offered a $50 voucher to upgrade to the paddles we wanted. Great service! read more

Be careful. I sold a pool table to a guy a few months ago and recommended these guys to move it as they had moved it into my house when I had purchased the table off a friend. The move I had was great but here comes the bogus part. The guy who I sold the table to went in to pay for the move and was pushed and pushed to buy a table from them. These guys are good! I live in Oregon and found them on the web. I ordered an air hockey table which was delivered in about a week. After unpacking, assembling, and putting it in place I discovered there was a significant cosmetic flaw on one of the side rails. They offered to take it back and send another, but I didn't want to bother because the table worked fine and it would have been a lot of trouble to pack it up for return. They offered me a generous credit, which I accepted. Overall, very happy with the purchase and the service. I will buy from them again. read more
