My father bought a new two door Impala from them in July of 1972. Great dealership, great car.

After about 3 weeks I called to check status and was told the part was in back order and would not be available for 4 months. The dealership told me that it's not under their control wen parts would be available which I understood. When I asked to get my car back and I would bring it back, I was told because of liability reasons they could not release my car. Again something I understood. I was then offered a free rental but would be responsible for the $6 a day in tax (which made no sense). After arguing and having to drive down to the dealer, they finally said they would take care of everything. 5 months go by and still no car and didn't even get a call. I finally called the them and they said it may take an additional 4-6 weeks. After all said and done, my car was finally ready. I went to pick it up and it was filthy. Outside all dirty and the inside had grease marks all over. When I told the manager, they said if you would like to wait 30 min well have a porter wash it. I just shook my head and walked out. After I drove off, I noticed I was low on gas. I stopped at a gas station and filled up gas, when I got back into my car to leave, my battery was completely dead. I called the dealer to let them know, and the girl tells me that they had to jump it when they pulled it out. The car had been sitting for 5 months and they didn't bother to charge the battery. I finally got a jump and ended up buying a new battery. After taking it to the shop for the battery, I also noticed my rotors were rusted out from sitting outside for all that time. I would of never expected that from a Ford Dealership. The way the treated me and my car was garbage. I don't advise anyone to ever take their car in for service to them.

He has been there for a long time and he has an excellent reputation with the community. He takes care of all of his customers, even after delivery of your vehicle.
