That kind of use adds unnecessary wear and damage, and the buyer is the one left dealing with it. I made several attempts to resolve this directly with the owner. He agreed to work something out, but getting him to actually follow through has been difficult. Because of the condition of the vehicle, I've already spent over $1,000 on Uber and Lyft just to get around. I've also put $600 into the car myself, and that's not including the nearly $4,000 in repairs I was told it still needs after being sent to a shop associated with the dealership. This has been a costly and frustrating experience. Do your due diligence before buying here--you may end up paying far more than you expect.
