They're quite thorough. They have repair services as well. Overall it's a good specialty store. They have a very wide range of bikes, and can order just about anything you want. The gentleman (Mike I believe was his name.) working there told me yes and asked what type of bike(s) I was interested in. We chatted for a few minutes and told him I would be there in an hour or so. By the time I got there he had one of every model of bike I was interested in lined up and ready to ride. And I test rode all 3 and they were excellent and and felt very nice. as I chose a different bike he would explain the differences of each bike to me. And go into depth of all the features of each bike. He also taught me a lot about the brand and why it is such a reputable name. I had gone to a couple other shops and have not got the same quality of customer service. When I am ready to buy I will be purchasing a magnum electric ebike. The service manager is not only passionate about their brand magnum but is passionate about biking he actually rides the product he sells as well. I could go on and on about my experience there. Between the excellent customer care, the beautiful showroom and the bikes themselves which look and ride amazing I would have to say my overall epic cycles experience is a solid A++. We've been going to this bike shop for years because it's the only option in our neighborhood, but…read moreunfortunately the experience seems to get worse with each visit. The customer service is consistently disappointing. Staff rarely makes eye contact, there is little to no acknowledgment when customers enter the store, and basic courtesies such as greeting customers or providing updates on wait times are completely absent. It is extremely inefficient and disorganized. What makes the experience particularly frustrating is that there can be only a couple of customers in the store while several employees are on the floor, yet it can still take 30 minutes to an hour just to get someone's attention or speak with a staff member. During these waits, there is often no communication, no indication of who is being helped next, and no confirmation that anyone will be assisting you. As a family that loves biking and has invested a lot of time and money on our bikes, it's so frustrating to get it serviced at this location and will be looking at going elsewhere.

One of the two gentlemen, with whom I spoke, was also very polite and friendly. However, I visited this location because of a specific bike they had advertised on sale and when they showed me the bike, I immediately noticed it was not as advertised. They had switched out the front shocks, tires, and shifters for lower end components which were not the components advertised on their website. For all I know, they may have downgraded other components as well that I didn't take the time to notice. While it is possible this was simply a mistake in advertising, I find it a little "fishy". When I asked if they could replace the original components, they made it clear that was not possible so I wonder what happened to those high end components. In any event, I walked out without the bike as it was simply not as advertised. As a result, I doubt I will return in the future. I definitely plan to warn my riding buddies and caution them against buying a bike from Pedalinx.

This place completely and utterly destroyed my bike. I brought mine in for a simple tuneup, and they called me to suggest changing the pedals. I agreed. And within 1 hour of my first bike ride the pedals slowly fell off and it destroyed my crank arm and front chain wheel. My god! After bringing my bike back they very reluctantly agreed to fix it but replaced my very good chain wheel with a chain wheel you'd get in a cereal box. My bike has never functioned so poorly in the years I've owned it. Very incompetent staff. I just wanted a simple tune up and I got back a bike with lesser parts that functions significantly worse than it ever had.
