They're quite thorough. They have repair services as well. Overall it's a good specialty store. They have a very wide range of bikes, and can order just about anything you want. They have their own parking in the plaza. Their hours are very limited, though.

The gentleman (Mike I believe was his name.) working there told me yes and asked what type of bike(s) I was interested in. We chatted for a few minutes and told him I would be there in an hour or so. By the time I got there he had one of every model of bike I was interested in lined up and ready to ride. And I test rode all 3 and they were excellent and and felt very nice. as I chose a different bike he would explain the differences of each bike to me. And go into depth of all the features of each bike. He also taught me a lot about the brand and why it is such a reputable name. I had gone to a couple other shops and have not got the same quality of customer service. When I am ready to buy I will be purchasing a magnum electric ebike. The service manager is not only passionate about their brand magnum but is passionate about biking he actually rides the product he sells as well. I could go on and on about my experience there. Between the excellent customer care, the beautiful showroom and the bikes themselves which look and ride amazing I would have to say my overall epic cycles experience is a solid A++. We've been going to this bike shop for years because it's the only option in our neighborhood, but…read moreunfortunately the experience seems to get worse with each visit. The customer service is consistently disappointing. Staff rarely makes eye contact, there is little to no acknowledgment when customers enter the store, and basic courtesies such as greeting customers or providing updates on wait times are completely absent. It is extremely inefficient and disorganized. What makes the experience particularly frustrating is that there can be only a couple of customers in the store while several employees are on the floor, yet it can still take 30 minutes to an hour just to get someone's attention or speak with a staff member. During these waits, there is often no communication, no indication of who is being helped next, and no confirmation that anyone will be assisting you. As a family that loves biking and has invested a lot of time and money on our bikes, it's so frustrating to get it serviced at this location and will be looking at going elsewhere.

It is parallel street parking here - I don't think anyone pays if they're in/out. Lockdown procedure here is 1 customer at a time, with masks, and entrance area is roped off. Once you enter, an employee will greet you, grab the stuff you're looking for, and you go from there. So unfortunately, there's no real browsing. It's a better experience if you know what you want! My first experience here was pretty positive and efficient as I already knew the accessories (bell, bottle cage) that I needed and wasn't being super picky about them. The girl who helped me was friendly and she even came out to my car to determine whether or not my existing bottle cage was broken, it was. Prior to driving out here, I was on their website and apparently, IF you buy a new bike here, you get free tuneups - not free flat/chain fixing - FOR LIFE! That's a pretty good incentive if this store happens to carry the bike that you're looking for.
