This dealer would offer prices cheaper than a KBB value yet provide services that would last years. Mo is very great with customers and gave me honest feedback on the cars. He offered to fix all the issues the next day and showed me what he did to prove all the work. Unlike buying any cars from Craigslist I have a place to take this vehicle in, to know it will be working normal in a couple of hours in Mo's hands. His mechanic skills especially on Fusions are the main reasons for his success. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for anyone to buy a used car!!!!!!!!

That trust was SORELY misplaced & I would NEVER patronize this dealership again. Upon delivery, 1 of the key fobs was declared missing at closing (not before). Assuring me that they'd get me a new fob within a few days, I took them at their word. They did NOT deliver on that promise. Further, although I did the usual cursory examination on the car, I did not crawl underneath to look for leaks-not that I'd be able to determine what any flaws were that were not obvious anyway. Hence, the basic amount of trust that comes from being a licensed car dealership. My car had catastrophic issues that started about 2-3 weeks afterward. I dumped thousands of dollars into the car to get it roadworthy over time. You assume a risk on a used car, yes. But my mechanic found 'band aid' fixes on several items on this car. My advice? As a young woman, it is always intimidating to deal with car stuff/people. Always I am trying to be skeptic and cautious when I deal with cars. Right before I discovered this place, I was insulted by these uneducated people from a different auto store called "Twins" with inappropriate comments and such "sweetheart" and "darling" etc. Most of people in this industry are not really professional and saying inappropriate things except dealerships per my experience so far. BUT the lady ( I am sorry for forgetting your name) greeted me like her family and explained me the reason for the price deal that they were offering. This place is owned by a family and they just started this business a couple of weeks ago. When I first brought my car, the owners were not present, so I went back the next day and they checked my car again and then we closed the deal. They are still in a growth phase; therefore, the advertisement still is on the way which makes hard to be discovered online. After the deal, I had to head over to the airport and one of the owner kindly gave me to the airport because I no longer had a car. I have to say regardless you like their deal or not, give it a shot. I liked their intention - they are kind and trying to build a trustable business in the area. Tips- If you want to sell your car right at the moment you are headed, try to target between 12-1pm or after 5~6pm because the owners have another daytime job and only can come stop by when they are on break or off work.

After I got the "ok" from my mechanic, I let Jeannie know the A/C wasn't working, she would not let me take delivery until it was fixed. I was impressed, this is not your typical lot. When I arrived the next morning, all my paperwork was ready and I was explained everything while Jeannie signed me out. I got the one year unlimited mile, power train warranty and great financing that fit my budget exactly. I told her where my payments needed to be with the money I has to put down and she got it for me.
