Chris called me within a day to inform me it arrived and was ready for installation. I visited the store after the weekend and contacted Chris on my way in. He handled my case throughout the process, ensuring everything was in order. My replacement part was installed within 10 minutes, and my car was also washed. Chris even printed out a Carfax and identified a recall during my first visit. Chris was a pleasure to deal with, demonstrating a remarkable sense of humor and professionalism. The service and parts department is efficient and well-organized. The great location and staff made my experience easy and enjoyable. I'll definitely use them for all my future servicing. 10/10.

Our Sales rep brought us over to his desk and then just sat their and looked around, to the point of where we were asking "are you going to show us any features or trims?" He told us they didn't have any of the car we were looking at in stock, and yet we could see two of them where we were. He finally showed us one and just stood there - didn't tell us anything about the car, how it compares, ask us questions, etc. A new couple walked up and he escorted them in, which was fine, but then left us out there long enough that we walked back in and had to go find him again. We drove to the other Toyota dealership after that, and had a much better experience, and also found out that some of the info the previous sales rep had given us was false. When we told our friends this, a couple said they also had some nasty experiences at Tom Wood Toyota.

Quality service department…read more The only reason they are four instead of five stars is because the service department has that all too common attitude of "I have been working here 30 years and you haven't." Honestly, I can understand that attitude. The guy has been there 30 years, knows the vehicles inside and out, and has to interact every day with idiots who don't know an alternator from a disc brake. And he's supposed to do it with a smile on his face while treating the idiots like respectable human beings. Tough job. Still four stars and I can recommend.

They hounded us to get it fixed while telling us the wrong things to do. My wife and I (with two small kids we need to tote around) still have not been able to register 9 months in to our lease! Eventually this place was taken to court for selling our trade in without getting the title fixed. AJ Roush and Steve Reynolds offered no help, knowing all of this took place. They showed zero remorse and even held my registration up longer by not giving my wife and I the basic docs until we drove 45 minutes there and back to Westfield to pay a tax. Never do business with this company. I look forward to my lease being over so I can get away from this place. I will never do business with them again.

Ultimately, the process of buying a car is just not fun. It takes a long time, there's a lot of waiting, and heavy decisions to be made. But they make it as smooth and painless as possible. I've seen Hebert and Cody, both a handful of times--and they're awesome! While they could easily take advantage of a girl who doesn't know what she wants, I feel like they look out for me and genuinely try to get the best deal. Last time, one of the salespeople gave me advice that saved me probably $100/month on my car payment. When I'm ready to buy a new car, this will undoubtedly be the only stop I make. The service department treats my car like a baby. They always keep me informed, prices are reasonable, and they are knowledgeable and efficient. I've had particularly great service from Brandon. Like I said--getting your car serviced is not fun, but they keep the waiting area clean and well stocked with complimentary coffee, water, and snacks. The waiting area is also quiet and reasonably comfortable. I honestly wouldn't even consider taking my car somewhere else unless it was an emergency.

My service from Penske is always great, but this time it was quick and efficient... so quick I didn't even have to get out of the car this time. I highly recommend Penske if you own a Honda and need any service completed.

I'm extremely disappointed with how this dealership communicated its diagnostic pricing. We were…read moreinitially told it would cost $180 to diagnose our Nissan Altima. After we brought the car in, we were told it was $180 PER warning light. The advisor called to discuss more than $500 in additional diagnostic charges--before any repairs. That is a substantial difference from what we were originally told. Had the pricing been clearly explained upfront, we would not have brought the car here. The warning lights appeared at the same time, so we wanted someone to determine whether they shared a common cause. Instead, the explanation we received focused on charging for each light. When I questioned that, I was told they were legally required to charge this way and that every other shop does the same. That response made me feel dismissed rather than helped. We were also told the diagnostic fees would not go toward repairs, which made the potential total even more disappointing. I appreciate that the advisor called before proceeding with additional charges, but that doesn't resolve the lack of clarity in the initial quote. I'm willing to pay for a technician's time and expertise. What I'm unhappy with is arriving expecting a $180 diagnosis, then learning it could cost hundreds more and receiving an explanation that left me questioning my trust in the dealership. We chose to take the car elsewhere. Based on this experience, I would not return.

I never write reviews, good or bad. This might be the first time I've ever written one…read more I'm very mechanically inclined and do most of my non-warranty engine/brake work myself. But, I don't dabble with suspension or electrical work. I took an extremely clean auction bought 2011 Auid A3 to them for diagnosis of a suspension clunk. Backstory: The Audi is a southen car with zero rust on the suspension and only 60k miles. I tested and knew the engine mounts were good and suspected worn CV axles and expected a bill of about $5,000. I had taken it to another "euro expert" repair shop in Fishers who said it just needed new shocks/struts. I doubted that was the issue, but had the other shop replace the shocks/struts (which it needed, but didn't fix the problem). I called back to the other shop and they couldn't figure out the issue. I called Reggie's and they got the car in the next day. They diagnosed the issue within minutes of driving the car. The issue was that when the dual clutch had been replaced prior to auction, the old torque to yield subframe bolts and nuts had been reused (which are one-time-use nuts), and then backed out a little upon driving. Reggie's nailed the diagnosis with minimal time and effort. Jessica at the front office is amazing. What I thought was going to be a $5K repair was merely a few hundred $$. Reggie's also noticed that the other "euro expert" had used the wrong oil plug drain seal and I had an almost microscopic oil leak. Again, just a few $ to fix. I also had Reggie's do a couple of fluid services while they had it. They also gave me a heads-up about what to consider for PM in the next year or so, but didn't push the services on me as an immediate concern. Complete transparency. All-in-all the work was done fast, professionally, and everyone there is a joy to talk to and work with. The labor costs are more than reasonable, especially for Euro repairs. My experience here leads me to give Reggie's an A++. I'll be taking my 2011 Audi and 2001 Benz SL and any other older Euro vehicles I may pick up to them for all services that I don't do myself going forward.

I'm a repeat customer and have the choice of many repair shops in the area, but I chose to bring it to Noblesville because it was convenient for me and they seemed to do a good job. However, I recently experienced a noise in my front end, which I thought was suspension related, and I took it to them, but the noise was intermittent and they said they could not replicate the noise but then they told me that I needed $4600 in motor mount replacement, so I paid that went on the road and lo and behold, the noise came back, so I took it back to them. Then I took it for a test drive with one of their technicians, and he heard the noise that it was making. and said it was no big deal, that they would figure it out. So then I left my car with them for two weeks, only for them to tell me well, we can't really figure out what's wrong with your car, but it does need $2600 for the compressor for your air shocks. then they then they said, even with this, it's still may not fix the original problem which you brought the car in for. Unbelievable, so now I have to take it to someone else to figure out what a wrong. What a debacle.
