I was told take it to dealer in Wayne, all the way from Belleville, they will do a diagnostic that day. Got to the dealer, and they said no, we have to keep it two days. Skip it! I bought a 2009 dodge durango. Had low mileage. I told the sales lady jamie about my…read moresituation and a warranty was very important to me. I told her I was heading to the Chrysler dealer to put on a mopar warranty. I drove an hr to see this car. I drove it off the lot right down the street to get tire sensor replaced. They did cover it I have had nothing but issues with my car. The next day i was in bell tire with alignment issues, loose tyrods and bad shocks Then the day after that I was in carite by my house so they could fix the windshield wipers that werent working. they paid for this stuff to be done. I went to the dealer ship only to find out i couldnt pull a warranty on this car from mopar because it came from Canada. Even if it did have a US vin. It took me 4 days working with Chrysler to get a decent warranty because of that. I was so mad i was in tears. I recently had my tires replaced because of the bad ones on there. I noticed a my rpms were too high on the car on a cold start. The odometer was giving me an error before it started and then i kept hearing noises from my engine. Which ended up being because I had no coolant in there. This is all in the span of a month since i have bought it. I took it to the dealership now for repair and they are having issues because my odometer is reading KM but its really mileage. so after few phone calls I decided to pull my own car report from Canada. The car was in a major collision with structural damage. It was Disclosed at the auction where they purchased it.. it doesnt have a salvage title. I paid 19k for this car plus traded in my perfectly fine durango that was still under mopar warranty until this sept. I just wanted a newer old style durango with lower mileage before I moved out of state in the middle of no where. If they would have disclosed this information I would have walked away and kept looking. I was not in a rush. They charged me full clean retail for this car and non stop headaches. I lost days off of work. Plus all the headaches and phone calls. My advice Run!

Great Experience at Gordon Chevrolet…read more I had been to three previous dealers looking for a new car. Each time, the typical experience you would expect from a car salesman. Playing their game with pricing, and going back to the "sales manager" for a "better" price. Just tell me the cost already! Gordon Chevrolet was a breath of fresh air. They gave me a list of 12+ pricing options. Purchase and leasing. As it turned out, their pricing was better than the other dealers I had been to. The best part about my buying experience were the sales people. Rachel K and Dave F. They actually made the buying process enjoyable. I drove from Milford to Garden City for my purchase. Knowing there are multiple dealerships in between. Rachel made the experience worth the trip. If shopping for a car, I would recommend giving Gordon Chevrolet an opportunity to impress.

Another reason NOT to deal with Turbo Motors is you are treated like a nobody. I moved from…read moreMichigan to Texas and my EGR Hose went out on me and upon checking what the issue was, the EGR was Previously repaired with JB Weld and SOMEHOW the "Mechanics" at turbo motors MISSED this "minor" problem, that CKEARLY sits RIGHT AT THE TOP of the engine, so when it happened and I was told by Sadek "it's covered don't worry" I didn't worry, ONLY to be told by the warranty people "Is NOT covered" so I had to pay upwards of $900 to get fixed. The sales rep Jason was OUTSTANDING! He made sure that to help with Anything I had an issue with. It's my hope that he leaves that Godawlful dump of a......... car lot I can't even call it a dealership. My vehicle STILL Has issues those "mechanics" had no idea of repairing. My Start/Stop option isn't working so I can't turn it on or off and the had NO IDEA of how to work on that AT ALL. I'd advise anyone looking for a vehicle to go ANYWHERE OTHER than Turbo! The owner ALSO tried to JUSTIFY Their SHITTY Service by deflecting and shifting the focus to me supposedly Not treating their Piece of shit 1999 for focus which was barely running "like they wanted". I had to wait almost a week before they would even attempt to provide me with a dirty barely running car. ironically a dealer with 6 vehicles hoisted in the air ONLY Had ONE old Ford Focus as a loaner but had Mustangs, Rams, Mercedes Benz, Cadillacs and many other very nice vehicles for sale. i will NEVER and I mean EVER in life do business with Turbo Motors again!
