He told me he was backed up by a week to which I told him that was fine. He then came over, immediately identified and showed me the problem, said he could fixed it and that he'd tried to have it done quickly since I assume it was an easy fix. We left and I got a text later the same day. I wasn't able to return until the following day (today). He welcomed my daughter and I in again. His youngest daughter was there with him and the 2 girls went to town playing while Eduardo and I chatted a little about his work and different things. I found out it's his shop and that he and his wife run it and a few of his kids help too. Anyway, I paid him for fixing my son's bike. A simple 35ish bucks and he told me I could probably send the receipt to the bike company (Guardian) and that they'd likely reimburse me the money I paid for having him fix it. I half jokingly said "well then you should charge more" and he replied with "we do alright and I don't like to double dip". I would have paid this man more for his service. He was pleasant, nice, very professional and obviously highly honest! After paying and getting the bike loaded back into my car he invited my daughter to stay longer to play if she wanted. I sat and watched both our daughters play for another 15 minutes or so. He and I chatted a bit more before we thanked him and his daughter and left. Please go to this man's store. He deserves every good thing in this world. Eduardo, thanks for being a stellar and decent guy!! We'll be back I'm sure. We like to break things.

I sold my last bike before moving here so it would force me to upgrade to a bike that would be more appropriate for me. I looked up some local bike shops and decided to stop by Hangar 15 since it has good reviews on Google and is local to my house (in case I need repairs or accessories in the future). I came by on a weekday afternoon and was helped by Autumn. I brought in a bike idea (Trek Dual Sport 1 Women) to see if they had in stock or if they had anything similar. I let her know that I couldn't break the bank and that I was looking to ride longer distance on paved road but wanted a hybrid quality to at least be able to go on dirt once in awhile. Even though she mountain bikes, she was able to direct me right away to a '21 Cannondale Quick 5, size small that was a little more expensive than the Trek (which was not in stock at any of the locations -- she checked). Small-sized bikes are going like hot cakes everywhere right now. When I was talking to Autumn, someone came up and asked if I was planning to buy the bike as if they would've taken it, but they moved on. I test-rode the Quick 5, but asked if there was another similar bike that was closer to my price range, so Autumn found me a black '21 Cannondale Quick 6 at the Millcreek location. Lucky me that the tires were a bit wider and had more tread than the Quick 5 -- which is what I was hoping for. She offered to have it transferred for free or for me to go get it if I wanted it that day. I decided to have it transferred to Lehi, and I got a call late yesterday before they closed. I let them know I would pick up the next morning, and they graciously held the bike for me without a deposit. I came in like a kid on Xmas morning, ready to take my baby away! The store was a lot less crowded in the morning, so I was able to check it out without feeling rushed. They offer 10% discount on additional accessory purchases made at the same time, so I got a kick-stand installed. They told me that the guy who did the install did a quality check to make sure everything was in working order before I left. Nice! I also bought a spare tube in case I ever get a flat. They also offer a free tune up within 30 days of the bike purchase. They gave me the bike owners manual which is very helpful with the gears I am not familiar with. I rode it around my parking lot when I got home and couldn't have felt more free and ecstatic for future-rides! It is a sweet-lookin' bike, I must say.

We had an issue with my sons bike and needed to get the brakes replaced after a month of having the bike. It was a warranty fix and so there was no cost to us but it took a very long time and there was zero communication. We had to call for updates and finally had to call and ask when it would be ready just to find out it had been ready for a few days but we had received no communication it was ready. That was a big disappointment and frustration.

I honked as i swerved to the edge of the road. I saw the driver look in the mirror, (he did not look before switching lanes) and saw me on the edge of the road and instead of returning into his lane, he acerated into the fast lane. It does not change the fact that they have a rude/poor driver who is a liability to the company and a danger to others. I did receive a response from one of my texts apologizing for the issue but left doubts that it would be addressed. I raised my feedback to a 3 due to the communication.

Ari is full-on with fat tire offerings, must be the Utahn terrain or something. Third, imagine my surprise and delight when my buddy told me the Ari Peak Explorer was on sale! Alas, they were completely sold out. But Kristy at Ari calmed me down and scoured the factory and the showroom and the demo bikes and found one for me. I thought I would need a large but she did the custom fit thing and suggested a medium (she was right!). Unfortunately it arrived with a broken battery key-release mechanism. So here's where the rubber meets the trail: they sent me a new mechanism pronto and now I am riding and I'm super happy with this beautiful machine. I wanted the cheaper Comp version, only the Elite was available but man, I am happy with the upgrades, especially the shifting. Other people besides Kristy helped me but I don't know their names. The bike I got wasn't fully set up and in just the second ride the chain jumped between the sprocket and spokes, broke three spokes and bent the rim, hanger, and derailleur arm. Since then there has always been something wrong with it. I think I've been fixing/adjusting something every other week for 2 years now. It has ended up being an okay commuter bike (I ride about 4 miles to-and-from work every day) for the last 2 years, so it gets a lot of use. Maybe that explains the frequent troubles. I guess it's good if you like practicing your bike repairs.

When I tried to inflate it, the tube popped at only **10 psi**, indicating a faulty installation. **Bike #2:** The experience with my wife's bike was even worse. The quote spiraled from a tune-up to a total of $365 as they continually found "new" problems, including issues with a derailleur that had zero problems previously. **Customer Service:** Jerry's communication style is aggressive and condescending. When I questioned the mounting costs, he used scare tactics, repeatedly telling me the bike was "dangerous" and "unsafe to ride" to pressure me into more repairs. When I tried to voice my concerns about being nickel-and-dimed during this three-week ordeal, I was laughed at and hung up on three separate times. I was even insulted personally when he told me he "would have never let his bike get this bad." This shop relies on upselling through fear and has zero respect for its customers. Save your money and go somewhere that values integrity and basic mechanical competence.

A misleading ad about a ski package led me order it. The description was of skis and bindings and…read moreall the pictures showed the bindings mounted on the skis. There was one package price listed. I ordered them as such. I then received a shipping notification for the bindings with a separate price. I called immediately to cancel the order as I knew that having bindings mounted was not cheap. This was not what I budgeted for. I was told that everything was shipped, so the order could not be cancelled, but to call back when I received everything for an adjustment or to return the equipment. Btw, when ordering I was offered a 15% coupon, but then at checkout was told it didn't apply to my order. When I received the order, I checked with local ski shops and $100 was the lowest price I could find for mounting. I spent a half hour on the phone with a polite, understanding customer service rep inquiring about some type of credit. $25 was the offer. I pointed out how the ad was misleading, an offered coupon was not honored, and it would cost them more if I returned everything. I simply wanted at least half of the mounting cost reimbursed. The most frustrating aspect of this customer service interaction was that a supervisor will not get on the phone. The poor rep had to keep going back and forth. When she told me she could escalate the issue to a supervisor, I readily agreed, but she pointed out they would respond by email! THEY WILL NEVER GET ON THE PHONE AND SPEAK WITH SOMEONE!!! Sorry, that's horrible policy and I would discourage anyone from patronizing this business.
