Don't know his name, and don't wanna know. Pricko butts into conversations he wasn't invited to, blabs his unsolicited and ignorant opinion when it wasn't asked for, and can be dismissive, condescending or mocking even though he doesn't know what he's talking about. I've never had an interaction with this Dunning-Kruger troll where he didn't say, with total confidence, something that I knew was totally wrong, or where he didn't give an opinion even when it was about something outside his own experience. The store would be great if they got rid of him, but I dunno, maybe he's the owner? I've only been in a handful of times because I prefer to avoid him, but after the last unpleasant encounter I've sworn never to come here again. Too bad, but there's tons of other bike shops in the GTA that aren't infected with arrogant ballbags who do nothing but antagonize customers. Judging from reviews I've read, I'm not the only one turned off by the big douche.

WAS HUNG UP ON FOR ASKING A QUESTION. Really disappointed in…read moremy interaction with whoever answered the phone this morning (July 2, 2020). I bought an adult bike from Cyclepath in 2019 and was hoping to get one for my daughter this year. I called and someone answered - I was intentionally being very pleasant because i was asking if they had stock for a 24 inch bike and I know stock questions are annoying sometimes! He told me in a deadpan voice "no stock." Thats fine. I went to ask if there was a size smaller and he then cut me off (I didn't even get to specify the size) and he said again in the same annoyed voice that there was no stock. I asked for clarification that they had no stock at all and he responded extremely annoyed and rudely that they had no stock (please tell me how I am supposed to have known this? I never received the Cyclepath stock bulletin, smh). To which I responded: "ohhhkay, you do not have to be so rude" - not raising my voice, but genuinely making the statement because I did nothing to deserve the tone. He then said: "Rude? How am I being rude?" and HUNG up on me. This is just totally unnecessary - I was hoping we could get bikes from the entire family from this store because I had a nice experience last summer, but obviously we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Even after watching a ton of YouTube videos I always has problems as I don't have the proper tools for those fine adjustments especially with the cables and chains! Small family run place that is always busy as they are very reliable and very fairly priced. Located off old Kennedy they quote you the price on the spot and you leave it there if they are busy and will contact you when ready. The pandemic has been good to them as more and more people are riding there bikes these days so more repairs are needed. They also sell bikes too but have only done repairs here. I've been going to the same LBS for a while (will leave it anonymous, so not to bad mouth someone else in this review), and the last few visits there disappointed me enough, to try a new place. Because I've been to Cyclepath before, I've decided to give them another shot, and it was the best decision I've made. Sam is a very personable, very passionate and caring individual, and his team is handpicked, with just the right people. At my previous LBS, I just paid for an expensive tune up, just to have my bike returned to me with shifting issues and a flat tire. At Cyclepath, they solved my shifting problem in under 30 seconds, and charged me nothing for it. Later on, Sam has helped me with foot pain issues, switching me to the right pedals and shoes, without breaking the bank. I'm now a loyal client, and will be retuning soon for a full 3D fit - I'm sure it would be worth my while.

If you're looking for basement bargains, this won't be the place for you. Having said that, their pricing is competitive and there are sales. I purchased my Giant carbon fibre bike after doing my research and being offered a pretty good price for it. Everything was handled very well. I was properly measured before choosing the size, and my bike was fitted to me after the order came in. They also offer full geometric fitting services independent of bike services for a fee. They're quite thorough. They have repair services as well. Overall it's a good specialty store. They have a very wide range of bikes, and can order just about anything you want. They have their own parking in the plaza. Their hours are very limited, though.

However, if you are looking for s top quality children's bike it would be hard to argue anywhere other than Trek Aurora. Trek stands by their bikes in both quality and longevity. For starters, two years of free adjustments. Secondly - they will trade in your Trek bike for the next size. The money I have thrown away, on department store quality bikes, repairs, and driveway give aways more than makes up the extra I paid in price. The staff, patient, knowledgeable and honest. From pedal trainers to 24 inch mountain and fat tire bikes - be sure to check out Trek. Your child will be as thrilled as mine is with their new bike.
